We landed at 1:30 AM, and since this hotel offers free airport transfer, we contacted them via WeChat. They arranged someone to pick us up promptly. You just need to go to the designated area as instructed by the hotel staff. The staff responded very quickly, so there’s nothing to worry about! Everything went smoothly., check-in and check-out were hassle-free. Overall, it was a good experience for us.

The location is super convenient, really close to the subway station, and right next to a bustling commercial area. The room is high enough that you don't get bothered by the noise from the shops. It's a non-smoking room, very clean and tidy, and the bedding is so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were really friendly and provided warm, thoughtful service. I guess it's the off-season before the winter holidays, because they even upgraded my room type – how lucky is that! I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

A huge thank you to Anna at the hotel! We were in a real rush to catch our train to Kunming Station, and all three of our heavy suitcases were still at the hotel. If we'd gone back to pick them up, we would have definitely missed our train. We called the hotel hoping for a miracle, and after hearing our situation, Anna immediately sprang into action. She carefully calculated the traffic and delivery time, then arranged for a dedicated driver to bring our luggage straight to the station. After we successfully boarded our train, we tried to offer her a tip as a thank you, but she firmly refused. Her genuine thoughtfulness was incredibly touching! This stay truly allowed us to experience the hotel's professional and sincere service. Anna and the hotel deserve a massive commendation!

The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is warm and attentive, and the facilities are complete. The lobby has a strong artistic design. The hotel also features a hot spring, swimming pool, and gym. The environment is beautiful, a garden-style hotel with lush greenery, quiet, and within walking distance to Haigeng Dam, Yunnan Nationalities Village, and Haigeng Park. The hotel's breakfast offers a wide variety, and the Chinese restaurant serves delicious food, especially the clay pot rice. We initially planned to stay for two days but extended our stay for a few more.

Because we went there during the May Day holiday, we booked two rooms. When booking, we requested a high floor. When we arrived, they said there were no high floors. When we asked when the rooms would be cleaned, they said they were not sure. I felt that the service was a little inadequate in this regard, but otherwise I was very satisfied. Both the Chinese and Western food were good. Recommended!

The host is very accommodating and helpful. We were greeted with tea and fruits upon arrival. They also helped to carry our luggage from didi pickup point to the house. The stay was comfortable. The heater functioned properly. The room was big and as advertised. Theres plenty of space to eat and chill, and store your luggage inside the room. Very clean and the host will top up the amenities if needed. The inn is very close to the ancient town, just need a bit walk downstairs and you'll reach the small river. Theres also convenience store when you go down the road. We booked our jade dragon snow mountain trip with the host. The price is slightly on the higher end, but it was a last minute decision so its alright. They can also help you plan your itinerary for your stay. We went to alot of great place so Lijiang is very enjoyable~ Overall its a recommended place to stay. However, in my opinion the inn location is not suitable for elderly people because theres a lot of stairs.

travelling as a family, i requested for 2 rooms that i booked to be closer together when checking in. ms. 赵 Yuma was very helpful and arranged accordingly. she even provided and upgraded room type so that the rooms can be nearby. the good service doesn’t start or end there. when we arrived at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and assisted us with our luggage. the location of the hotel was also decent, with the wanda mall beside the hotel and a short car ride away from the city centre and train station. even though the hotel opened several years ago, thefacilities are well maintained and the room decoration still looks good.

Pros: The hotel has a rich history and has hosted many famous people. The decor is luxurious and beautifully designed. The location is excellent, right by Cuihu Lake. Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a higher floor room (though they didn't mention why proactively). They also provided a sweet soup before bed. Upon check-out, Mr. Wang gave us a farewell gift (yogurt and candy). Cons: For a luxury five-star hotel, the service falls short. The complimentary snack jar in the room had packaging left by the previous guest, which hadn't been cleaned. During breakfast peak hours, it was crowded, but no one was there to help guests find a table. As for facilities, those who prefer showering have to do so in the bathtub, which isn't ideal for elderly guests or children.

