The hotel arranged a sunrise tour for us in the morning, which was well-organized. They also offered a 20 CNY breakfast buffet with good food. The room's cleanliness was much better than another hotel I stayed at previously, though there's still room for improvement in hygiene. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had nice hot water. Overall, the experience was much better than a more expensive hotel I stayed at last time. We booked two rooms, and they even upgraded one for us. The service was excellent, and the whole experience was smooth.

A special shout-out to Xiao Jia, whose service response was incredibly prompt. She proactively added a bed guard for my baby. Because I'm sensitive to noise, she thoughtfully arranged a quieter room for me on the second night. The breakfast selection at the Qingweiliao restaurant downstairs was extensive, and you can also order lunch and dinner there; the food was delicious and didn't have tourist-trap pricing. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, being very close to Lover's Dam for the light show and Torch Pier for ferry rides.

The room facilities were complete, the environment was quiet, and parking was convenient. It's very close to the Confucius Temple, so it's easy to catch the opening ceremony early in the morning. Although breakfast was rationed, there were many varieties and the taste was good. The butler service was very attentive, helping with meal reservations, introducing facilities, and even helping with luggage and inquiring about guest needs. It was a wonderful stay.

The room exceeded my expectations! The biggest surprise was the bathtub – it was clean, odor-free, and spacious, perfect for a relaxing hot bath after a long day. All the toiletries were provided, and the hot water was consistent and strong. The overall environment was quiet and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was attentive. It was incredibly therapeutic to come back and soak in the tub after a busy day. The value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended! The breakfast was also delicious with a great variety!

This is a very old 5-star hotel, and the design feels dated. There was also a noticeable damp and musty smell. When we first checked in, we were given a room on the 5th floor. As soon as we opened the door, there was a strong wet and musty smell, so we requested to change rooms. The hotel moved us to a room just two doors away, which was much better and had less of the smell. However, the windows could not be opened. The location is good, and the hotel is connected to a beautiful bridge where you can enjoy a nice sea view. Overall, the hotel really needs some renovation and updating as it feels quite old. If you decide to stay here, you may want to request a higher-floor room.

Second time staying here, and it's a great hotel! There are plenty of entertainment options and diverse dining choices. The check-in environment is beautiful. The pool wasn't crowded, and I'd suggest they offer discounts for KTV and the family sightseeing car for hotel guests 😁. We happened to catch a music festival, and dining on the lawn in the evening was super comfortable. Especially the lady at the hoop-toss game in the lobby, she was incredibly gentle and sweet! 👍 I'd recommend friends to come and stay. Plus, the hotel is right by the beach, and you can take speedboats and painted pleasure boats from there.

Tracy was great, always ready to help with any request. We stayed in a family room with an ocean view, which was lovely. The 1.8-meter bed was spacious enough for me and my child, and there was a smaller bed for my husband. The room had a 'Frozen' theme, complete with a little doll for decoration. The best part was the bathtub – my child loves baths, though we only used it once during our three-day stay. It felt a bit wasteful that we only went to the beach once, considering we were right by the sea. The hotel is conveniently located near Chaoyang Street and Hongkousuo Ancient City; all three attractions are within walking distance from the hotel entrance. It's a shame we didn't explore further afield, with Fisherman's Wharf being the furthest we considered going.

Initially, I was a bit hesitant about the value for money, seeing the price tag of 600-700 yuan. After trying another hotel in between and having a poor experience, I eventually decided to stay here. The hotel's facilities are a little dated, but the atmosphere is very warm and inviting. Compared to many newly renovated hotels, which, despite their fresh decor, often lack a personal touch, this place feels very homely. The cold water supply in the room was stable, and the air conditioning, a key concern in summer, provided excellent cooling. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, and they even gave me a small souvenir upon check-out – thoughtful details that made a difference. The location is superb, directly facing Fisherman's Wharf with expansive views. After dinner, it's just a two-minute walk to the seaside. Although there's no sandy beach, enjoying the sea breeze and the night view is very pleasant. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining out very convenient. On a side note, regarding the hotel's rental service: the Hello small electric scooters are only suitable for single riders. For families with children, they're not practical, and self-driving would be a better option. The buffet breakfast was decent; it was enough to fill up, and the variety was better than budget chain hotels, though it still falls short compared to high-end star hotels. A minor drawback: the hotel has limited children's play facilities, and not many leisure options for families with kids. I hope they can improve and upgrade these in the future. Overall, the service is excellent, the views are outstanding, and it's perfect for a seaside vacation in Yantai. Highly recommended.

I have stayed in many hotels, but this hotel is really cost-effective. You enjoy five-star trea**ent. After check-in, someone will bring your luggage to your room, and fruits will be prepared in the room. My good impression is instantly improved. In the end, What surprised me was that free late-night snacks were prepared in the evening. After staying in so many hotels, this was the first time I met someone who prepared late-night snacks. Nice! The disposable slippers in the hotel are also very nice. I regret not taking a pair back. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for taking a bus to Baotu Spring. The hotel has free parking and the soundproofing of the hotel is also good. After staying for two nights, I moved to Zibo. I also stayed in Zibo for one night. In comparison, I was most satisfied with the one I stayed in Jinan. Highly recommended...I'm not asking for help, I really want to recommend this good hotel to everyone.

A perfect trip to Qingdao, the hotel is in a great location, and you can go to the beach when you go out. It is the best hotel I have experienced during my trip, especially the absolute 5 star service.
