The LingLong room with a double bed is small and quite cramped. The bathroom has no floor towel. Stay for two nights. The housekeeping did not even tidy or make up the bed. The hotspring usage time is shown as 1300 to 2100. On both nights, at about 2015, the staff started to ask guests to change pool because they wanted to clean the pools. A staff member even told guests blatantly that they should leave the hotspring pools and go back to the room at 2045. I found the service of the staff to be not service focused, more task oriented, and inconsiderate to guests. The location is located far from the main street, and dining options within walking distance are not available. The convenience store located at the side is almost non operating, very limited things.

Exceptional Stay in Changbaishan – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at a hotel in Changbaishan, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, everything was managed exceptionally well, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the standout features was the outdoor onsen—an absolutely amazing place to unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. The decoration in front of hotel with rows and rows of cute snowmen are also very lovely, we took plenty of photos there. Additionally, the free transportation services were incredibly efficient, including a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station and free transfers to the ski site. The staff were all friendly and helpful, even though communication was sometimes challenging as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to Ms. Zhang Yong Ping 张永评 (WeChat: Xin Xin 鑫鑫), the guest manager from the front desk department, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Ms. Zhang provided us with outstanding butler service and demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. She helped us navigate the complexities of buying tickets and traveling to Changbaishan, ensured we boarded the correct buses, and even made sure we didn’t miss any important connections. Due to high season, we couldn’t secure a room in Building 3 for our second night and had to reserve rooms in Building 2 via an online platform. Ms. Zhang kindly and proactively made arrangements so we could stay in Building 3 throughout our visit—a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference. Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, and the staff’s dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ms. Zhang and the entire hotel team, our time in Changbaishan was a wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!

It's very good and cost-effective. We stayed in a twin room with two single beds and a massage bed. The view was great and it's most suitable for two adults and one child. The hotel gives you a bathing ticket. For an additional 49 yuan, you can have a basic bathing service. We tried the bathing service and it was very comfortable. If you are interested, you can also buy a more expensive package for better results. There is also a hot spring on the sixth floor. This spring water seeps out from 300 meters underground and is a branch of Changbai Mountain. The water quality is indeed very silky. The buffet is very rich. We didn't have the dinner buffet, but the breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. This is the most unobtrusive buffet I have ever had. There are many choices, the portions are large, and the taste is good. You can try the freshly steamed ones. Sea urchin dumplings. Overall I feel good and will recommend it to my friends!

Stayed for two nights and upgraded to a deluxe twin bed, which should be 4 square meters more than what I originally booked. As soon as I entered the door, I saw the stone shrine on the balcony. 😁Maybe because of the mountain, it is a bit different from the traditional five-star, but fortunately the service is good. I bought a package ticket for unlimited access to hot springs, Tianchi VIP ride, and three hours of skiing. My child was over the height limit, so I paid 500 more to share all services. The train station is free to pick up and drop off, and the journey takes 50 minutes. Living on the mountain has relatively few dining options, but the scenery on the north slope is really invincible. It's great that Tianchi VIP doesn't have to queue for 1 hour. Xiao Zhao at the concierge is very enthusiastic, and the car booking and luggage services are very thoughtful. Overall, I am very satisfied. There are many types of breakfast, and the noodles are delicious, especially the spicy minced meat with ingredients is suitable for the taste of Shanghai Xiaolongbao. It is recommended to have more steamed options.

The room was spacious, the hot springs were exceptional, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options (though not entirely to my personal taste). Most importantly, the butler service (管家莹莹 小張）was outstanding. From the moment of arrival, throughout the stay, and even during outings, the staff provided comprehensive 24-hour assistance. They followed up on every detail and ensured everything ran smoothly, creating a truly welcoming and home-like experience. The level of care and attention made me feel like a valued guest at every turn, leaving a lasting impression on the overall quality of my stay.

It is an awesome stay in experiences. The hotel staffs are so friendly & helpful! Special thanks to hotel staff Karson for helping us with the hotel surrounding directory and he is so nice to free upgrade our room to families suite when he saw that we got a child staying in too. We will definitely stay in this hotel when we are back to Changchun. Many thanks to all the hotel staffs.

The room r clean as what we pay for. The amenities is share basic for the onsen need to be pay services charge for the towel, kids above 140 subject adult surcharge! Hidden cost compare to other hotel which we stay before. Most important is the bus shuttle provided is so limited seat and time slot!! And the service guy *** introduce us go outside hotel service such as dining in the ice room. Unhappy things happen the meat we order cannot been cook after boil more than 5 to 10min even 20min! And so many amenities which hotel have the best he told us hotel food taste average!!! The management still look into this staff!

I had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts. 在瑞士鲁能酒店的入住体验非常好，工作人员的服务很称职。在深夜与外国护照办理入住手续时，刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇非常友善，并坚持帮我们搬运行李并护送我们到房间。我们没有国内手机号，他们还主动加了微信以保持更容易的沟通。高效响应令人印象深刻。我们提出的任何问题，都得到了及时回复与解决。包括在大半夜，有多需要的刘基扬和王国琪也及时送到我们房间里，其他三位也很及时的替我们我们与相关人士联系。 酒店早餐选择丰富，中西式都有，如果能提供叉子、勺子和水的话会更完美。尽管房卡经常问题，但我遇到的那些工作人员，都能确保问题迅速解决。总的来说，体验到了瑞士鲁能出色的服务，得特别感谢刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇。让我对这个酒店和中国人的印象十分好。

I have to praise Changbaishan Guoxin Hot Spring Hotel, it's really great! As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the attentive service was like a spring breeze blowing on our faces, making us feel happy. The room is fully equipped with first-class facilities and is exquisite in every aspect. The surrounding natural environment is unique, as if you are in a paradise. The breakfast is rich and varied to meet different tastes. Hot springs are the hotel's trump card. Soaking in the natural hot spring water makes you feel nourished both physically and mentally. Such an excellent hotel is definitely an ideal choice for a trip to Changbai Mountain. Highly recommended! Wang Yuhang
