Beach Hotels in Selangor, Malaysia

We were quite disappointed with check in counter service as we arrived early and wanted to have lunch, they didn’t inform us that there’s a private event at the restaurant near the lobby, we walked to restaurant then Realised it was not available. We had to go back to reception again and took a buggy to another restaurant. When we reached the Chinese restaurant we were told that as it was crowded, we had to wait for 40mins for food. Terence in the Chinese restaurant kindly helped us check the other restaurant for waiting time and apologised very politely for the inconvenience caused. So we went to the third restaurant, my friend got her food within 30mins, I waited another 10-15mins for my food to arrived but they made mistake on my order. Asim came to assist and had to sorted. One of the serving crew made a mistake on our bill and charged us double the amount, but he quickly rectified the problem and all sorted out. We were very impressed with their service attitude and sincerity. All staff greeted us when they see us walking past, which made us feel so welcome and warm. The next day we went back to the Chinese restaurant again and Terence and Wong served us attentively making us feel like VIPs to them. The place is really relaxing and the morning breakfast has very wide spread, Chinese restaurant food was so good, and the view is fantastic! We are very happy with our experience at Golden Palm Tree Sepang, we are already planning to come back again!

A Real Sandy Beach in Kuala Lumpur. YES there really is a sand beach in the city! It's a small man made white sand beach next to a swimming lagoon thats approximately. 2-4 foot deep. The water is a murky green the same as the Mines lake next door, however it has a water fall and water fountains circulating the water flow. There are umbrellas/lounges on the beach, but no other shade or life guard, and the sand is clean and good for the kids to  dig up and build sand castles. The Resort is well maintained with super friendly staff. Our room was a ground floor, with King bed, spacious with all the normal facilities. TV was local channels only. Breakfast was an Asian/Western buffet with manned egg and roti stations. Good value for what we paid

Review of a 3-day, 2-night stay... The room was comfortable, and the bed was large. The air conditioning was nice and cold. The bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade, but it's an older hotel, so I can't really complain too much. The swimming pool was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of parking available. The breakfast buffet food was delicious and always topped up. As a coffee lover, I have a request for the coffee machine at the buffet: please use medium roast coffee beans instead of dark roast. The coffee was too bitter and undrinkable. The hotel itself is quiet and peaceful at night. The sea is right behind the hotel, but unfortunately, you can't swim there. The sunset view, however, is truly beautiful.

Nice experience in 7 floor suite. Nice view and panorama. Feeling good in pool. But suite no towel floor to wipe foot. Air-conditioning very well. Some chanel tv not clear. At all experience not bad. Hope can come again.

For the price, this hotel is quite a good deal. The room is fairly spacious, clean, and well organized. The environment is quiet, which makes it comfortable to rest. However, the pillows are too soft for my preference. There is no hair dryer provided, and the air conditioner can be a bit noisy. Overall, it is still a reasonable option if you are not too particular about these details.

I would like to suggest to hotel cleaning team, please ensure the cleanliness is at tip top condition. You all may started to spray air freshener to keep the environment refreshing. There was no buffet served but only ALA carte during our stay. It's ok and understandable for very small nos.of hotel guests but sadly the food portion is to large for me and friend. We all ladies not eating that much. So ended up a big waste for us. Please f&b team look into this matter and try giving your full heart in preparing the food. Although ALA carte but it was presented low standard (hotel seri malaysia always our favourite and never disappoint us since back to 90's but all are different now🤔) at least they are skill of making the food more pleasant 🙏
