My two daughters and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Sofitel Grand in Sopot. Our room was very spacious and nicely appointed. The hotel itself is beyond beautiful. Lastly, the service was outstanding. Special thanks to Pan Andrzej - so knowledgeable and professional (and an expert espresso martini maker!) Dziekujemy serdecznie!

I have been looking for the perfect place for my birthday trip for a long time. The choice fell to the Rezydent Hotel. Unfortunately, instead of a great stay, I was disappointed. The advantages of the hotel are the location and nice interior, but unfortunately, it ends there. It is unacceptable that in a supposedly 5* hotel, the reception staff does not greet guests and is so indifferent, apart from Mr Marek, who was the only one who showed exceptional kindness and help, which surprised us pleasantly. - Air conditioning in the room didn't work. - The refrigerator was not cooling properly. - The bedding that was changed on the second day of stay was torn. - The tap by the sink was so short that you could hardly wash your hands by tapping your hands against the sink. - The carpet was dirty. Interestingly, in May, someone wrote a review reporting that room 304 had a dirty carpet. The hotel responded to it, but still, it wasn't cleaned for 3 months! We have been waiting for this trip for a long time, we are sorry, and we are disappointed with the stay. In a hotel of this class, such situations should not take place and prove that a hotel with five stars has nothing to do with it.

Excellent location within 25 minutes walking distance to Sopot and close walk on the promenade to Gdańsk. The hotel offers beautiful sea views snd very good facilities, including swimming pool, sauna, gym, bar and restaurant. Tasty breakfast served as a buffet and delicious dinners are available daily. Plenty of activities for children and teenagers. Very welcoming and friendly staff, especially Mrs Viola, who is always very welcoming, helpful, supportive and offers useful information. I have been visiting the hotel for a over 10 years now and every year it’s been a very positive experience. I would highly recommend the stay at this hotel!

We visited this lovely hotel in May 2022 for a week of long awaited family holiday with our 4 year old son. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left after a week, we felt at home and completely looked after. This hotel has everything you could possibly need and want for a family get away. It was our first trip abroad with our 4 year old and we weren't sure what to expect but the stay reassured us that we want to do it again and again! The rooms are comfortable and perfectly adjusted for a family. Our balcony was overlooking a lovely green area that made you forget you are in a big city! There was a pool and a kids play area, along with a lovely playground outside and plenty of green space to run around - perfect for an energetic toddler! Breakfast buffet had such a selection that I'm sure we all put on weight as we couldn't stop eating! And Winestone restaurant's food was excellent too, between my family and I we tried almost every dish on the menu! I can't not mention the absolute dream proximity to the beach, which is like 5 minutes away. Same with the lovely boardwalk to Sopot. And if you want to explore the city centre, a bus and tram stop are also only 5 mins away. Ideal! And last but not least - the staff were amazing, with the hotel director personally looking after guests (you don't see that happening much these days!). Our son is still talking about the holiday and we had the most memorable family getaway ever. Thank you Mercure Posejdon!

Hotel is located right next to the beach. Because I had a stay during the epidemic, so the requirements are a little different. I booked the apartment to have more space. The price of the apartment was quite high. The apartment is very nice, even luxurious, but it is completely unprepared for meals in it. No glasses, glasses, not to mention dishes. The second thing to improve is that if in the hotel apartment 4* I can't see the encoded programs, only these are free - it's worth improving. I thought the apartment has a view to the bay, not parking. Very good, plenty of breakfast. Efficient Wi-Fi network

The second time I stayed here, the same ocean view room was set up as before, but the room felt a lot smaller than the previous one. Resolutely consulted the front desk, not only adjusting the room but adding a free bed to match the last room. When you open the curtains you can see the Baltic Sea in the distance and walk to the beach with all kinds of wild sea birds, ducks and geese. There is also a large area with facilities for children on the beach, suitable for children of all ages. Most notable is the hotel's swimming pool. It should be a training base for various local water sports. During my stay, I met the tall ladies who did aqua aerobics, the kids learned to swim, oxygen tank scuba diving, and individual kayaking. Very interesting!

We tried out all the hotell had to offer and we had the best wekend! Great room, super staff, amasing spa area, really good massage, snaksy drinks and super staff at the bar, incredible breakfast (and the breakfastkit for us who left really early was super). We will be back! :)

The hotel was in a good location and very safe. The check in/ checkout was smooth but they weren’t interested if you had a nice stay or not. The beds were supposed to be twin beds but were child size beds so got no sleep for the 3 nights.Breakfast was chaotic which did not have to be .The staff did there best but had no direction. They know beforehand how many people are staying and having breakfast,there was one coffee machine that was so slow for everyone which doesn’t make much sense.Besides the small beds and the chaotic breakfast time.The hotel is good and clean.

