Beach Hotels in Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam

You shouldn't expect anything special for that kind of money. The room is 'tired', with mold, needs repairs. The breakfast doesn't taste good. Booked for 3 nights, left after the first one. While looking for more comfortable accommodation, the overall window will be here, but it's better to pay a little extra and choose a better hotel.

The location of Nha Trang Lodge Hotel is excellent and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We were also warmly welcomed with a lovely fruit platter upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Unfortunately, the room was a major disappointment. During my three-week trip, I booked suites at all the other hotels I stayed in. Unfortunately, this hotel did not have a suite available, so I decided to try a different room category. Sadly, I was very disappointed with the room. The view was not completely bad because there was a partial beach view, but I always had to look to the side to enjoy it. When looking straight ahead, I was greeted by a building under construction, which took away from the experience. The room also felt dated and in need of much more care, maintenance, and attention to detail. It really needs some TLC and updating. The bathroom was also not to my taste at all. I personally dislike shower curtains, and the bathroom felt outdated compared with what I expected. The breakfast experience was concerning. My partner ate meat from the breakfast buffet, and shortly afterwards he started vomiting and remained unwell for two days. I cannot say for certain that the meat caused his illness, but it was the last thing he ate before becoming sick, so the timing was concerning. He also developed a rash during our stay, which may have been related to the bed linen, although I did not experience the same issue. We did not raise these concerns with the front desk because, by that point, I was already over the situation and did not feel like making a complaint. I also want to be fair and say that the reception staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage, always smiled, and made us feel welcome. I really cannot blame the reception team for the issues we experienced. Check-in was strictly at 2:00 PM, so guests arriving early should keep that in mind. Another detail that left a negative impression was that I took a hand towel outside because the weather was extremely hot. When I returned, I found a note on my bed informing me that I had taken a towel. While I understand that the hotel needs to keep track of its property, the way this was handled felt unnecessarily unwelcoming. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location, the fruit platter was a lovely welcome, and the reception staff were genuinely kind and helpful. However, the room did not meet my expectations, especially after staying in suites throughout the rest of my three-week trip. The condition of the room, the construction directly in front of the view, concerns about the breakfast, and several other details made this stay disappointing. At this point, I would not choose to stay here again in the same room category. However, perhaps in the future, I may give one of the hotel’s suites a try to see whether the experience is different.

This was the perfect place for a couple to relax and unwind. It was generally quiet and comfortable, and the buggy service was prompt, which was a plus. If I ever go back to Nha Trang, I'd definitely stay here again. It was truly amazing! Although the infinity pool was a bit small, the view was absolutely breathtaking. The room was very cool, the fridge was super cold, there was always plenty of hot water, and no bugs. It was a little dim, but since it's south-facing, it gets incredible sunlight. Absolutely loved it!

A very beautiful and relatively quiet place. The location is picture-perfect, with palm trees, a restaurant, and a pool, all top-notch. And the breakfasts are simply amazing! All in all, a family vacation in a bungalow was wonderful. Now, a few things I didn't like. Firstly, swimming in the sea is impossible because it's very dirty. Secondly, the staff barely speaks English, let alone Russian. No one told us about the free daily shuttle bus to the city; I only found out about it the day before we left. At the restaurant, the bill includes some unclear charges, either 5% or 10%. Plus, we received a coupon for the spa and restaurant, and they also applied some percentage to that (I've never seen a 'gift' have a percentage taken from it!). And finally, I forgot my cap in the room and remembered it only at the airport, so I couldn't go back for it. However, a friend of mine was staying at the same hotel, so I sent him to retrieve it, but they said the cap wasn't there. In short, it wasn't returned. I'd like the management to investigate who took it. Otherwise, overall, everyone enjoyed it. Thank you.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center on the beachfront. The room was clean. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Everything was good, and the view is amazing if you get a sea view room. Downsides: Upon check-in, the reception demanded a $100 deposit from us. We didn't have it, and they said 2 million VND if paid in dong. There was no prior information about the deposit, so in the end, they took our passport instead of money. Furthermore, we were on the 11th floor, and the room next door was undergoing renovations for our entire three-day stay, so there was constant drilling and other noises, which was temporarily tolerable. However, during our stay in August 2026, construction started next door, with work ongoing all day, starting with hammering at 7 AM. Keep this in mind when choosing if noise bothers you.

