rock888I couldn't check in because they couldn't find my booking and my name wasn't on their list. I've stayed at countless hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered such an issue. It took almost two hours to sort out, which was a huge waste of my time. Eventually, Trip.com found the hotel's internal booking number through an email the hotel sent me. Trip.com's handling was excellent; they upgraded me to a sea-view room and provided complimentary breakfast. Honestly, this wasn't Trip.com's fault, it was entirely the hotel's. The hotel gave me two drink vouchers and told me to wait in the restaurant, but after sitting there for ages, no one paid any attention to me. I showed them the vouchers, but no one asked what I wanted to drink. I asked for Wi-Fi and they gave me two long passwords, neither of which worked. The service was absolutely terrible. On the bright side, I did get to see a beautiful sunset from the room.

nicorowI chose this hotel for its proximity to a business dinner and for the rest of the week's events. It was a good choice overall.
I was also drawn in by the gym and sauna, but both were closed by the time I returned (9:45 PM). While I can understand that a sauna can't run continuously, I'm more puzzled about the gym.
I also hope my car got a good night's sleep. At €35 for 9 hours!!! Anyway, it seemed happy.
The breakfast was very basic. When I read ”extraordinary breakfast,” I expected a lot more fruits and vegetables. I'm a picky vegetarian 🫣.
I gave it a try, but I'll be looking elsewhere next time.

The hotel has a beautiful location with great views, and the scenery was one of the highlights of my stay. It’s definitely a place where you can enjoy the surroundings and relax.
However, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience. The heating system was inconsistent and didn’t always work properly, which made the room quite cold at times. The elevator was also unreliable, sometimes working and sometimes not, which was inconvenient. In addition, the Wi-Fi was very slow.
Thankfully, the staff provided a portable heater, which helped us manage the cold.
While the location is excellent, there are some areas that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.

Ramada is one tran 9 away from Centraal and 10 minutes to the Den Haag pier. The continental breakfast didn’t change much during my weekend stay. There was prosecco Sunday morning as part of the buffet. The one bed room was comfortable and the room amenities, which included a nespresso machine, was more than adequate. Ramada supplies three or four types of pillows and I opted for the lowest pillow available which wasn’t puffed up. The staff allowed me to check in early at noon , which was a big bonus for me. The room was still fairly pricey during off season (November) but Ramada is still an excellent choice for business travelers visiting Den Haag.

Werden allereerst hartelijk ontvangen door receptioniste. Ook voor het beantwoorden van vragen ben je bij haar aan het goede adres.
Hotel is verder goed.

We had a pleasant stay, but a few things were a bit disappointing, such as the shower (door) which was very short, causing the bathroom to get wet in no time, and the bottles of shampoo/conditioner that were empty. Also, the options downstairs in the mini-market are minimal and virtually everything is processed/sugar-filled. It would be to the hotel's credit if there were more healthier options for sale, such as a piece of fruit.

The Force went on holidayAbsolutely wonderful. Could not find anything negative about this hotel. Possibly one of the best places I ever stayed. Extremely clean and neat, full equipped gym, quiet location. There was a misunderstanding with the booking which was resolved with the highest professionalism. Looking forward to the next time.

Perfect place, lovely hotel, great staff!
Peaceful and beautiful location: surrounded by the nature, but only 10 mins by walk to the beach; gordious and stylized interior, perfect breakfest and supportive friendly staff.
I would say it is the best hotel I've seen on this coast!
Thanks for my wonderful stay!

Guest UserOverall, it's pretty good. The bed is comfortable, the hotel environment is nice, and the food is decent. The service is also acceptable. My only complaint is the lack of bottled water; I had to specifically ask the front desk for slippers. Also, the beds in the room are a bit too close together.
