Family Friendly Hotels in Gansu, China

This place is very comfortable, the room is new and clean, close to restaurants, and most importantly, the receptionist here is very helpful. He gave us good advice and arranged a tour bus for us. Even though we arrived at the hotel quite late, the staff took good care of us. We had a fantastic stay which was made even better by a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and had toiletries for kids. There are many amenities available and the toiletries given is definitely more then the other hotels. Bottled water are easily accessible in every floor which is a great idea. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. The meals in the hotel are tasty with huge portions given. Overall, it was an excellent experience and will definitely come back again.

This was a great hotel for us! The room was quiet and comfortable. Even though they don’t have non-smoking rooms, they gave our room a treatment to remove any smoke odors, and we didn’t smell any smoke! However, sometimes we saw people smoking in the halls near the elevator doors which was unpleasant, or in the restaurant which was also unpleasant. But overall, it didn’t bother us. The breakfast was good except for the terrible coffee which did not even taste like coffee. The service is very good though, with friendly and kind staff. And they have very good clothes washing machines available to guests, for free. It was very helpful! I would stay here again.

The service was really good, the owner had our rooms ready when we arrived earlier than check in. She helped us arrange lunch and arranged a tour for us. The rooms were clean and modern and the showers were so good as we stayed during off season mid November it was -5 at night so a hot shower was essential. She also arranged transport back to the train station on departure. Very friendly and would recommend.

The room is big, the yard is beautiful, and there are a few cute cats. Each room is carefully built. The room we stayed in imitated the big kang in Northeast China. We arrived late at night, so we didn't have time to take pictures. There is a Feitian Park next to it, which is very big.

Only ten minutes walk from Mayan metro station and a ten minute ride to Lanzhou West rail station for airport and bullet trains. Plenty of restaurants and food trucks in a short stroll including excellent BBQ Uyghur food opposite. Room was great size and tastefully modern while lobby area stunningly tranquil and zen. Hotel is practically brand new as is the immediate city district and a few snagging problems still exist. In my room the AC Couod not be operated so a window was always open. And the fancy electronic WC appeared to have no electric connections as module didn’t work. In hall outside room there was ongoing minor repair to the flooring. Amazingly good value for money and high standard Bed and bathroom plus enormous TV all working 100%.

Look at the photos, what else can you say? The following is only a reminder: 1. When you come, check the weather, the temperature difference between day and night is large. I came in early July, short sleeves during the day, rain in the evening, and cold to cry at night. 2. Potatoes from the south still have to pay attention to high reaction. Don't see the grassland too excited. Pay attention to the wind. The wind hurts the brain and will react. 3. Take pictures of the starry sky and sunrise, pay attention to the orientation. The sunrise has to climb the hill behind the wooden house to shoot. 4. The boss can order a warm pot and Tibetan food. Warm the pot on the southern potato. The only feeling that needs to be strengthened is breakfast. Breakfast has porridge and milk, eggs, and Tibetan buns. But it is still relatively simple. If you bring children, it is recommended to bring some instant noodles that children like to eat, self-heating rice and the like.

I fell in love with the website at first sight and placed an order without hesitation. I was not surprised when I arrived. The proprietress provided good service. She recommended delicious local specialties and helped me book discounted tickets for local performances. I went to see Dunhuang again by myself. The performance was very good. I stayed here for two days. At night, I sat in the courtyard drinking local beer, chatting with the boss, enjoying the breeze and looking at the stars. It was very comfortable. It was very relaxing to come here alone. The breakfast was also very exquisite. The wild vegetables picked by the boss's eldest sister were delicious. They have their own vegetable garden. The restaurant is also beautifully designed and very quiet at night. Their home is in the village near Crescent Lake. Their home is a few hundred meters away from Feitian Avenue. The location is easy to find and parking is also very convenient. I sincerely recommend it to everyone. I will definitely not make mistakes. I will definitely stay at their home next time with my family.

Highly recommend! This hotel offers airport or railway station pickup free service. The hotel location is excellent and not so far for Mogaocave, the dunhuang night market, Mingsha Mountains.. The hotel room is super clean, wide, and has comfy.beds. Also, the hotel provided everything necessary Especially the hotel staff are very friendly and responsible for guests. We stayed there for 3 nights 4 days and the staff always helped us for traveling. They called a taxi for us to travel to tourist spots Even if they don't speak English , we communicate by translation application on the phone. They also bring us to pharmacy and supermarket. How they are wonderful and thankful. If we go there again, we will definitely stay there again. I traveled all over the world for 20 years, but I never met like the hotel and staff. Totally never forgetable hotel and staff. God bless forever! Thanks again!!!

酒店就在桑科草原邊上，來往的路邊，夏河縣城外圍不遠。空氣清新，床品、裝修很新，入住舒適。但周邊餐飲較少，我們在酒店餐廳點的餐，一般般，性價比不高。酒店沒電梯，沒人幫我們拿行李。不知什麼原因洗澡水有點小，不穩定。
