Xiaojuan and Xiaojing received us. They gave us fruits and helped with our luggage. The lobby is very grand and luxuriously decorated. The breakfast is rich and varied. It may be the off-season, so there are not many people. The standard room is also very large and spacious. There are four buildings in total. We lived in Building 3. I didn't pay attention when I bought the package and didn't buy breakfast. Xiaojuan took the initiative to give breakfast to the six of us. Thank you very much. We traveled for a week and visited four cities. This hotel is the most cost-effective hotel in the same price range. There is no other. It is clean, tidy, luxurious and very respectable to entertain customers. It is a good choice.

Very satisfied with the hotel. First of all, the handsome guy at the front desk is very welcoming. The buffet in the restaurant is good👍 We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant every morning, lunch and dinner. It's clean and tidy, you can feel free to eat, and the room is clean and tidy. Various attractions are not far away. You can come back for a short break at noon. It’s a pity that I didn’t see the swans. I’ll come back next March

Available of shuttle buses to airport with different time slots. Professional staff, good facilities. Just that near highway, a bit noisy at night and if a bit far away from metro.

I love the peaceful sense you get when you are here.🤩 The hotel is in a quiet area and a 20 minute car ride into Xuchang. The hotel is very clean! The staff are super friendly and very helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. A child size set of toothbrush and slippers we're brought up for my nephew, without being asked for. I feel the hotel is considerate of guest of all ages. 😍 The lady in the fitness room went above and beyond to accommodate me by showing new around the pool area and getting the trainer for my question about a piece of gym equipment. The pool was temperatured well. The room was well cleaned. The bed was super comfy and had 2 pillow options. The shower felt amazing! There is a balcony on every room, I think. The landscape is beautiful to look at. I enjoyed the balcony view from my room then took a walk around the campus just for a closer look. Breakfast was good, as it was a basic and full Chinese buffet. The restaurant and room service are only open during certain hours and ordering Meituan/food delivery takes at least 45. Overall, i plan to stay again.

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and travel is convenient. The hotel parking space is very convenient. The lobby is simple and elegant, with a reasonable layout. There are various types of tea at the front desk, which is very good. Xiaohe at the front desk has attentive service. The room has good lighting and is very clean. Highly recommended

The overall stay is not bad, the parking lot is large and there are many parking spaces, especially the new energy car can be charged downstairs, and the 24-hour self-service car washing system is also fully equipped. It is also an old hotel in Civil Rights County. The high floor has a wide view and the interior of the room is clean and comfortable. The slight fly in the ointment is that there is room for improvement in the hardware facilities, after all, as the most upscale reception center in the county. The second most powerful experience is the service. During the stay, I thanked Manager Wang in the front office for his warm and careful service and praised Manager Wang 👍. I had a really nice stay at this hotel, the entrance into the lobby was welcoming, classy design. The room was very comfortable, clean and love the different pillows (I get sore neck from hotel pillows most time but this hotel had the exactly pillow that I needed). I loved the gold and green theme. Services were fantastic and the hotel receptionists were helpful with the queries that I had. Location was perfect, there is a night food market just outside, super convenient and it’s not far from the major tourist attractions. The only small minor detail which the team needs to look into is the maintenance of the shower head nozzles, most of them don’t work so the water didn’t come out properly during shower. Would have been a 10 out of 10 otherwise!

The room facilities are complete, and the service staff is very qualified and enthusiastic. The room hygiene is really much better than before, very comfortable. I often forget to bring a mask when I go out. When I walked to the lobby door, the front desk Xiao Duan specially brought me a mask, which was very thoughtful!

The hotel is very close to Zhengzhou airport. They offer a free shuttle service or you can easily walk to the hotel (about 15 minutes). The hotel is well maintained and the service very good. If you need a place to stay close to the airport, I would strongly recommend this hotel.
