I liked the hotel location and facilities. The indoor pool was amazing and the live stage was so good. I would definitely visit here again and book the terrace view next time.
However, there are few things that I was very dissapointed.
The room was not managed well. There are white things are around the floors (it looks like painting or wall paper. I asked to change the room, but the new room has the same problem).
Hair dryer was phsically broken and not working.
Heater is not working and when I turn on, it is very noisy.
There was a party when we stayed and it was very noisy until almost 1 pm. We called at 12:30 and the reception said they send a security. However, it was still noisy after 30 mins).
The hotel is located next to the free mountain transport cable car, which is very convenient. After going up, the ski equipment rental center is on the right and it is directly opposite the ski cable car. The hotel facilities are old, the breakfast is simple, and the 24-hour coffee and tea in the lobby are very considerate.
Lunch: a box with a yogurt, a PERIT muffin, a cookie, a mini fruit salad and a cheese (it's the sweet box) who eats cookies for lunch???? The other box, there ”salty” offers a turkey cheese croissant, yogurt, cheese and some stuff. This croissant for breakfast is a bit heavy!
I find it unfortunate that the wonderful buffet is no longer offered AND ESPECIALLY THAT THE PRICE HAS NOT BEEN ADJUSTED CONSEQUENTLY.
Lots of dust in the room.
The hotel has a lot of entertainment for children, but the gym is too dark and the sauna is too old. The water pressure is also low when taking a shower, and the water comes out very slowly! Overall, the experience is still good, and the children like it very much!
There is an attached restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, which provides a continental breakfast. It costs 11 knives per person (approximately). Then you can choose your own food with milk (cold), morning cereals, bagels, bacon, sausages, yogurt and fruit. You can also order your own breakfast.
Good location, 5 minutes walk from Chinatown subway station, 8 minutes walk from Laogang.
No extra bed available.
There is generation parking service.
Were given a two story room. It was horrible. Room was extremely dated with dark walls, awful wallpaper, uncomfortable furniture, old appliances in kitchenette. Had to go down about 15 steep stairs to get to bedroom, which is not fun for a retired couple. Room service was non-existent. View was a forest. Trip from elevator to our room was down a very long, dark hallway. Had no way to control air conditioning, so room was freezing. Only benefit was gas fireplace which we used to warm up.
Hotel itself was in excellent location - in heart of Mont Tremblant Village. Walking distance to everything - go carts, rock climbing, zip lining, trampoline, restaurants. Plenty for families to do. Definitely an expensive tourist destination! Two coffees (1 small, 1 large) cost $9.00. Long lineups in evening for any restaurant.
Still relatively new hotel, road commercial street near... it is very convenient to do a Japanese visa
