Service is tip top. Everyone is very polite and friendly from front desk to door men to f&b staff. However the room could be better. The water pressure is not strong enough and there's something wrong with the mixer tab because halfway through showering the water will turn cold. Another thing is the WiFi speed, it's too slow.

Overall, my recent stay at your hotel had some truly delightful aspects, alongside an area where I believe there's significant room for improvement. The ambience of the rooms was absolutely lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and comfort they provided. A particular highlight for me was the bath gel – the white tea and camellia scent was so captivating that I actually purchased it to use at home! It's rare to find such a memorable amenity. However, I was not very keen on the front counter service. I found it to be too cold and not particularly friendly or welcoming. The interaction felt impersonal, and I believe that the initial impression at the front desk is crucial for guests to feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive. I would strongly suggest improvising your front counter service. By fostering a warmer and more approachable demeanor, your staff can ensure that guests feel genuinely welcome and comfortable from the very start of their hotel experience.

hi tui haven, my first time visiting here n see about tui haven. . book 2 hour before arriving ipoh because my husband just remembered about the haven so i checked and got room here. . really nice lakeside residence. . the receptionist is really friendly and done fastest services upon check in and checkout time. .(indian lady)so nice of her i forgot to ask for a name. . the landscape and the view was amazing. . room also so nice and clean. .the toilet is very clean and i love the conceptsof the toilet. .i love the view from room. .i got lake view n sunset view. .which is so nice. .the room really spacious for us and got free snacks and drinks. . the amenities are perfect and complete. . and we got free refreshments at the restaurant. . breakfast buffet also has various choices. .pool are really big. .adult n kids pool and has jacuzzi. i love everything here include easy parking and got so many activitiesto do. .wo many ootd spot to take good picture. .

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

I stayed with my daughter. While the room was spacious and the location was convenient, we had some trouble checking in. Our door key number didn’t work at all, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for the issue to be resolved. It was a bit frustrating after a long day. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable.

Hotel Feedback Overall, the hotel is still new and has a cozy atmosphere. However, the bathroom floor had noticeable stains and was not very clean. Additionally, the corridor felt stuffy with no air conditioning, and there was an ongoing renovation smell throughout the area. Hope these issues can be addressed for a more comfortable stay.

It's located very close to the Simpang Pulai toll. We checked in to get a decent rest before continuing our journey. The house is clean, with easy access to parking. You can prepare a light breakfast if needed. Overall, it's a great place for an overnight stay with your family.

It’s a great place with a good and strategic location. Plus, I choose ground floor and it is very easy for us. Definitely will choose this place again when we go to Ipoh in future.

The location is superb. Room is clean but more care shld be taken on the cleanliness of the toilet. Saw the housekeeping people sitting around rather than doing a gd cleaning job. The breakfast has to improve. We had fried rice for both days, luckily on the 2nd day there are gardenia bread as well.
