My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights during our 4-day trip to Wuhan. Every day, we looked forward to what little surprises the housekeepers would bring us. On the second day, we came back after being out to find the housekeeper had left us bananas, oranges, and cookies. The third day had the same setup, plus some steam eye masks. Front desk service was also excellent; they'd greet us good morning and good evening. I bet that's why they're ranked second among hotels in Wuhan! One day during our trip was my sister's birthday! The housekeeping staff (or maybe a specific 'auntie' or 'sister') wrote us 'Happy Birthday!' – that was a delightful surprise. Overall, it just felt very warm and welcoming! If I come back to Wuhan, I'll definitely choose this hotel again! The location is quite good, right on Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, and the subway station is also very close. There are plenty of food options nearby. The reason I didn't choose a Quanju hotel this time was because the nearby one was under renovation. Compared to Quanju, this hotel felt much more personal and warm. As for breakfast: hmm, it was decent, nothing special.

This stay was perfect! The hotel lobby is elegantly designed, with green plants and warm lighting creating a tranquil atmosphere. The staff always responds to your needs accurately. From customized breakfast to nightly snacks, every thoughtful arrangement is heartwarming.

Service: Due to our reasons, the reservation was wrong, and the front desk helped us change the room. Thank you very much to the front desk lady! Later, my glasses fell off while eating breakfast, and the front desk also helped us put them away. Thank you. Room: The room was clean and tidy without any odor. There was a Gree air purifier and two snacks were given. Hot spring: It was too hot during the day, so we swam and played for a while before taking a hot spring bath. It was very comfortable. Breakfast: As shown in the picture, there are many varieties of breakfast and it is delicious.

The room was great, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning city night views from above. The overall environment was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. Parking was convenient and getting around was easy. The hotel also has a heated swimming pool with an unbeatable view – I was so satisfied! And from 10 PM to midnight, there's a self-service instant noodle bar. Coming back from sightseeing in winter to a bowl of noodles felt absolutely blissful!

I absolutely loved the service and amenities at the Shangri-La Wuhan! Both times I requested extra water, a razor, and other items from room service, they responded in about 5 minutes. The room was clean and spacious, and I especially liked the long desk! All the electrical appliances were spotless, clearly designed with safety and cleanliness in mind. For example, the electric kettle's power cord can be neatly rolled into a hidden compartment in its base. The ironing board and iron were also very easy to use. Overall, I appreciate the service and facilities of the well-established Shangri-La brand. There were no strange odors in the room, and the lotion had that familiar citrus scent. This time, the razor handle was actually bamboo, which was a nice touch, and it even came with a small can of shaving foam! The indicator lights in the elevator lobby were very clear, and when an elevator arrived, there was not only a red light but also a bell sound, so you'd never have trouble finding which of the six elevators had arrived. Very user-friendly! Most importantly, the value for money is exceptional! Thumbs up! 👍

I always like staying at InterContinental hotels, and this time I was not disappointed. Before I checked in, the housekeeper Vicky took the initiative to contact me and also pushed the recommended documents for local food, drink and entertainment. During the stay, the service team was very professional and skilled, full of small details, and I was surprised and moved~ The hotel also has a very amazing buffet dinner to choose from, and the overall stay experience is very satisfactory. In the future, I will still choose ”InterContinental” first.

Our family traveled and stayed at R&F Wanda Realm Hotel in Jingzhou. The hotel is not far from the ancient city and is convenient for sightseeing. Miss Zhao, who received us at the front desk, was very enthusiastic. Seeing that we had a lot of luggage (there was also a wheelchair, and my 90-year-old mother was accompanying us), she asked the concierge to help deliver the luggage to the room. Thank you! The double room we booked only had 2 breakfasts, so we asked Miss Zhao to help give one to the elderly. Miss Zhao helped apply for it quickly. Thank you Miss Zhao! The hotel room was clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and good service. Great! Recommend this hotel!

The lobby is incredibly grand, and the facilities are decent; it has everything you'd expect. The bedding quality is excellent! The bathroom has a ton of little odds and ends, essentially a small item pulled from each pretty little box. It lacks a sense of brand identity and is quite a distance from being a luxury hotel. I used the Black Diamond ”One City, One Room” benefit, and upon checking in, I noticed the executive room amenities were L'Occitane. The butler mentioned that only suites currently come with Acqua di Parma, but they still provided it for us. The executive lounge, as pictured, is good for a quick bite, and the fruit selection is quite rich. Free hotel parking is a really nice touch. The butler's response speed wasn't great.

The check in system was such a mess, we booked four rooms individually, but when I checked in, I got a room which had already checked in by my sister. I asked the front office to double check by using my name, but they insisted that they could NOT find my booking under my name. They only identified the booking by checking the booking confirmation number rather than by checking against the spelling of one's full name printed on the ID. The problem was solved in the end after I showed them my sister's room confirmation number, see how it ******, but I was not satifised with such a serious mistake that IHG group could encounter. Quite disappointed although the front office manager did apologize to me afterwards and gave the complimentary breakfast. The room key card could not been placed together with my mobile phone, it was quite wired. I always travel to Beijing and other places, and it was the first time that the room key turned invalid when it stayed close to a mobile phone! Interesting experience!
