This apartment is very comfortable, in a great area with a stunning view of the marina. The fridge is large, the bed is soft and extra pillows depending on the menu can be delivered. There is a 24 hour robot delivery for food and supplies ordered from stores. There is a convenience store 200m outside of the main entrance. You can walk to the May 4th statue and marina in about 10 minutes. Don't miss out on the neon light extravanga on all the buildings in that street that you can see from the windows. The famous beer street is not too far away either. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The room was standard, but the service was absolutely excellent. It was my birthday during our stay, and they even surprised me with a birthday cake – a truly thoughtful gesture. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to MixC City, putting all kinds of dining, shopping, and entertainment within easy reach. It's also just a fifteen-minute walk to May Fourth Square and the seaside, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying the sea views, scenic spots, and the nightly light show. The breakfast spread was generous, and the swimming pool was never too busy, so we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in while in China. There is a reason why it’s number 1 in Qingdao. From the moment I walked in I was looked after by staff, particularly Eric and Crystal, who made sure I was able to have the best full experience. The view of the ocean took my breath away and spent lots of my time in the hotel because it was that beautiful!! Thank you again Eric and Crystal for making my first time to Qingdao so special :) I highly recommend you book this place!!

Front desk Mr Zhao was very helpful and knowledgeable about Yantai . He had given us some great information on how to go about the area and thing to do. Thumbs up Perfect location to shopping mall and walkable to Yantai San and coastal line .

Conveniently located, the hotel offers spacious, bright rooms with soft, comfortable bedding. Cleanliness is top-notch, with attention to every detail. Minnie at the front desk provided outstandingly attentive service. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. With excellent transportation links nearby, it offers fantastic value for money.

Location is excellent, with an exit to Metro Line 3 just outside the hotel, 2 mins walk away. The street behind the hotel also has lots of local eateries then there's a big mall just across the road. Room is a good size and I'm impressed that everything comes in a sanitized/disinfected sealed packaging, including all the towels! Gives a strong comfort on hygiene. The sockets are all universal, so no need for adaptors. It's also a smart room installed with Xiao Du AI with voice command capability. The shower water pressure is strong. Bed is firm and they've got both the firm foam pillow and soft ones to fit different preferences. The room also came with a free fruit platter and ample complimentary bottled water. I also like that the room doors come with inspiring quotes. Each level has a washing machine and dryer and small microwave. The lobby is huge and staff are friendly and helpful. If I must find fault, it's probably in the security in the sense that the lift does not require key card access so anyone can just come up to the rooms. Though I did not experience anything unsafe during my stay. A truly 5* experience at 4* pricing. Certainly my choice hotel the next time I return to Qingdao.

I planed a small one night trip to Jimo, Narada hotel was a winderfull place with really good service. The ancient city is a fun zone, food, street singers and other games stands. Mia and Seven provided good services, the breakfast room and food were incredible, you also can choose a spécial pillow you like in the pillow menu. I highly recommand the expérience

We were given a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The room was very spacious, and the service was excellent. For families traveling with kids, having laundry facilities available was incredibly convenient. The breakfast area was very clean and well-maintained; it would have been even better with a wider variety of options. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting around, with easy access to Metro Lines 2 and 3, plus various bus routes. One minor issue was the low water pressure in the bathroom and slow drainage, which might be due to ongoing renovations.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from the subway station, and within walking distance of the Olympic Sailing Center and May Fourth Square. While the hotel has clearly been around for some time, its facilities, though not brand new, are impeccably maintained. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable. My only suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast; it felt a little overpriced for what was offered, perhaps due to efforts to cater to international palates. A special mention goes to the incredibly friendly and enthusiastic staff. They even upgraded our room during the peak summer season! We had initially planned to stay for two nights and then move to another hotel, but we loved it so much that we canceled our subsequent reservation and extended our stay for an extra night. The hotel restaurant offers great value, and you can even purchase fresh seafood from the nearby Fushan Market and have the hotel prepare it for you – it was delicious and felt very safe. They also gave us complimentary dumplings for leaving a review, which made for a truly delightful evening. All in all, many thanks to all the staff for their excellent service; we had an incredibly pleasant and comfortable stay!

The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport and next to a large shopping mall, making it very convenient for travel and shopping. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, induction cooker, and seafood from the beach is also readily available. In short, Citadines is a good choice for travel.
