The hotel was great , the room was big, staff was friendly, breakfast was good but everyday the same.
Overall my experience was fantastic, i would stay there again. My only complaint was parking. I chose this hotel because parking was included , but spaces are very limited 2 out 4 nights i had to park on the street and wake up very early to move the car.
Compared to the hotels in the center of Banff Town, this hotel is so great! Very suitable for self-driving, the hotel is 3 kilometers away from the center of Banff Town, with its own free shuttle bus to the town center, and the scenery is excellent. The cabins are spacious and well-equipped, and there are hot spring pools to help you eliminate a day's fatigue. The most important thing is that the service is so good. I asked for a knife to cut salami, and they sent me a new knife and a cutting board. I was really touched! I have collected it and will stay here again if I have the chance!
The flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel at midnight. There was a Cantonese-speaking girl on duty and check-in was smooth. The room facilities were average. The breakfast was quite rich. It was a good stopover to Banff.

Absolutely Obsessed with my stay at The Residence Inn by Marriott downtown / Beltline. I got such a great deal booking on trips I booked for 5 days and got a great discount. The rooms are huge and have everything you need and OH MY GOD the buffet breakfast đ I would stay here again just to have the breakfast itâs amazing and SO much variety of food healthy and a bit naughty and free coffees ect aswell - and the best part is itâs included for free in your stay. TAKE MY MONEY. The gym is great too perfect amount of equipment, well lit and a nice view, plus filtered water. Guest laundry is easy to use, they sell laundry powder at reception and itâs $2 a load. Reception are friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is in a great central location. I actually stayed here alone and felt very safe and welcomed. Super happy with my stay here I couldnât recommend it enough!
2 storey hotel . We were allotted the upper room located directly above the kitchen of the restaurant. Fumes from the grills entered the room and it smelt bad. The floor felt warm too . They couldnât do anything as the rooms were fully occupied. My opinion is that they should not use this as a guest room . Beds are queen-sized so itâs a bit tight for 2.
Nearby town so itâs a short drive to supermarket & eateries.
I had a wonderful stay here. The staff was very friendly and got us the room we wanted with no issues. The rooms were very nice and clean. The large pool and hot tub area was a great place to relax after a long day of hiking. Would recommend!
Love the friendly staff n even the guests staying there too. Nice hotel attracts nicer people. My boy just loves the swimming pool... evening n morning swims are the must do ones. The plentiful choice in breakfast was also another nice surprise. Definitely thinking to stay here again on next visit.
Amazing experience. Not only does the hotel provides good services but also take care of your additional requests if they can accommodate. I really liked their business room access, lounge and restraunt options. Adding to free Airport pick and drop shuttle service which makes it really convenient for travels. I really appreciate the front desk behavior, patience and willingness to support and help a customer.

Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I had arrived earlier than expected and I was able to check in right away.
The King room had a great view of downtown Edmonton.
I enjoyed the business lounge access with evening aperitifs, the view of the city from the lounge and it was amazing to watch the sunset in the evening.
Having breakfast included in my room rates was a great addition to the booking as it was convenient for me. You can also watch the sunrise if you get to the lounge early enough to get a seat by the window while having your breakfast there.
Good location and Convenient. Service was good and staff were friendly. The room was clean and in good size. Good to include breakfast, not super yummy, but fair enough for a morning start . The swimming pool is super small, we didnât bother, we went out every day for our own activities arrangements.

Ddouble0111#positive #I was happy with the Cleanliness of the Bathroom, Staff Attitude, Quantity of Amenities; A very cost-effective hotel. There are McDonald's and Tim Hortons next to it. It is also close to the city by car, about ten minutes
GGuest UserSo nice to stay at a hotel that has somewhere to eat right in the hotel, after a long flight. Highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again!
GGuest UserThe staff was super friendly and very helpful. I called down for extra bath towels and they were delivered within minutes. The hot tub was out of service during our stay but those things happen and canât always be controlled by the hotel. The kids absolutely loved the slide and spending time in the pool. Only complaint Iâd have there is that the pool towels were super small, we just doubled up and made it work. Not really a big issues. Breakfast was also included in our reservation and it was great. Good variety and included bacon/sausage and eggs. The space for breakfast was nice and open and lots of seating. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserI come to this hotel every year upon arriving in Calgary and before leaving and will continue to do so as long as the existing conditions remain the same.Â
You arrive to be checked in efficiently and in a friendly manner. Your room is big and both the bedroom and bathroom are immaculately clean, as well as tastefully decorated. The beds are big and super comfy. There is a coffee/drink machine, fridge and microwave and good wifi. The hotel has a pool and gym should you want to use either. Breakfast is also included. Breakfast could be slightly better, but you should be able to find something suitable for you. AND You get all of this for a bargain price! Â Itâs very hard to beat!
GGuest UserHotel staff were very friendly, and room was clean. We stayed for a night, as we arrived late in the night. The shuttle bus from and to the airport was very convenient. I would probably stay here again, if I plan to visit Calgary again
GGuest UserBig new squishy beds with just the right amount of firmness. King bed was so big I was able to have my own side without getting shoved into the corner
LLeeMariaWhen we checked in we decided to pay for the extra night. As soon as we got in the bedroom, we were completely underwhelmed with how small and outdated the room is. It is nowhere near worth that price. If given a choice, Itâs not even worth $200. We paid $1275 for the first night and they took out $1711 for the second night. Immediately we cancelled the second night and asked to be upgraded to a lake view room for just the one night. They made us wait 2 1/2 hours for the new room to be available. It looked the same just a little spacious. The bathroom window does not have blinds so you can be seen in the bathroom. We just had to make a way to cover it when we use the bathroom. The biggest benefit is that lake Louise is just there, which was the whole purpose of our trip. It was nice to have the priority guest discount as well for the canoeing which my family enjoyed. Overall, we would still go back but will definitely wait for a much lower pricing than that we paid for.
JJAY DAEGEONone of the lovely night in Calgary.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Calgary and staying at this amazing hotel, The front desk staff were incredibly kind. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after exploring. The location was perfect, making it easy to navigate around the nature. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
