Family-friendly Hotels in Guizhou, China

Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

The hotel is centrally located in the midst of many food, shopping and transport choice. Service staff is really sincere and helpful. There’s are shared mini kitchen, washing machines/dryers/irons and umbrellas for guests to use. The hotel is perfect for free and easy travellers/friends/couple and travellers looking to enjoy and soak in sights flexibly. It is in a block where there are other businesses and travellers can be confused by a need to take a lift to the 31st floor where the lobby and check in is. Ask around and it’s easy to get to the lifts. Thank you to the hotel and nice staff for a very pleasant stay!

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

The location is very close to Guiyang Station and can be reached on foot. There are many shops around and it is very convenient to eat. It is also very close to the subway. The only thing I would like to suggest is to have more power sockets. It would be perfect❤️

This is a hotel that combines cost-effectiveness and thoughtfulness. The butler service is very thoughtful. Every night, you can eat free fruit, hot roasted sweet potatoes and fermented rice balls! The transportation to various attractions in the hotel is very convenient, and the sanitary conditions are also good! Highly recommended!

One of the best service oriented hotel we have ever stayed. Throughout our stay there, the whole crews were willing to go extra miles to fulfill our needs and demands, especially our butler, Xiao Long, he had been very friendly and accommodating. The view from the room was also incredible and definitely one of the best in the area. We will recommend this hotel to families and friends.

Before checking in, the boss took the initiative to contact us and added WeChat. When we got off the high-speed train, the pick-up man was already waiting there. The B&B has a sense of design and the location is great. You can see the scenery of the village in the room and outside the public area window. There are fruits and Lemon tea and red date tea are prepared very considerately. Small details such as smart toilets and face towels in the room are also well done. The boss will inform you in detail about the tour route and various activities in the village. The breakfast is also very good. , I also arranged the bus to the station early when I left. All in all, it was a good experience. I will choose here next time.

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

How do I evaluate this hotel? I compared many hotels online and finally chose this one because I saw that they offer free car wash. Before we arrived at the hotel, Xiaomai Butler called to ask what time we would arrive and whether we had any requirements for the room. He also reminded us to bring thick clothes, saying that it is quite cold in Zunyi. I really want to thank the butler, otherwise we would have worn short sleeves to Guizhou and would have caught a cold, because as Xiaomai Butler said, the temperature difference between morning and evening in Zunyi is quite large. The service is really attentive. Another unexpected surprise is that the hotel actually wrote a guide for the guests and recommended food. It is really attentive. We also followed his guide and did avoid many detours. Thank you very much. The hotel's midnight snack is also delicious. The noodles in Zunyi are really good. There are many delicacies in Guizhou. There is also the Shanqian Laoguo recommended by Xiaomai Butler. It tastes really good. It is the best Laoguo I have eaten in Guizhou. The consumption is not expensive. I give this hotel a thumbs up and hope you will do better and better.

The room i booked was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the staff were super friendly. They gave me a welcome fruit bowl . The service was amazing. I sure will be visiting again. You won’t be disappointed I recommend you try this hotel out.

The parking lot is indoors inside the hotel. You need to pay for parking yourself. The parking fee is too expensive. The parking fee is 93 yuan for less than 21 hours, which is very uneconomical. Everyone who drives should be cautious. Third, the room is a big bed room with a giant screen projection, but the actual projection area is not that large. The giant screen is a bit exaggerated.

The hotel is located next to Zhusheng Bridge, in the ancient city, very close to Yuping Mountain and Qinglong Cave, and very convenient for visiting the ancient city~ The environment is good, I booked a river view room, the decoration attitude inside is very good in all aspects, the room is also relatively clean and hygienic, there is no peculiar smell, it is still worth it, you can also watch the lights in the room at night

I chose to stay at Biyin because of the service and design, and it didn't disappoint me at all! The viewing coffee table in the lobby is so comfortable, the view is very good, and there are unlimited coffee drinks. The staff is very warm and friendly, and the room is clean and comfortable. The location is good, close to the main street, but not very noisy. There are also Dong song performances in the homestay at night, which are beautiful. Although the price is higher than other homestays in the village, it is still worth it. I really recommend staying here for a leisure trip, the experience is very good👍

If you arrive in the afternoon, you can go out directly and go up to Shiping Mountain. After getting up in the morning, you can go directly to the opposite side of the bridge and visit the Qinglong Cave complex on the opposite side. Then walk about 200-300 meters inward and you can visit Zhenyuan Museum. Walk along Sifang Alley and directly visit Zhucao Well to experience the Southern Alley. Basically, the must-visit attractions can be seen along the road. Directly out of Renshou Lane is the cruise ship terminal. The picture is a night view from the balcony. Service: The owner of the inn will contact you in advance. If you sleep cold at night, the owner will help add quilts late at night. They will also take them to the parking lot and then take a battery car back to the inn. When we arrived, other inns had rooms available today, but the rooms here were fully booked today. Facilities: The facilities are complete, the toilet water is relatively weak, and one thing that needs to be improved is the air conditioning and heating.

There are boundaries and politeness. The folk customs are simple. I like such a place very much and hope it can develop better and better. The boss will contact you by phone the day before and tell you how to get in conveniently. You can make a shuttle bus yourself or help call a car. We brought luggage so we asked the boss to call a car. The pick-up driver was very polite and the car was very clean. We needed to get up early the next morning and didn’t have time to eat breakfast in the store. The boss also specially packed bread for us to pick up at the front desk.

