A really friendly and accommodating team!
Everyone was super friendly, at reception, at the bar and also the cleaning team. The cleaning team cleaned extremely quickly and cleanly. The breakfast was fine, it was the same every day. The pool was very pleasant. The only thing to complain about was that you only get one pillow, which was quite thin and flat. The rooms are also a bit thin and you can hear people talking on the balcony. Otherwise a really great hotel with a perfect location!

This hotel is in the quiet Lido~
If you exit Venice Santa Lucia Train Station, you need to take the Line 5.1 water bus (45-50 minutes) to Lido Station.
It takes 17-20 minutes to walk from Lido S.M.E Station. If you have a lot of luggage, such as (2 pieces/more than 2 pieces), it is recommended to call a car directly. It is quite tiring to walk and push the suitcase.
The hotel room I was given this time was very large, enough for 4 people~ I booked a double bed room for 1-2 people online (at that time, a friend was still waiting to decide whether to join)~ In the end, my friend was not able to join~ But the room the hotel gave me had 3 beds (1 double bed + 2 single beds) which was a bit unexpected~ It is more suitable for family travel.
The hotel environment is very good~ Facing the sea and spring flowers blooming.
There is a courtyard, lawn and chairs at the door of the room for rest ~ a strong seaside villa holiday style ~
Hotel facilities: Although the room is large:
But I didn't see any slippers. Of course, you have to get water from the minibar ~ and of course you have to buy it yourself ~ This is similar in European hotels. It's within the expected situation.
For breakfast - the overall difference between hotels in Europe with a price range of 1-1.5k/night is not big: mainly Western style - bread, milk, juice, eggs, ham, cheese, coffee... Chinese stomachs have to overcome themselves.
Travel is also quite convenient. If you need to go to the main island or other islands, walk 1.1 kilometers to Lido Station to take the water bus.
Lovely modern hotel situated approx less than 10mins walk from the water bus stop Lido SME. Breakfast was simple…cereals, some fruit, baked goods and cold meats. If you wanted something hot, there was only scrambled eggs, sausages and/or bacon. The coffee wasn’t great…it was a Douwe Egbert machine. It’s about a 10min walk to the beach which was beautiful. The room was small but adequate. It was really hot in the room and there were no instructions on how to use the air on. We just opened the windows which helped slightly. You have body wash/shampoo provided but no hair conditioner so we had to go to a nearby local supermarket (called Coop) to buy. There’s also complimentary teas and coffee in the room. Other stuff in the mini fridge is chargeable. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Located on Via Specchieri, two minutes walk from San Marco, this is a cozy and comfortable hotel with comfortable rooms.
It has a lift, a gym (which we didn't use) and a breakfast room, not too varied but plentiful and tasty, both sweet and savoury. They also offer free snacks which we never took advantage of, but it is interesting if you are in the area and want a snack.
The double rooms have a full bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. In the room there is a wardrobe, safe, fridge and desk, as well as a kettle and a stock of coffee and tea.
Everything is impeccably clean and tidy, although there could be a plug closer to the bedside tables. In the first room we were given the air conditioning was very noisy, and they changed us without any problem to a quieter one.
At reception they speak many languages, almost all the staff spoke Spanish, which made things much easier for us. They were very friendly and gave us lots of advice to make the most of our stay.
One of the charming things is that you can still leave your key at reception, which adds to the bucolic feel of the hotel.
There are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants and shops in the surrounding area for those close to St. Mark's Square.
The table service I would say is excellent. The modern structure. I would say the young lady at the reception is very helpful and kind. Good and plentiful breakfast. Finally a clean room. I gladly go back.
Great price and clean. We had minimal contact with staff and did not take advantage of breakfast. Room looked great on arrival but everything was a bit low end. Also you could hear water dripping off and on through the night. I assume this was sound coming through the drain from others showering. Overall a good sleep and good deal for the money.
The breakfast was very good and the service was very good. Surprisingly, I had a slight cleanliness and brought my pillowcase on the pillow. After returning to the room the next day, I found the waiter intimately helping my pillowcase on the pillow. It is also very clean, and it is cleaned every morning and night. The hotel is equipped with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. There are two indoor swimming pools, one is swimming, the other is similar to spa massage, and the sauna is very satisfactory.

