I rarely leave reviews, but this time I just had to because the hotel was so exceptional, and I didn't want the hard work of all the staff to go unnoticed. I stayed for four days, and the room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, clean, and beautiful. But beyond the room's comfort, the service truly provided an overwhelming amount of emotional value. 👍 The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service was fantastic. The driver was formally dressed, neat, and proactively helped us with all our luggage. The car was also spotless, and everyone received a wet towel and a bottle of mineral water upon entering. The attention to detail in their service was outstanding. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and diligent. Every day, they offered a free selection of snacks, beverages, ice cream, and tea bags. Whenever we had questions, they answered with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, and even gave us various small gifts, which was a delightful surprise. The housekeeping service was absolutely unparalleled; it made you feel like royalty (like even the emperor would bow to you! 😂). All the housekeeping ladies not only fulfilled every request but also proactively anticipated our needs. For example, when they saw my glasses on the table, a housekeeping attendant proactively brought an eyeglass case. When they noticed we had a lot of clothes, a lady would bring a drying rack. And when they saw our cosmetics scattered on the table, another lady brought two small cosmetic bags to help us organize and carry them more conveniently. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, with a comprehensive selection of Chinese and Western, hot and cold dishes. The restaurant staff would also proactively and randomly ask guests daily, 'How was your rest last night? Do you have any suggestions for improvement?' If they saw a guest carrying too many plates, they would offer to help carry them back to the table. For dishes that took a few minutes to prepare, they would ask for the table number and deliver them. If you didn't want to go downstairs for breakfast, they could even deliver it to your room. The parking attendant was also amazing, helping with parking, moving cars, and safekeeping keys. Whenever you parked, the attendant was always there, truly providing constant assistance. 😂 Across every service, there were so many instances of such proactive service that it truly deserves the highest praise.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a big park behind it. The service at the hotel front desk is good. The facilities are well-equipped. There are snacks and snacks in the room. The room is very large and there is an office in the building. There is a TV The 65-inch one can project the screen. There is a free parking lot, which is very cost-effective. It is recommended to stay. The unit is nearby for office convenience.

BEST STAY EVER! Long review, but a meaningful one. Hotel & Facilities: I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained. The location is excellent, only about a 5-minute walk from the main entrance of the Longmen Grottoes, plus all the shopping and food area. There is also a nearby bridge where I enjoyed beautiful views of the grottoes without entering the site! The receptionist Mengmeng upgraded my room to a suite free of charge, which made my stay even more memorable, since it was a special occasion! She was super helpful and kind through my stay. Housekeeping was outstanding. My room was cleaned every day and maintained to a high standard. The breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes and enough choices to keep breakfast interesting throughout my stay, I ate like a queen, besides the restaurant area is super peaceful. As a Spanish girl who does not speak good Chinese, I relied on translation apps, and the staff were always patient, welcoming, and eager to help. Exceptional Staff Support After I Sprained My Ankle: During my visit to the Longmen Grottoes, I unfortunately sprained my ankle. The level of care I received from the hotel staff was exceptional and was one of the main reasons I decided to extend my stay by an extra night. The receptionist Dan Dan and the driver Zhang Hong went above and beyond to help me the night I sprained my ankle. Ma Dan Dan was my main contact point. She regularly checked on me, provided ice for my ankle and even helped me do my laundry! She came up and down to my room several times to bring me everything I needed. I am very grateful for her time and care. The driver Changwang took me to the nearest health centre and he was super patient and talkative, which was nice. Special mention to one staff member called Wang Bing, she was working during the breakfast the day after I sprained my ankle and she was incredibly helpful, lovely and attentive, she even gave me a medicine for mosquito bites! Everyone treated me with kindness and professionalism. I believe mentioning their names is relevant, due to my particular situation, they deserve the recognition. As a solo woman travelling and getting injured far away from home, their support meant a great deal to me. Overall: Whether you are a domestic or international traveller, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of beautiful facilities, an excellent location, outstanding cleanliness and nd caring staff made this one of the most memorable experiences I have had in my years of travelling. This business trip, I stayed at the JW Marriott Zhengzhou, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations – truly a benchmark for high-end hotels in Zhengzhou. The hotel is located in the CBD's 'Big Corn' building, and the 38th-floor sky lobby has a fantastic ambiance. The high-floor rooms offer panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of Ruyi Lake and the city's nightscape. It's especially therapeutic when the lights come on in the evening. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a peaceful rest after a busy day. The bathroom amenities were complete, and all the details were well taken care of. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and smooth. The staff were polite, courteous, and responded to requests promptly and thoughtfully. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining local flavors with international cuisine. The location is excellent, making it convenient for both business and leisure activities, including dining and shopping. It's suitable for both business travel and leisure trips. I'll definitely choose this hotel first on my next visit to Zhengzhou. Highly recommended!