Our stay in this luxury bedroom suite was a memorable experience, largely due to the exceptional accommodations. The suite itself was nothing short of spectacular—incredibly spacious and warmly appointed. The layout was impeccably designed, featuring a foyer, a living area, a comfortable bedroom, and a walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom was a highlight, with a separate water closet, a vanity area with a deep-soaking bathtub, and a separate, spacious double shower room. The private outdoor sitting area that led to a huge, rejuvenating hot spring was the crown jewel of the suite. It's important to note the location within the Dong Feng Yun Scenic Area. A significant benefit is that the hotel provides the scenic area entrance ticket and transport to and from the gate, which is excellent. However, its setting means it is quite far from Jianshui's Old Town and other key locations. This can be inconvenient when you wish to visit other spots or find dining options outside the hotel. A major logistical issue we encountered was with return trips. When trying to get back to the hotel, most taxi drivers requested a top-up payment, as they would have to return to the city center without a passenger. Service at the hotel was generally good; the staff were prompt and attentive upon our arrival and throughout our stay. However, we noted a noticeable drop in attentiveness during the checkout process. A minor point to note is the centralized A/C system, which meant we couldn't control the room temperature individually. That said, the provision of a standing fan was a thoughtful and effective solution. The food at the hotel's restaurant was acceptable, though it didn't quite match the exceptional standard of the suite itself. Overall, this is a truly magnificent property for the space and privacy it offers, but its remote location requires careful planning and extra budget for transportation.

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Lijiang left a deep impression on me! The hotel is located near Shuhe Ancient Town, allowing guests to experience the unique charm of Naxi culture while enjoying modern luxury and comfort. The lobby design seamlessly blends traditional Dongba elements with contemporary art, immersing you in a rich ethnic atmosphere the moment you step inside. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with wooden furniture and ethnic embroidery complementing each other perfectly, offering superb views. The service was consistently warm; the front desk attendant, Christina, even gave us a small gift upon checkout. The hotel's Chinese restaurant serves authentic Yunnan cuisine, and the breakfast buffet is extensive, featuring various Lijiang local specialties. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend it to travelers seeking quality!

Ccathay wuThe hotel's overall scenery is beautiful, but as an older Banyan Tree property, the ongoing management and maintenance feel a bit average. Many of the facilities give a dated impression, and the breakfast, in particular, was a letdown. However, the dinner restaurant deserves high praise; we ate there for three consecutive days, and the food was consistently excellent. The Banyan Tree spa experience didn't quite meet expectations, but my feedback was received positively by the spa center. We booked two rooms, and one was upgraded to a mountain view room. The mountain view room definitely had better light and views compared to the courtyard room. Overall, the hotel staff were very friendly and most of our requests were met. However, the butler service felt pointless; I think the experience would be better without it.

AAnonymous User1. **Check-in Area:** The check-in counter, or front desk, was quite shabby. The computer keyboard was practically caked in grime, and don't even get me started on the sofa next to it – it looked very unhygienic. 2. **Dining:** The breakfast area was a bit cramped, with just four small tables by the street. If you're a party of more than two, you'd have to sit separately, or you might even have to stand and wait for a table. The coffee, however, was good. I only had breakfast once: a cold quinoa salad (see Photo 6) served with bread that had an overpowering artificial creamer flavor. I had been looking forward to the rice noodles for the next day, but serving didn't start until 8:30 AM, which was far too late for my rumbling stomach. Early risers and those who prefer hot meals should seriously consider other options or make alternative arrangements. 3. **Room (2nd floor) - Noise Issues:** Don't even think about getting any sleep at night. After 11 PM, there was still noise along the street, along with the clanging of the garbage truck. (Seriously, I'd strongly advise against staying in the Old Town.) The next day, it started pouring before dawn, and the sound of the heavy rain kept me awake as well. 4. **Room - Facility Issues:** The room I stayed in was supposedly the quietest in the entire hotel. It featured a large bathtub and a bathroom where the toilet and shower area lacked wet/dry separation. Unable to deal with the wet floor, I decided to shower in the bathtub. That's when I discovered Problem #1: the glass partition was completely transparent, with no curtain or frosted glass. The staff member claimed this was 'design.' Then came Fatal Problem #2: the bathtub had no running water, haha! 😄 5. **Room - Odor Issues:** Upon entering, there was a strong musty smell. The staff claimed it was due to 'raw wood,' but it's been 8 years and it still smells like that? Quite amusing. 6. **Staff (Pre-Check-in):** Before I even checked in, they asked me to cancel my booking on the platform and pay them privately for a discounted rate. I have this in writing. This is definitely a huge red flag, and I'm surprised they even dared to suggest it. 7. **Staff (General):** The individuals themselves were nice enough, but I was surprised to find that all the 'Jixiashan' staff were quite young, without uniforms, and seemingly without direct supervision, which gave a very disorganized and casual impression. 8. **Housekeeping:** I was quite satisfied with the housekeeping. Seeing the clean duvet and towels gave me peace of mind (P.S. the pillows were also comfortable). The hotel's facilities are very old; no matter how clean the bathroom tiles were, they still looked run-down, compounded by the dim lighting. Therefore, I feel the housekeeping staff here really have a tough job. 9. **Building Structure:** One morning, during a heavy downpour, when I opened my 2nd-floor room door, the entrance was essentially flooded up to my heels. It was quite a feat that the water didn't spread into the room. At night, there were no lights, so I had to grope my way back to the room along the dark corridor. It would be quite difficult for someone who doesn't remember their way (see Photos 1-2). 10. **Hotel Amenities:** One night, I heard the guest next door return, unable to open their door with the key, and had to call a staff member for help. They chatted for a bit outside the door before the staff member finally told the guest a 'trick': 'The key needs to be inserted a certain way, and the lock has a particular mechanism...' That's quite a struggle – needing a special technique just to get back to your room! 11. **Minor Details:** The room key had a very large, bulky leather tag attached to it. Absolutely no consideration for travelers on long journeys with limited luggage space. Who would want to carry such a bulky thing around? I originally had high hopes for the 'Jixiashan' brand. When I was in Shangri-La, I heard their Meili store had a collaboration with Kolon, which made me think they had good taste. This Dali Ancient City location is their first store, but it turned out to be such a low standard. Given the daily rate, I guess I understand why. This particular store cannot be found on 'Jixiashan's' mini-program; it's categorized under 'Wang Shenme Chuan Qu Le'.

