The room has a beautiful view and a balcony. The facilities are complete and the transportation is convenient. It is only a 15-minute walk from the center of Zakopane. It is worth recommending! The Ocean Eye is worth a visit!

We had a very good stay at the hotel. Friendly staff, room is clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facility , breakfast is great with lots of options and hot food. There are many drink choices from coffee to tea to hot chocolate and juices.

The hotel is located close to the water park. The hotel itself is nice, but for a 4-star hotel it would be good if it had undergone a slight renovation, because the wallpapers are already hanging.

Beautiful accommodations, great amenities (excellent spa; exceptional selection at breakfast; fittness center and 2 well equipped play rooms for kids) The only mankament was a weak internet connection (caused, as we were told, by a temporary issue). And an exceptionally friendly service everywhere makes you feel so welcome!🥰

The hotel facilities are very good and very new. The service attitude is first-class. The dining in the restaurant is delicious. Especially the free range chicken.

We are celebrating our jubilee wedding ceremony on the date of check-in. They gave us a great surprise : room upgrading, specially decorated with balloons, chocolate, campaign and a handwriting congratulations card....Appreciated! All the staff were very friendly and helpful, including those in the restaurant. The swimming pool and spa facilities are relaxing and comfortable.

Room was great but maybe the management would like to consider installing a Smart TV so that foreign travelers can also watch non-Polish channels. Please replace couch in Room 019. It’s a little old and uncomfortable to sit on. Very friendly and helpful front desk personnel.

You can walk to the old town and the central bus and train station is about 15 minutes away. No slippers, no fridge. There is an iron. The most inconvenient thing was that they gave me a room on the 4th floor rooftop, so the ceiling was so low that I hit my head on the ceiling 4 times during my 2 night stay.

Polecamy! Food is very good, you can rest Dinner also has a lot of choice. Water in the jacuzzi could be warmer, but it's said there's a renovation in November that maybe they'll do something about it.

Location is great, service was impeccable. I really enjoy my stay in the hotel. Will definitely stay there again when I come back.