Very Good
GGuest UserIt was a nice experience overall. There is a €3.60 city tax per person per night that's added on and can only be paid in cash which was inconvenient. There is tea/coffee provided in the room, however, they also charge to refill them if you use any. Breakfast is an extra €5 per person and breakfast lasts less than 3 hours (7am-9:45am) which is a bit inconvenient if you want to sleep in or if you have to get up early. The desk staff is moderately friendly. When we first arrived they weren't too friendly but the evening and check out attendants were nicer. The room is pretty small and really only enough room to eat around the perimeter of the bed. The bathroom is decently sized, however, the shower didn't have a door so water pools out onto the floor unless you huddle close to the shower head and even then... The TV is very small and not easily seen if you are vision impaired. My biggest complaint, however, is how hard the bed was. There's little to no cushion on the mattress. I woke up both mornings I was there and had back and hip pain (I'm 28 yrs old in relatively good physical condition). It is close to sleeping on the floor. There was a closet with a nice amount of space to put our things. There is also am elevator to access the floors which was convenient on days that we walked a ton. The lobby is nice and clean and has some seating areas. We did not explore the bar or breakfast areas. The hotel itself is located near the water bus station for easy access to Venice. It is also on a strip of shops and restaurants. Granted most things on the island of Lido do close early and a lot of them are temporarily closed but still marked as open on Google maps. Plan accordingly and call places ahead of time. I've included pictures of the bathroom which was overall nice, however, I didn't take pictures of the bedroom as it was small and hard to get a good angle.
KKyRuSThe hotel is a bit far from the main pier, it takes 10 or 20 minutes to walk, and you have to wait by bus, which is not very frequent. There is a close pier but not commonly used so it is not useful. The breakfast was good and the waiters were very courteous, worthy of praise! Instead, the person who should be the owner of the house at check-in is average. Room booked for 3 days, no hot water the next morning! Take a cold shower! It's cold to sick 😑 The photos of the room are too beautiful 😅

RRaluca DascalitaI stayed at La Pergola for 3 nights and it felt very homey to me, like a student dorm room.
It was easy to reach from the Lido SME station, very quiet, my room had plenty of light, a desk to do some work, internet was working properly in the room though I was at the second floor.
The bed was comfy, bed linen was clean, the water was warm and shower had pressure, though the shower head had some holes clogged.
All the basics are there, coffee in the morning is included, and -despite the fact that the room could use a deep cleaning - I think it was great value for money, much better than expected given the previous reviews.
This place will be on my return list in my future travels to Venice.
RRaluca DascalitaI stayed here for 1 night, in a single room, and I was lucky enough to get a room with a balcony. The interiors have an antique feel to them, with parquet and painted wardrobe.
The check in process was very smooth, the location is fantastic, the bed was comfy and clean, the shower had good pressure, and the place was quiet, with ambient chatter sounds from the nearby cafes, which enhanced my holiday-mood.
Great place, I'd love to return for a longer stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the Lodo port. But since it is too close, the house will shake when the boat hits the levee.
Room amenities are a little dated, Even though it's a non-smoking room, I can still smell some smoke.
All the staff are very friendly. They can prepare a takeaway breakfast if you leave the hotel before breakfast time.
BBonnie LockwoodThe hotel is beautiful with very modern rooms. The attached restaurant is delicious, and as a hotel guest there is a discount.
The vaporetto is next to the hotel for easy transportation.
Staff kindly made taxi arrangements for us for arrival and departure.
A wonderful experience.
GGuest UserMy own wish is that I would have loved for the hotel to offer bike rentals if not transportation.
This was my only struggle in this city from traveling from U.S. as taxis were late or not available due to demand and sadly I was very shocked that Uber was not available in Verona.
RRara1407This hotel is right next to the water boats so it’s the perfect spot
It’s rather dated but has everything you need and the jacuzzi bath was amazing after walking all day
