Beach Hotels in Hawaii, United States

Location is super good, convenient to walk to anywhere in Waikiki. Valet parking staffs are great and kind of Japanese-style friendly, however the reception desk staff seemed always busy. Room is small and has a smell, maybe due to the oldness of the air conditioning and the building. You need to open the windows to ventilation every day. But the shower is incredibly good, like a hotel bathroom in Japan. Good and powerful water stream, feels like a waterfall and a hot spring. The shower is a huge plus, kind of the best in the US.

It's right in front of Waikiki Beach, so it's easily accessible. The view is of course the best because it's a Premier Oceanfront View. Early check-in is possible even though the Korean Air flight arrives in the morning. It's nice that you can use the lobby beach towels as you like. Since it's our honeymoon, we left a message to the hotel, but we didn't receive any flowers or chocolates, which was a shame.. The pool view is okay, but it's smaller than I thought.

We had such a great time couple days the winds were high, but we didn’t let that spoil our vacation. The sun was out that’s the most important thing in the temperature was in the 70s and 80s and so perfect for people from Seattle Washington rainbows you know it’s a tropical area so the rainbows appear in the sky just so beautiful fireworks on Friday night was outstanding. Looks like all of Waikiki came to look And we stayed in the Tapa building and ocean view just outstanding. The restaurants to Bali was fabulous. The restaurants are on the street level was fantastic and we walked around the city and experience various type of cuisine. This is an outstanding vacation seven days and my wife and I are so glad that we have mobility and at our age so we could really enjoy the beach. Enjoy the catamaran enjoy just walking around the city shopping and so just outstanding. We look forward to another vacation like that. 

Staff friendly and helpful. I had trouble booking online rate, one of the staff indicated that gave a discount for Ex-military/Military, assisted and booked the room for 3 more nites. Service was very good. Extra towels available and amenities provided as needed. Location was great, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and more.

Apartments (condominiums) and hotels are integrated and not classified by floor or tower. Residents and long-term residents are mixed. There is a front desk, and spaces such as mailboxes are the same as in apartment complexes. There is a swimming pool, gym, sauna, barbecue, convenience store, water server, and laundry on the 6th floor. Gym costs $5 extra. No housekeeping due to corona. Towels can be exchanged at the front desk. Inadequate room cleaning. Rather than calling it a hotel, it's better to think that some rooms in an apartment are treated as a hotel. You can't enter the building without a card key, and the gatekeeper is stationed separately from the front desk, so security is normal. Because it is an AQUA system, you can enter HoMA and Bishop for free with a card key.

One of the more economical hotels to stay at in Waikiki. Definitely would come back to stay here if I'm stuck in Honolulu again. Staff was always friendly and helpful

For the price point and the location you cannot beat it. In my opinion. I have not stayed at a smaller place. I just stick with a larger brand in which I know will have a certain level of quality. It's really not far from the beach. It's down a bit from the main shopping area but totally walkable. I think it's a great deal. I've stayed there twice now and I stayed in another place for nine days that's in the area and I would never go back to that one so the fact I keep going back is a very good sign that the value and the location Are great . My lifestyle as I go out and I have activities outside and I kinda use this as a base where I'd rest. I'm not dining there. I'm not really going to the shows. Maybe I'll use the pool. That said it's great it's comfortable it's clean.

Good location, good service, good facilities, the corridor soundproofing is average, the room is close to the elevator and you can hear the elevator running. Fortunately, everyone goes to bed early and gets up early, so it doesn't feel noisy.

The hotel is due for some updates for sure, however, the room cleaners do a great job and are totally accommodating and sweet. As well, front desk is always on their game, helpful and friendly. The lobby has an incredibly knowledgeable tour booking guide, Nikki “ the facilitator”. She has been at the job for 7 years and knows her stuff. The hotel location is so convenient….. . Always lots to do and so many excellent restaurants in the hood….. good time had here!

There was no feeling of cleanliness compared to seeing it on HP. If you go expecting the HP interior, you may be disappointed. The International Market Place is just a few seconds walk from the hotel, and the location is in the middle of Waikiki, so it's very easy to get around. The staff at the hotel cannot speak Japanese, so you will need to speak English. However, I can't speak English at all, but if it's just check-in and check-out, I don't have any problems. Anyway, I want to stay cheaply in the middle of Waikiki! Recommended for those who say!
