The hotel boasts an excellent location! It's the first hotel right outside the subway station, incredibly close and convenient to Universal Studios. There's a 24-hour Lawson convenience store downstairs, and direct shuttle buses to the airport are available. The front desk also provides amenities for children, such as slippers, toothbrushes, and pajamas. Compared to hotels in Umeda, it offers much better value for money; for the same price, this hotel feels significantly more spacious and cleaner. I would definitely stay here again! However, the service was quite subpar, almost non-existent. Both luggage storage and check-out are self-service. Housekeeping started ringing our doorbell to clean at 9 AM, then again at 10 AM, which felt very rushed and intrusive. Additionally, during check-in, absolutely no information was provided; it was just a quick, impersonal process.

We booked the hotel to visit the Osaka Expo. It is really easy to get to from Shin Osaka, taking the special JR Expo Liner to Sakurajima Station, with the hotel a short walking distance away. The daily shuttle to the Expo is also a short 150-200m away. Getting to the Kansai Airport is also easy. There is a once daily limousine bus departing at 12:29 outside the hotel, or if you prefer other timings, walk towards those hotels near Universal Studios. Room is very spacious, very clean and good amenities. The public bath on Level 3 great too. Breakfast at 4400 yen is not as good as those, from Royal Park hotels at half the price. While Japanese selections are wide, Western selection is very limited. We don’t even bother to take pictures of the food as there are nothing to shout about. I

Nice hotel but do not know is near what station or hospital, can hear a lot of siren even at night. There is a resting room with water dispenser, laundry room ( no need bring own detergent) but drying of clothes takes time if not have to look for nearby laundromat. There also a playroom for kids. Is walkable to 2 different station. House keeping and staff are helpful and friendly.

This is an amazing place to stay. The rooms are clean, there is no noise, we had a great skyline view. The staff is very helpful and always looking forward to support you. Breakfast had a great variety of food, so every one can find something. And the food was just high quality. The location is nearby two metrostation so it is easy to get around, and some nice places to eat are also there. We can highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely go there again

The room was great! I arrived around 1 PM and couldn't check in early, but I could store my luggage. After 3 PM, I used the machine to pay the tax and get my room key and breakfast vouchers. All the staff I encountered were really friendly! The hotel lobby's cafe/bar is also very convenient, open until 10 PM, so you can grab food or drinks when you return. Their Halloween desserts looked amazing (too bad I didn't have time to try them). The hotel breakfast was also quite substantial! The only downside is the location is a bit far; if you want to walk to Universal Studios, it's a bit of a detour, though there is a closer path to the park. Overall, if the price is right, this hotel is definitely recommendable!

Hotel Universal Port is absolutely unbeatable for its location! Seriously, the perfect score is purely for the location!!! The room isn't particularly large, but that seems pretty common in Japan. However, I later found out that InterContinental rooms are super spacious, so in comparison, this one feels a bit too ordinary, haha. A thoughtful touch was the hotel providing amenity kits and skincare products! Though the toothbrush was a bit stiff – good thing I usually bring my own. The best part is how incredibly close it is to Universal Studios Japan! When it's hottest and you're most tired in the afternoon, you can easily pop back to the room to rest and recharge, then head back into the park re-energized. Super convenient! Anything you buy can also be sent directly back to the hotel, so you don't have to lug heavy bags around while you're enjoying yourself. Hotel amenities are also very handy: there are vending machines on every floor, and a microwave for heating food. The convenience store downstairs has a great selection, and the subway station, along with plenty of dining and entertainment options, are all nearby. It really takes the hassle out of things! This time of year, the room can get a bit humid without the air conditioning on, so I recommend keeping both the AC and air purifier running continuously. From the room, you can even see the queues forming at the Universal Studios entrance and the roller coasters. It's quite entertaining.

The room featured two beds and a window-side sofa bed, perfectly sized for a single adult or child. It offered direct views of the outside, and my child absolutely loved it. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient: it's just a one-minute walk to the right after exiting the subway. Universal Studios is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and the airport train station is about a 10-minute walk away. The front desk provides clear timetables and maps for the airport train. It's crucial to plan your time well, as the airport train departs precisely on schedule and doesn't wait for passengers since it makes 3-4 stops along the way. My Saturday 11:10 AM train took 1 hour and 10 minutes to reach Kansai Airport T1, which is its first stop. No transfers were needed, which I found particularly convenient when traveling with children. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

I recently stayed at the Park Front Hotel with my 12-year-old son for three days and two nights while visiting Universal Studios Japan. The location is fantastic—right across from the park, making it incredibly convenient. The surrounding area features a mall with a variety of dining options and vibrant nightlife, so you won't get lost. While the hotel has an older, classic design, it’s clean and offers spacious rooms for a reasonable price. I highly recommend it for families planning to visit USJ, as it saves you the hassle of long commutes after a tiring day at the theme park. The staff is friendly, though I didn’t have much interaction with them. The breakfast buffet is tasty with a good selection, but there are plenty of dining options nearby, including Tully's Cafe and McDonald's, so consider saving money by eating out instead. Overall, a solid choice for families, especially given the fair pricing for a comfortable stay!

Our stay at Osaka Adachi-no-Mori Hotel was a pleasant surprise for my daughter and me. The hotel boasts a superb location in the Tennoji commercial district, with Kintetsu Department Store, Mio Mall, and Abeno Harukas Observatory all nearby. It's just a few hundred meters from the subway station, and the Kansai Airport Rapid Service provides direct access to Kansai Airport. The front desk offers Chinese-speaking staff. In the first-floor lobby, guests can enjoy complimentary drinks and pick up various skincare and bath amenity samples. They also provide free rentals of beauty massagers, curling irons, garment steamers, instant cameras, international adapters, and shoe dryers, among other items. The rooftop garden is adorned with beautiful lights and offers distant views of Tsutenkaku Tower. Other floors boast free amenities like KTV rooms, game consoles, billiards, table tennis, bedrock baths (Ganbanyoku), a kids' play area, a gym, and a manga corner. Upon check-in, we received vouchers for either a complimentary afternoon tea or a takoyaki-making experience. Since we stayed for two nights, we got to enjoy both activities. The afternoon tea was excellent, and every dessert was delicious. The ingredients provided for the takoyaki were ample and fresh. In the evenings, there was also a free happy hour, featuring treats like marshmallows, popcorn, prawn crackers, chicken skewers, a variety of delicious drinks, noodles, and dumplings. This time, we stayed in a deluxe panoramic twin room on the top floor. The room was very spacious and featured a proper entryway. The bathroom was thoughtfully designed with a wet and dry separation, and the bathtub was large and comfortable for soaking. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, and even had a massage chair. The view from the window was excellent, and outside the windowsill, there was a charming frog sculpture. The housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly and polite. Throughout our stay, we were touched by all the thoughtful details. We were truly reluctant to leave, and the next time we visit Osaka, we will definitely stay at this hidden gem of a hotel again.

The Mokumoku Room at this hotel is perfect for a family of three. Where there used to be two beds, there are now three tatami mats, so even if a child rolls around in their sleep at night, it won't disturb the adults, and there's no need to worry about them falling off. The best way to get here from the station is to take the small path next to Starbucks. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which, although small, can meet most basic needs. To get to Universal Studios, you still have to go back to the station, or walk through another hotel, but overall, it's very convenient.