1. What I didn't like: 1) I made a reservation for August 2nd to August 4th, 2026, back in March 2026. When I arrived at 4 PM, timing it with my boat ride, they said they couldn't find my reservation and I couldn't check in. └ I kept insisting they reconfirm and questioning why my reservation wasn't there. Eventually, they said they had a spare room and let me in. (Trip.com showed no rooms available for that date... what's going on?) → Trip.com: The Vinpearl reception told me to contact where I booked, so I did. Trip.com said my reservation was confirmed and they had verified it with the resort. (What the heck?!) → Vinpearl: I received a KakaoTalk message asking if everything was okay. When I told them what happened, they confirmed my reservation was valid. In conclusion, we just looked like the strange ones... ㅡ,.ㅡ (They say a good start is half the battle, but this...) 2) Accommodation: It was old, and there was a lot of dust on the interior walls. Cleanliness is fundamental for accommodation... it seems they don't clean properly... (I had to wipe it myself to hang my wet clothes...) The window sills were so wide that bugs could easily get in. (There was a dead cockroach in the room). They should really add something to keep bugs out... there were also traces of hatched bugs on the wall... 3) There were stains on the bathroom wall (snot marks, mold...). It was hard to ignore. It seemed like the towels were washed carelessly... there were several brown stains. └ I think it would be good for them to visit other resorts and learn about their cleaning standards (perhaps even using a separate cleaning company and having the resort manager check every room after checkout). 2. What I liked: 1) Being on an island, there weren't too many people, and it was great for using the beach and pool. 2) All the front desk staff were friendly, making it easy to call the buggy car. Although they said it would take 15 minutes, they always arrived within 5 minutes. 3) The breakfast was delicious. The staff at Seabreeze were also very friendly. 4) After the mud bath, there were surprisingly many places to go on the way back to the accommodation (3 swimming pools (including the one for the accommodation), a children's water park, old houses, and restaurants scattered around). Conclusion: If you can overlook the flaws, it's very satisfying. 90% willingness to revisit (the condition of the accommodation deducted 10%).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great value, beautiful views and excellent service We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Nha Trang. From the beginning, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite with a beautiful beach and ocean view. For the price we paid, the overall experience was definitely worth it. The swimming pool was great, but one of the highlights for us was the premium lounge. The panoramic view from there was amazing – you can see across Nha Trang, with both the beach and the city in front of you. It's a great place to just sit, relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet was awesome with a huge variety of food to choose from. We also ordered room service during our stay and the meals were delicious and well prepared. The airport transfer was another nice touch. We were picked up in a BMW, and the roughly one-hour journey was very comfortable. Cold water and refreshing towels were provided, and our driver was very friendly. Communication was especially easy if you can speak some Vietnamese. I was also impressed with the laundry service. Even when we needed our laundry done quickly towards the end of our stay, they arranged express service while still charging us the normal rate, which we really appreciated. Overall, the combination of the Junior Suite, beautiful sea views, premium lounge, excellent breakfast, comfortable airport transfer and accommodating staff made this stay very enjoyable. Great value for what we paid, and I would happily stay here again when visiting Nha Trang.

This is our second visit. The accessibility, tranquility of the resort, facilities, food, and service all exceeded our expectations. The private beach is also great for kids to play on. The sand is incredibly fine, so they had a wonderful time playing in it. We'd definitely consider a third visit!

Great location. A little dated but great value for money. Local buffet breakfast was more than adequate. Great roof top bar for a great view. Room had a great sea view.

A truly wonderful stay, full marks across the board. Let me give a proper review. **Facilities:** They are a bit old, definitely showing their age, but in that 'old money' kind of way. The sunrise from the balcony is spectacular; I enjoyed stunning sunrises on both days. It's an established high-star hotel with comfortable rooms, a clean pool, lovely breakfast, and a well-equipped gym – truly perfect for a vacation. The only minor inconveniences were the lack of power outlets (understandable given it's an older building) and the old-fashioned light switches which weren't as convenient as modern centralized controls. **Hygiene:** Excellent, cleaned daily. **Environment:** Great! Very convenient for getting around. **Service:** This is where it fell a bit short. It felt like there was a difference in how Korean, Japanese, and Western guests were treated compared to Chinese guests. Also, the Chinese speaking ability at the front desk was quite weak.