MM2cq876si****Dear General Manager of Pullman Lijiang, I am writing this review to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional and heartwarming service provided by Rita throughout our stay. Rita's professional service at Pullman Lijiang truly sets a five-star standard! Her attentiveness was evident from the booking confirmation all the way to our departure, embodying the true essence of quality service. Upon arrival, she had already pre-checked our requirements, swiftly handled our check-in, and meticulously explained the hotel facilities and unique Naxi cultural services. She recommended local eateries and attractions and provided detailed information regarding hotel amenities, dining options, and room service. During our explorations, we casually mentioned our interest in finding some less-known scenic spots. Rita immediately drew us a handwritten guide, highlighting prime photography locations for the snow-capped mountains away from the crowds, and suggesting authentic local restaurants. When a minor issue arose with our room facilities, she promptly coordinated a resolution within ten minutes of our feedback and even sent apology fruits to our room. Upon check-out, she not only processed everything efficiently but also thoughtfully prepared a farewell gift for us. Rita's service seamlessly blended standardized professionalism with personalized warmth. She was patient, thorough, and incredibly responsive. Thanks to her recommendations, we even captured stunning photos of the 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise,' making our time at Pullman Lijiang exceptionally comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend her!

__WeChat21589****A hidden gem on the Ancient Tea Horse Road, Indigo Lijiang truly understands the art of a perfect getaway! Choosing Indigo Lijiang Old Town was the best decision of my trip to Lijiang! From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by the sincerity and quality evident in every detail, far exceeding my expectations. Its location is absolutely perfect, right at the entrance of the Ancient Tea Horse Road on the south gate of the Old Town. It's a 5-minute walk to Mufu Palace and 10 minutes to Sifang Street. You step right out onto the cobblestone streets and charming shops of the Old Town, yet the hotel itself offers a peaceful sanctuary, away from the hustle and bustle. The biggest surprise was our upgraded room with a private courtyard; the independent design ensures maximum privacy. The lush greenery in the courtyard is beautifully arranged. Enjoying a cup of tea in the morning or the evening breeze instantly captures the essence of Lijiang's slow-paced life. The room's design deeply resonated with me, cleverly blending elements of the Ancient Tea Horse Road with Naxi ethnic flair. The wooden furniture feels warm and high-quality, and amenities like the Marshall speaker, complimentary minibar (stocked with VOSS water and quality spirits), and Acqua di Parma toiletries all exude refinement. The king-size bed was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the overall washing experience was excellent. The service was simply impeccable! From the welcome call before check-in to Lison's warm and professional assistance, everything was outstanding. We had to leave for the snowy mountains at 5 AM the next day, and after informing the front desk, they thoughtfully packed breakfast for us. Their responses were quick and heartwarming throughout, with no hesitations. All the staff had genuine smiles and were always ready to help, making us feel like family. Breakfast can be enjoyed at the hotel or at the adjacent InterContinental, offering a rich and exquisite variety that covers Chinese, Western, and local flavors, all fresh and delicious. Even better, you get to share the InterContinental's indoor pool, fitness center, and spa facilities, which means you enjoy the resources of two hotels for the price of one – excellent value for money. I stayed here for two days and was surrounded by beautiful scenery, comfort, and attentive service every day. It’s perfect for both couples on vacation and family trips. I left with a heavy heart and am already looking forward to my next visit! If you want to experience the deep charm of Lijiang's Old Town and a high-quality holiday, Indigo Lijiang is definitely the top choice!