Very pleasant stay. Check in was quick and easy. Room was cleaned well, nicely decorated, good lighting, comfortable mattress, clean towels and linens, refrigerator in room, free bottled water provided, good temperature control, good towels, nice bath products and good water pressure, great proximity to the Gdansk Oliwa train station. The only complaints would be lack of English cable stations (no CNN), I was unable to connect my HDMI device to the TV and some noises could be heard in my room from the hallway. Also there is currently a lot of street construction around the property. However, overall it was a great stay in a comfortable and inviting hotel.

We stayed at the Hotel Gdańsk Boutique beginning of July 2022, and it was marvelous. We are sorry we stayed there only for such a short period but want to return soon. The reception at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, but sometimes they didn't understand English well you had to repeat yourself. We were taken to our room, and everything was shown to us where is what, the facilities, the spa, etc. The room as such huge, and it had everything. A mini bar, TV, iron, everything. The shower was big as well, and towels and necessities were there. The room had wooden joists, and the noise traveled easily through it - hence we were woken up by the breakfast room's music and the room just above it. The breakfast is legendary. The biggest selection of everything. I don't think there is anything missing at breakfast. The hotel also has an adjusted restaurant where we highly recommend going. They have the best beer in Gdansk there. The hotel is in an excellent location close to the city center, and if you are into history, it's the right place to be. We don't usually go back to the same hotels and try out a new one - but we will return to this one. At checkout, we found out someone had already checked our room out (211) - hence the lower level of English of the staff. We used the service and left our luggage at the hotel for the whole day before collecting it for departure.

We are residents of Marina, unfortunately you can't say anything good nt kitchen in the restaurant. Coming there for the weekend to go to the restaurant is a terrible need. A few examples; żuc- feel the raspberry ankle itself, the tlusa soup, there is not even a little acidity or a nut (as if cooked it by a person who never ate it). Macarones- alio olives, another example of the dish that someone who has no idea how to cook it well feel that there is little olive, little parmesan too much parmesan. Just bad. We ate hard and stinking pot. Pure potatoes with old potatoes. The staircase will only escape, but who in these times brings meat with grains of taste? Pizza is the last hope that something doesn't spoil noi again box, the cake is very moderate. The ingredients are a little better, pray back great pizzas just go once in a good place to feel like a good pizza. We have eaten fish, carbon pasta, pasta with real . These dishes are edible. This card is too hard for the cook. In fact, someone has no green idea what he is doing, these dishes are not good. If the kitchen was better people would come for dinner, and that's the sad need. The cook for the exchange. I personally have been reporting to the reception and the waiters every time, but it's hard to change something like the cook can't cook. There should be simple, fresh, fish on butter, delicious warm soups and not dishes that the cook probably never ate good. Sad waitresses who have to listen to all the comments and continue to apologize and propose a pie.

A wonderful family hotel near the Baltic Sea. The room with balcony was nice, the staff very kind, the food great! We enjoyed a lovely holiday and wedding anniversary, we would love to come back one day. The sea coast is surrounded by a forest with a bird reserve, relaxation for everyone. The connection to Gdańsk is excellent by bus, the historic center of the city is within reach. We took retro bikes with us, for which there was a storage option. We had great swimming weather in August. Wellness ať this hotel is fantastic! We recommend this hotel to everyone. We wish the owners and staff a very Merry Christmas. Stayed here with work whilst running factory tours with customers to visit my company AIC The staff here are fantastic and multilingual so easy to check and warm and friendly greeting The rooms are always immaculate and very well appointed with plenty of space & comfy bed, the showers always have good pressure and lots of hot water on tap If you need to do ironing there is a separate room Breakfast is good with a great selection of continental and hot selection is scrambled eggs, crepes, local sausage and fried vegetables, lots of drinks and a great coffee machine I have never been disturbed by another room so always slept well Highly recommend

The location is good, both by the seaside resort and next to the road with public transport. The environment is beautiful and quiet, and friends who like to run will feel that the distance of the seaside jogging trail of over 15 kilometers is only 400 meters away. Excellent service, good English, great restaurant meal in the hotel
