The bathroom is a bit slippery and the floor is also not clean. The battery of tv remote and ac aren't working, you have to call room service to change. The ac is cold , the bedroom is nice, the pillow is nice too, not too high, and i can sleep tightly. The breakfast is so so, i love the siomay and pridge, they taste so good. The omelete is standard becaude they arent put anything on the omellete.they need to improve on the menus.

Bobocabin is truly extraordinary, the experience it provides is very unique and amazing. The environment is incredibly lush and refreshing. Highly recommended for those who seek solitude away from the crowds. There are facilities for barbecues, and there's a breathtaking waterfall in the Bobocabin Baturraden area. Cool!

Nice hotel except the towel is like an old rug. Management - Please get new towels for the guess. We have paid the price, but we did not get the quality we expected

The room is Okay, the facilities are excellent, they have a sauna, gym and instagram-able places. The pool is great for kids with balinese ambience. They have a playground too. The staff are friendly and quite helpful. But the restaurant sometimes runs out of plates, bowls, fork, spoon and glass. Tables are not fast enough to be cleaned. So I cannot drink or eat although the food is still available. They continue to serve the guests although the serving time is over. So I really appreciate it.

Service in general by All Staffs were impeccable and faultless. Extra surprise for our Anniversary and daughters birthday was the sweetest!

We arrived at the hotel in the evening; the interior had a distinct Southeast Asian feel. During the day, the surrounding environment looked like an oil painting. Perhaps because we spoke a little Indonesian, the staff were incredibly welcoming, inviting us to take a shuttle bus up to the mountaintop for a panoramic view of Borobudur – absolutely amazing! Actually, the entire mountain belongs to them; the hotel is at the foot of the mountain, the villas are on top, and there's also a peacock garden and a small deer park. The hotel offers many activities, such as horseback riding and making batik (a traditional Indonesian craft), all very interesting. The staff also mentioned that many of them live on the mountain, their homes very close to their workplaces. We were so envious! You can easily book a Grab ride from the hotel; it's less than ten minutes to Borobudur, very convenient.

The best hot spot in Morocco, with excellent staff service and cleanliness. Will be a regular if you stay at TWG.