The young ladies working there provided exceptionally attentive service; they proactively helped with luggage and introduced local attractions. Their attitude was top-notch. The room was super clean, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. Choosing to stay here was definitely the right decision!

KKatherineliewtanWe stayed at Lishe seaview resort hotel for 2 nights. The hotel upgraded us to a two-room apartment which I did not expect! The apartment had spectacular view of Erhai in the living room and master bedroom. I had the foresight of having one free and easy day and we pretty much stayed in most of the time to soak in the view. The staff service was amazing. The team reached out to me via trip.com the day before we check in (fantastic initiative) as overseas visitors like me are not familiar with the WeChat usage. When we arrive, the staff were on standby to receive us and bring us to the apartment as we got there via our own driver. The hotel sent nightly desert (white fungus) to our apartment. One important aspect of the hotel is the delicious and wide spread of breakfast. The breaky was on the highest floor offering great views of Erhai, and the lady attendant there was polite, cheerful and has great service. When we checked, the hotel staff came to the apartment and send us to the car. They also presented a farewell bag of goodies - including rose Chinese cakes (which were super delicious!), tea and sweets. It was an awfully thoughtful gesture. I had the rose Chinese cake during breaky and loved them. So I was super happy to find them in the farewell gift. I would strongly recommend a stay here if you are in Dali. Fellow Singaporeans- you would love this place! I think even if I did not get the upgrade, I would have loved the view too. Just keep one day of doing nothing and enjoy the beautiful view and the hotel hospitality. The hotel staff were service oriented, always smiling, polite and helpful. I mean every staff we encountered, even the cleaning staff! This hotel was a great highlight of our Dali stay. I would definitely come back to stay at Lishe when next back to Dali.

GGuest UserHotel service was friendly and good. Check in service was fast. Breakfast provided were good with varieties of western and Chinese type. Location was convenient to go to places of interests. Except the air fragrance used in the room were strong unfortunately causes allergy reactions to one of my daughter. We had to used a plastic bag to cover them up which helped to reduce her allergic reactions. Overall, it is a nice and clean hotel with convenient locations to food and easy travel distances to travel around Kunming.

Ttina huanWe truly enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel, especially the beautifully preserved ancient architecture, which gave the place a unique charm and character. The room was thoughtfully furnished with a wonderful colour scheme, and every detail—from the lighting to the overall layout—was well designed and comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and they kindly showed us the room with the bathtub, which immediately confirmed our decision to extend our stay for another night. We also loved spending time in the courtyard and appreciating the landscaping, which added to the calm and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this boutique hotel perfectly met our needs for relaxation and for appreciating traditional architecture and courtyard design.

Fantastic location right on Nanping Street with famous food places and shopping malls right within walking distance - there was hardly a need to go anywhere else except for day trips to Dianchi Lake and the Stone Forest. Service was excellent - the staff were very responsive on chat. The laundry service was an added bonus as was the presence of the 3 lovely resident cats.

YYanyulaoshiWhat a pleasant surprise to find this hidden gem of a guesthouse right at the foot of Cangshan Mountain! I was absolutely delighted. First and foremost, the service was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and sensed the utmost sincerity. The hosts were incredibly warm and attentive; they answered all our questions, proactively helped with our luggage, and even offered great recommendations for local attractions and activities. They treated us like old friends, making our stay incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch. Our room was spotless, every corner meticulously cleaned, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. We felt completely at ease staying here. My favorite part, however, was their garden – it's truly a dream! The flowers and plants were immaculately trimmed, and from the courtyard, you can enjoy stunning views of Cangshan Mountain. Basking in the sun with a cup of tea, you can instantly feel the pace of life slow down. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay at the foot of Cangshan Mountain.
