Our stay was very comfortable, and the three of us thoroughly enjoyed our two-night experience. We specifically requested a non-smoking floor, and the air inside was fresh. A big plus was having windows that could be opened for ventilation – we just needed to contact the service staff to do so, which we really appreciated. The room facilities were well-maintained, clean, and tidy. All the staff members were warm, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you to the front desk staff who handled our check-in; they ensured we had such a pleasant experience. We will definitely choose the Shangri-La Hotel again on our next visit!

The room was clean and tidy. The restaurant had seafood and local special snacks. The gym and swimming pool on the first floor were free to use.