This location is heaven on earth. Surrounded by mountains that take on the form of Buddha. You sit right in the palm of a blessed spot. It is family owned and they treat you like family while you are there. By far some of the kindest people you will meet on your trip. Food is fantastic and homemade. There is a rooftop spot you can relax at, have tea, and even enjoy your meal there. The Shaolin temple is just a short walk from the hotel, and the owners will offer to drive you every time. Make sure to stay here if you are in the area. You will not regret it.

My trip to Luoyang was made even better by the Banshan Siji Hot Spring Hotel. It's very close to both the high-speed train station and the Longmen Grottoes. The hotel itself has beautiful landscaping and excellent facilities. The guest rooms are modern and stylish. The butler service was professional and attentive. I stayed for five days and four nights, and enjoyed looking at the lovely courtyard every day. It was a real treat! Next time I visit, I'll definitely choose Banshan Siji Hot Spring Hotel again!

The hotel's location is decent, with a small parking lot, and it's quite clean inside. While the area around the hotel isn't bustling, it's still convenient for getting around. Overall, it's a pretty good hotel, offering great value for money.

This was my first time in Zhengzhou, specifically to see Zhou Shen's concert. I only stayed one night, but the Jajin Hotel left a deep impression on me. Every staff member was incredibly friendly during check-in, and they even upgraded my room and gave us a complimentary afternoon tea. They promptly provided information about the shuttle bus times and locations, and added us to a WeChat group. They flawlessly organized seven shuttle buses to and from the Olympic Sports Center for hundreds of 'Shengmi' (Zhou Shen's fans) – not a single person was left behind! A big thank you to the entire concert service team: Wang Youxing, Fu Wei, Yin Junpeng, Shang Jianghao, Lü Keying, Liu Jian, Liu Chengyu, and Wang Huibin! And of course, all the staff who assisted me during my stay. My first trip to Henan was absolutely perfect!

The hotel's location is excellent. It's a short walk to Luoyi Old Town and also within strolling distance of Shizi Street. Luoyang has shared e-bikes everywhere, so finding food and attractions is usually within a ten-minute ride. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming. I mentioned something to them before checking in, and I completely forgot about it later, but they reminded me, which saved me a lot of trouble. I really appreciate that! The room was great too. I booked a triple room and asked if there were partitions between the beds, in case we wanted some privacy. When I checked in, the owner said they had specially installed a curtain with a track beforehand, which was incredibly accommodating – truly going above and beyond to meet our needs. Thanks to the owner as well! Overall, I'm very satisfied with everything. If I come back to Luoyang, I'll definitely stay here again.

Staying at the Luoyang Marriott for my trip to Luoyang was a really good experience overall. The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the Luolong New District, not far from the subway station, and right next to Quanshun Shopping Mall, which is super convenient for dining and shopping. Taking a taxi to the Longmen Grottoes and Longmen High-Speed Railway Station isn't far either, making getting around very hassle-free. The front desk staff were very friendly and checked me in quickly. They were patient in answering my questions about local attractions and were happy to help with any small requests. The concierge team was also very reliable, proactive in helping with luggage, and even shared some great local tips for exploring, which was really helpful. I didn't use the hotel breakfast this time, but I did try the Chinese restaurant in the evening. The food quality was excellent; both the Henan cuisine and Luoyang Water Feast were very authentic. The private dining rooms were quiet and elegant, perfect for a small gathering with friends. My room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a restful night's sleep without disturbances. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, and the service was impeccable. While the price is a bit on the higher side, it's definitely worth it for the quality. I had a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely consider this hotel first when I visit Luoyang again. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to the area.
