While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views. The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter! With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

Very beautiful area, close to the north gate. The girl at the front desk is very nice and attentive. We contacted the hotel a week before arrival because I don't know Chinese. The girl constantly helped, through a translator built into the WeChat application. Hot springs are amazing. The hotel staff is very caring and attentive. The VIP service was very pleased, because there were a lot of people. I recommend you book this hotel to relax and enjoy the mountain scenery. I want to come back here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Yatai Hotel, the staff were amazing; extremely friendly, helpful and the service throughout our stay was of a high professional standard. We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

The breakfast is cost-effective and quite delicious. The location of the hotel is very good. You can stroll around the town, buy food and souvenirs. There is a beautiful park near the hotel where you can relax and unwind. The service attitude is very good. The ladies at the reception counter are helpful and courtious. They treat you nicely and help you solve any problems you may have. They can also provide you with the contact information of some drivers in Erdaobaihe as well as recommend you some places to eat out or have fun. Overall, we were very satisfied with this hotel as it ticked all the boxes for us. We really recommend it and are definitely coming back.

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve. 1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

The location of the hotel is very good. It takes no more than 2 minutes to walk from the subway station. It is at the intersection of two main roads. It is convenient to take a taxi and there is a parking lot. It is within 10 minutes' walk to Guilin Road. The hotel facilities are very new. The room is fully intelligent, with Xiaodu, a large area, a chaise longue, a wardrobe and a small refrigerator. It is comfortable to stay. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas and the area is also large, but there is no trash can around the washbasin, which is inconvenient. It is recommended to configure it. The bathroom in the room we stayed in was probably very cold because it was close to the side. There was a significant temperature difference with the bedroom, and I had to wear clothes when I got up at night. After responding to the front desk, I immediately proposed to upgrade my room. I said that there were too many things and I didn't want to sort them out (and the layout of this room and the view outside were very good), so I didn't change it. I didn't expect the store to say that they would come to sort out my luggage. This service awareness is really nothing to say. It is recommended to install a small heater in the bathroom of this room. The breakfast is good, and the cooking has been updated all the time. It is a leader in the same type of hotel, but the coffee machine has only produced coffee but not milk in the two days I ate there, and I need to pour milk manually, which shouldn't be the case. In general, this hotel is worth recommending. Both the facilities and services are first-class. It would be even better if some details could be considered more carefully.

The first impression of seeing the hotel from the outside, we entered by climbing stairs carrying a large heavy suitcase, it was very troublesome. Then when we arrived at the receptionist, we could smell the sharp smell of cigarettes. Then when we entered the room, it looked clean and tidy, but every night the smell of cigarettes entered our room, maybe it was from the room next door. So I stayed for 2 nights, every night I had to wear a mask until morning to sleep. I do not recommend staying here for those who are allergic to the smell of cigarettes like me. The breakfast menu varies, but most of the menu is the same for 2 days

This was a great hotel with wonderful views of the river and the light shows. The meteorite museum is just across the river and there are many eateries and restaurants within walking distance. The front desk people are wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly encourage anyone visiting this area to stay at this hotel.

The guy with glasses at the front desk was very Korean and had a very good service attitude. He upgraded our room for free, sent welcome fruit, and took the initiative to call the room to ask if we had any needs. The service was very thoughtful. The hotel is very convenient to various places, and the breakfast is also delicious. It is a five-star hotel.

The room is spacious, the service is good, and there are special small gifts when you leave the hotel. The Korean restaurant on the second floor is unique, the food is authentic and delicious, the waiters are warm and thoughtful, and two people asked for a bowl of cold noodles, and they were served two small bowls directly.

Had an upgraded room. The hotel spa is nice. The rooftop outdoor area is very nice. The sun service is very good. The only thing the hotel needs to do is to open the underground parking lot quickly. It will be very helpful this winter.

