Family Hotels in Alberta, Canada

There was no receptionist at the counter while we arrived, so we had to wait for a while and checked-in. Staffs might be busy and not friendly as other hotels.

I stayed for only 1 night and was super excited and ready to rave about this place when I first got to the hotel. The front desk person was great. The place is a lil run down but I don't mind. Got the themed room with a jacuzzi tub which was super cute and smelled super clean - but again a slightly run down. As cute as the bed was, it was SO uncomfortable. It was so stiff it didn't feel like there was an actual mattress on it while also being uneven. The more time i was in the room i noticed that it wasn't fully cleaned properly and found some stray litter from previous guests. When i went to leave I asked about the airport shuttle I arrived at the airport on. During check in i didn't notice the sign saying it needed to be pre booked the night before. The front desk working just said i had to find another way to the airport and left it at that.

The room was clean but my sleep was disturbed by loud truck horns which was really inconvenient. I was also surprised there was no bath towel. There were only two small hand towels and one face towel. I stay in hotels regularly for work and this is the first time I’ve experienced that.

A new hotel near the airport, where people often hold parties. The hygiene is acceptable and the room is relatively large. The only problem is that the second booking failed, and I was not able to check in, but the full amount was deducted, which is really weird.

The motel is cheap and clean. Parking right out front of your room. Try to get a room on the back side. There is a wooded area on the back, a park, with trails. The motel is nicely renovated with decent design. The carpets outside in the open-air hallways need to be cleaned desperately. Service was normal (the East Indian guy working quickly had us checked-in).

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton International Airport, and it was a fantastic experience. I particularly appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which was reliable and fast—perfect for catching up on work and staying connected. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, including scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruits, yogurt, and a selection of pastries. There was also a pancake machine, which was a fun touch! The dining area was clean and spacious, allowing me to enjoy my meal in a relaxed environment. The hotel’s location is excellent, especially for travelers using the airport. It’s just a short drive away, and the hotel offers a shuttle service, which is very convenient. I took advantage of this service, and it was prompt and efficient, making my arrival and departure stress-free. Additionally, I had the chance to use the fitness center during my stay. It was well-equipped with modern machines and weights, and it was nice to have that option to maintain my workout routine while traveling. Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton International Airport was highly satisfactory. The combination of friendly service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient amenities made it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay near the airport. I look forward to staying here again during my next visit to Edmonton!

They only had one night stay hope to tell more next time. Breakfast was great and fast.

Room was average at best Pillows lumpy and it affected my  sleep Went to buy a bottle of water it was 4.50 Carts for luggage disappeared and staff didn’t seem to care, got attitude when I asked if the coukdcfind them as I had 2 - 50 lb bags plus carry on Cheap price but would try a different   place next time Average at best!!!

The staffs are very nice, the hotel is dog friendly. Room is clean and the bed is really comfortable, I really felt that I was at home.