This time we visited Zhenyuan after the flood. Although we didn't get to see the most beautiful scenery, this inn left a deep impression on us! A few days before check-in, a handsome guy called to inform us of the impact of the flood and asked us if we wanted to check out and change places. After consulting, we finally decided to come. It was really nice when I arrived. The room was just like the reviews, very new and very modern style, I like it. The bed is very comfortable, and my baby likes the projection the most. The beautiful girl gave us a welcome fruit plate. When we came back from shopping in the evening, the landlady saw us with our children, so she specially washed a large plate of blueberries and cut watermelon for the children. The next day they lent us an electric car to go out for fun. The night view of Zhenyuan is somewhat affected, but it is still beautiful. But the river is still being cleaned and the water level has dropped a lot, making it impossible to cruise. Some shops have been affected, but there are not so many tourists, so they can calm down and stroll around to experience the ancient charm. The most touching thing was that we had to catch a train. Originally we just wanted the little boss to help us call a taxi. There was a traffic jam here, and the little boss was afraid of delaying us. A family of three took our family of three and our luggage to the other side of the river to wait for a taxi on an electric bicycle. When we got off the bus, we realized that the fare had been paid in advance. In the past two days, I chatted with the little boss and his family and learned that they have also been affected by it. I didn't expect such generous service. We were all touched. Especially for children, this trip is not only to see the beautiful scenery but also to experience the local customs. This is the meaning of travel. By the way, the little boss’s coffee is really delicious! I will make up for the slight regrets this time next time. We will stay here again when we come to Zhenyuan.

Very very satisfied with the hotel! It should be the best hotel in Kaili. It is very satisfactory. The hardware conditions and software services are very good. not as convenient as I thought it would be. walkway to Huanguoshu is for VIP only, other wise you have to walk outside. Getting there by taxi, we had to stop at front gate, unload luggage and wait for hotel car, reload luggage to get to hotel and unload again. Staff is very, very nice and helpful though. Room is ok, but bed not that comfortable.

The room facilities are good, clean, and there is no smell of smoke. When checking in, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and opened our perfect mood for staying. The girls at the front desk were enthusiastic. The next day we went to Huangguoshu Waterfall and left our luggage at the hotel. When we came back to get the luggage, they also prepared two bottles of warm water for us. Thank you very much to all the staff.

This is the most satisfying hotel in this trip to Guizhou! It was the first time I traveled to Guizhou with my family. After checking in at Baili Dujuan, we stopped by Huangguoshu Waterfall. The front desk staff has always been very warm and polite, and they also provide shuttle services to the scenic area, which is very convenient for us who are not traveling by car. The hotel is in a prime location, about 1.2km away from the scenic spot ticket service center, and the drive takes about 5-10 minutes. There are many restaurants to choose from downstairs of the hotel; there are also convenience stores, fruit stalls, and coffee shops. The hotel family room is very spacious, with a rest area on one side and a tea table and a couch on the other side. (The small can of oolong tea given by the hotel is quite good!); there is a separate cloakroom. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, two sinks can be used at the same time, and there is a bathtub. The hot water comes quickly and the water volume is large. The room hygiene is also very good! It is quiet at night, and you can already hear the chirping of summer insects at this time of year. In addition, the breakfast included in the hotel is good! There are porridge, noodles, steamed buns, eggs, fried rice, soy milk, sweet potatoes, etc., you can choose. Only after eating well can you have the energy to play for a whole day haha~ The Huangguoshu scenic area is really big and hardcore. It took two days to play with the elderly. It is not the flood season yet, but the scenery is still pretty good. The queue for the Water Curtain Cave is about 15-20 minutes. It is said that it may take several hours to queue during the peak season. Oh my god~ It’s good to go now during off-peak hours!

I stayed at the Banshan Hotel again. The service was still so considerate, the environment was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. I slept so well that night! With the delicious buffet, it was a perfect stay! The hotel has a large parking lot, which allows me to drive myself and the car together. I am very satisfied!

The three days and two nights of Huangguoshu tour experience is very good. You can go back to the hotel to eat and rest during the hottest time at noon. Baiweiyuan Chinese Restaurant: Large portions and delicious, the skin-on beef in clear soup, crispy eggplant, and marinated pepper and plum meat are all very good. When we ate, we thought the herbal tea was delicious, and the beauty in the restaurant even gave us a bag of tea leaves. Self-service laundry room: clothes can be washed directly after returning from the waterfall, very friendly for family travel The room was not ready when we checked in, so the hotel directly gave me meal vouchers for the children. When I left the hotel, I found that I had left a belt behind, and the hotel was very considerate and helped to deliver it to my home. The entire trip to Huangguoshu is very easy, and the hotel is an indispensable part.

It feels more like an authentic Hilton than Hilton Garden Inn and Hilton Garden Inn. The facilities, equipment and supplies are very complete. You can also request for complimentary feet soak. I tried to find wine late at night and while they dont have it, the staff sent me a glass of complimentary beer. Lots of smart features in the room and the breakfast is great. Location is right by Huangguoshu waterfalls entrance. Guests can also consider hoping over to nearby Bo Lian Hotspring for hotspring in the evening if theres nothing to do.