The hotel is located in the centre of town, within walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants, the family room is also quite spacious so definitely a great place to stay for families with young kids. The only downside is that there isn’t any hot spring within the hotel

Extremely neat and clean! Beds, windows, bathroom, and even amenities. I was quite surprised to see that level of rooms in those town. And the food was fabulous as well! They serve morning buffet, and the foods were just like their rooms, fresh and tasty. Of course the staffs were very helpful and supportive. If you’re foreign travelers like me and care about clean rooms, this hotel must be your choice to see around Changbaishan.

This hotel have spacious service apartments, rooms are big, clean, hotel staff is always helpful. 10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station. Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. If you have your car, then no issue at all. 这家酒店有宽敞的服务式公寓，房间很大，很干净，酒店工作人员很乐于助人。 距离长白山火车站 10 分钟车程。 我遇到的问题：旅游旺季期间，城市出租车严重短缺，有一天我甚至不得不在零下 15 度的气温下步行 3.3 公里才能到达市中心，滴滴和 T3 服务在这里可以使用，但出租车等待时间通常为 40 分钟到 1 小时。 作为外国人，酒店位置对我来说有点奇怪，很多宝贵的时间浪费在出租车等待上，早餐地点距离房间 300 米远，这很不方便，因为我和家人不想在零下 20 度的气温下走进去吃早餐，我住了 5 天，但只有 2 天我敢去吃早餐。 住宿方面，这个地方非常好，非常干净、温暖。如果您有车，那就完全没有问题。

Every time we meet in the lobby, we are greeted warmly, which is very considerate❤️ Environment: Located on the north slope of Changbai Mountain, it is convenient to go up the mountain, and the hot springs are good. I was too tired to experience skiing, and it is enough for pure vacation and relaxation! The only drawback is that the catering is really lackluster. I look forward to improvements next year. First of all, the hotel accepts foreigners (as of December 2023). The hotel is located just outside Changchun Railway Station, as well as lines 1 and 3 of the metro, and various buses, which is very convenient. Do note that to get there, you need to take the underpass and go out at the Shengli Road (South) exit. The hotel itself is very good, the room is spacious, has all the necessary facilities and those are in good condition. The staff was very kind and helpful, allowing an early check-in and storing the luggage upon check-out. Overall, a great option if you're visiting Changchun.

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. Thank you 我住在这家酒店是为了庆祝我的结婚周年纪念日，我只能说哇。我在这里度过了多么美妙的一段时光。如果有人要去这家酒店，我建议你到前台找索菲。她知道顾客喜欢什么，可以让你的住宿费物有所值。酒店和房间都很干净，所有的工作人员都很友善，乐于助人。我第一次感觉到在长春住酒店的感觉。令人惊叹的住宿。我喜欢称赞管理层的出色工作，但有一件事我不喜欢，那就是餐厅的员工们非常不成熟，在那里的高级餐厅里互相挠痒痒看起来有点不专业。非常感谢。

I stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it. Notes: When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free. The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha). Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice. We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast. There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!! The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area. All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

What a nice experience! Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed and most of the staff spoke english to us , which is fantastic! Check in and Check out was smooth and very fast! I was fascinated by the interior design, our room was clean and top class! Just as I thought it couldn’t get better we went to the breakfast buffet … omw 😱😱 AMAZING ! What I loved about it was the variety of foods and the fact that they cater for foreigners ! The dinner buffet was also AMAZING! I will definitely visit them again!

Nice hotel design and futuristic. Love the space and interior. Good place to take photo. They do provide some traditional clothing for free. The laundry side have 2 washing machine and 1 dryer. No washing powder provided. And after washing. To queue for drying took too long till I give up 😔. Near to Xin Tian Di where there are heaven for kids. Can enjoy whole day there.

The Hotel Location is ok, near to city Center. Some small restaurants nearby. Outside is currently City Hall construction site. So far ok, but could be noisy at some point. Room a little old and smaller than expected. In second day, some towels and Shower gel not refilled. Pool is ok, but the Sauna and other switched off Breakfast big selection, quality so so Would rate it 4 stars in total

The location of the hotel is easy to find. It is not far from the mountain and about 600 to 700 meters from the subway station. The room is very clean and has no peculiar smell. Check-in and check-out are very fast.
