The hotel is very suitable for a holiday. It has a beautiful environment, a swimming pool and a beautiful beach. It takes 15-20 minutes to drive to Knossos Palace and Museum. The staff are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is very rich. The dinner is a buffet, which is also very good. The next day There will be music and dance performances with Cretan characteristics. All in all, it is a very cost-effective hotel and the four of us are very satisfied. The only drawback is that the room facilities are a bit old and the water in the wash basin in one room is broken.

Today, I have landed back home after spending amazing week at this family-run hotel. I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.

A stunning and family-friendly hotel with all you could ask for on the grounds. From a beautiful gym, swimming pools galore to an incredible water park on site for not just the little ones but the big kids too… it has it all! The food courts had so much variety too with different settings for different nights. The entertainment kicked in just as I was leaving and the bar side singing was just beautiful, a great touch to the space ito give it that adult-exclusivity feel away from the other areas of the hotel which catered for the whole family.

Advantages:1. The personnel all were very friendly from the lobby till the cleaning lady trying to solve all your problems 2. Minimalistic architecture give the space to breath very beautiful decorations Disadvantages: 1. Please don’t go to the restaurants of this hotel overpriced and the food sucks for two person 200 euros for a food that cost less than 20. 2. Rooms we’re comfortable but overpriced for the things that offered.

I had been to the same hotel two or three times last year, it was very good and nice compared to the other hotels I went to on the peninsula. The staff in reception is not so friendly the food is not like a 5 star hotel the most of the menu is frozen except the grill that they cook the meat the same time. They don’t have many rackets for the ping pong only 2. The list of the free cocktails for the all inclusive program is so limited and for the classic cocktails is extra charge.The bars and the restaurants is open until 23:00 after that only ghosts is outside. The heated pool is not so hot. The jacuzzi on the spa is not working. The only good thing is the rooms is very big very clean with nice views includes a kitchen fridge A/C and spurs and spoons and they gave us and an upgrade to a loft room.

Was here for the second time and was impressed again: beautiful and clean facility, great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, nice features such as guest gifts and cocktail vouchers. Gladly again!

산 중턱에 위치하고 있어서 해변 뷰는 끝내준다.시설도 나쁘지 않고 주차장도 좋다.수영장물도 좋다. 허ㅐ변으로 가는 계단이 있고 식당의 뷰도 아주좋다

I booked the hotel very spontaneously late in the evening. The reception was already closed when I called, but the manager came by in person within less than 10 minutes. I felt guilty because I didn't know it was his cell phone number and I called so late when he was already at home. But he was really friendly and humorous. We had booked one of the modern rooms, which were spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and really very spacious. The facilities were top notch, even a diffuser for the hairdryer for curly hair, which not many hotels offer. The sea with clear water was directly across the street, the location was great, just a stone's throw from downtown Chania, and you could park right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended!
