My stay at PARKROYAL Penang Resort was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking view of sea. I especially loved the pool, breakfast buffet, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and outstanding service. I would definitely return!. The check-in process was simple, the service was attentive, and all questions were answered. They also recommended restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet. The room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is located at the end of Batu Ferringhi Beach. Initially, I hesitated to book because of reviews saying rooms old and not clean. But I had no regret of my two night stay. The room I stayed was clean, spacious, bright and aircon very strong. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel, very near. Overall, I really enjoyed, love it, will definitely be back.

We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The views from the room was incredible. The room itself was clean but could have been better - the mattress was very hard, the hot water was almost non-existent and the shower head was barely working. Breakfast was a pretty standard hotel buffet. Food was good but a little lacking in variety. Note that the restaurant is over 2 levels so not very accessible-friendly.

Had a decent stay at Hompton Hotel. The highlight was definitely the stunning sea view — waking up to the sound of waves was a lovely experience. The room was comfortable enough, but cleanliness could be improved for a better overall experience. Still, a pleasant choice if you’re looking to stay close to the beach.

We chose this hotel as it is the newest hotel in Ferringhi which also has a kids pool and kids club. The rooms were good, especially connecting rooms to be close to my kids. Aircond was cold. Beach access was good. Breakfast could be better. Crows can be a bit of a nuisance. Parking available at lobby and basement. However if you are looking to eat out a lot, this hotel may not be so convenient. Traffic in and out of Ferringhi to Teluk Bahang is a nightmare. It will take you 45 mins to Georgetown and 45 mins back to Teluk Bahang.

The hotel is located at the beach front and near to the main road. It is accessible to town and Gurney. There is a food court in a walking distance which you can find all the local dishes there, such as satay, peanut pancakes, bak kut teh, prawn noodles, curry noodles, Indian Apom balik etc. The hotel room is spacious and neat . It provides organic herbal body wash, hair shampoo,hair conditioner and hand liquids . The gym has nice see view. There is a beach pub where you have drink there. The swimming pool is kids friendly and there is a kids club where they can play at there. This hotel suits young kids and teens . We will come back again for the sixth time.

The hotel rooms is ok & nice. The air conditioner is cold . Nice sea view from the room balcony. Parking is free provided by the hotel but limited. Staffs hotel friendly and helpful. The breakfast just ok. Deposit rm100 when you check in at the hotel.

this hotel is good overall, but when we arrived, they told us that we didn't have a booking with them and they couldn't locate our booking and details. the room was also said to be taken, and they are waiting for a cancellation in order to get our room. There is a lot of confusion among staff. some visitors were told to leave their rooms once they have entered. we waiting 1 hr 30 min to get our room. so check in was at 4.30pm. parking was also very inconvenient, as we had to park at the basement, which was impossible to even get one if you came into the hotel late and a T&G card was also needed to get validated before leaving the hotel if we wanted a free spot. Room was very spacious and clean. the tea and coffee was hard like its never been changed.
