A disaster, almost everything failed, at the morning night the key didn't work and they didn't know to change it, so I had to sleep in another with all the disadvantages it causes, at the morning I ask to enter my own and without any excuse and bad face give me the New key, I go up and there's no hot water, as I was late since I was working without shower I saw and I dropped to return the key and complain, no excuse and one we feel very cold (as if it was my fault) and goodbye.

The staff were so friendly. I had to check out of the hotel early because my flight was early, so I almost missed breakfast, but it was so touching. The only regret was the weather, so I couldn't play in the pool attached to the room.

Hotel Vibra Maritimo was absolutely amazing. My sister and I took the sea view room and it was so beautiful, especially hearing the waves at night when going to bed. The staff was super friendly with us and the rooms were nice and clean. Ibiza is hot, and thank goodness for the AC. It was working perfectly. Beds and pillows were soft and so comfy ! It was not noisy at all, which was a surprise to me because it is after all Ibiza. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and a gym, and the breakfast was standard breakfast like sunny side up eggs, croissants, cheese, ham, serial, muesli and yogurt and them a coffee machine with a variety of choices. You can enjoy your breakfast right in front of the beach. If you are in need of a taxi, the hotel can call one, and you can pay cash or card. Personally, I liked the hotel a lot.

We had a lovely stay, we checked in late and that was no problem and on the last day they let us keep our luggage in locked storage whilst we enjoyed the beach. The room was lovely and clean, the bed was big and fresh, the toilet and shower was amazing, kettle and tv also there, lovely window to hear beach sounds at night. Perfect location. Cleaners very thorough, reception very friendly! Practically as coastal as you can get, less than a minute to get to the beach!

Very comfortable bed and 10/10 pillows. Spectacular sea views, but it is not 500m from the centre, rather double that and there are also 121 stairs. Breakfast is €15 at the hotel. The jacuzzi is small and shared. The staff is very friendly except for the morning receptionists.

“I recently stayed in a room with a sea view, which was quite nice and comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a shower cap and hair conditioner. The swimming pool area had comfortable sun beds that provided a great opportunity to relax, but the loud music played throughout the day was quite disturbing. It felt imposing to have music chosen for you, especially when you might prefer something different or silence. The reception service was acceptable, though not exceptional. I found the women at the reception to be more friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00. While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy. Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car. In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”

We had a pleasant stay at Nura Boreal, especially due to its great location, which makes getting around very convenient. The hotel is also very clean, and housekeeping did a good job maintaining the common areas and the room. Our room was spacious, which we appreciated; however, the bed was not very comfortable, which slightly affected our overall rest. Breakfast was a highlight — it was good and varied, with plenty of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. One minor downside was the Wi-Fi connection, which was a bit unstable at times. Overall, Nura Boreal offers good value thanks to its location, cleanliness, and breakfast, though there is room for improvement in comfort and connectivity.

My wife myself and our friends were staying in Hotel Almuaina. Taxi from airport and return was around 12.14 minutes and the hotel was right in the middle of where you want to be with short walks to all tourist attractions. Hop on hop off bus ride takes you further out. The hotel was spotless, friendly and it has a roof top bar and restaurant which is amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel and if we return I’d book it again.

Too many advantages: It's incredibly convenient to get to the beach; it's a 3-4 minute walk from the front of the hotel, and a 5-minute walk from the back. There are supermarkets: Spar, Eroski City, Lidl, and Rossmann drugstore. Breakfast from 7-10 am is delicious and has a wide variety of items. After breakfast, there's refreshing lemonade and coffee available in the restaurant for guests to help themselves. The gym downstairs is well-equipped, and there's a small swimming pool on the roof. It's very quiet at night; the dim lighting is perfect for those sensitive to light. The air conditioning in the room is very cool; I usually have to turn it off because it's 35 degrees Celsius outside, but the room is always pleasantly cool. The toiletries are complete: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and hand cream/body lotion are all from Ritals Jing, and I love the scent. I'm very satisfied with the bed; I can't stand very soft beds because they make my back uncomfortable, but this hotel's bed is excellent. There are three types of pillows to choose from. The hot water is great; showering is comfortable, unlike some reviews that mention no hot water. The service staff I encountered were all very satisfactory, unlike some reviews that describe them as rude. From the front desk staff (Oscar was especially adorable; we saw him again when we checked out on the 7th day), to the housekeeping staff, and the restaurant staff (a very kind old gentleman cleared the dishes every morning), I would give full marks to all the staff we encountered during our 7 days and 6 nights! The cabinet under the TV could be easily opened with a gentle push to reveal cups, a safe, and a mini-fridge. There was a hairdryer and a large plastic bag in the wardrobe drawer. If I had to point out a few shortcomings, they would be: 1. They should learn from Chinese hotels; if they don't clean the room, they should at least provide two bottles of water. For environmental reasons, we only requested cleaning twice over 6 nights. We only received two small bottles of mineral water upon check-in on the first day. If we had booked 6 nights separately, wouldn't we have received 2 x 6 bottles? For €300 per night, they couldn't even afford a bottle of water. 2. The toilet paper was extremely thin, only one layer thick. 3. There was no toilet brush next to the toilet, which was very inconvenient.

GGuest UserExcellent Family Stay in Ibiza with Minor Areas for Improvement Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island. What We Loved: Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family. Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests. Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained. Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement. Negative Aspects to Report: We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. Overall: Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

SSmurki0oExceptional Business Stay at PortBlue Pollentia – A Perfect Balance of Productivity and Relaxation I recently had the pleasure of staying at PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa in Alcudia for a business trip, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, relaxing, and incredibly well-suited to balancing work and well-being. Facilities & Comfort: The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls. Meeting & Work Spaces: Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

DdavylegrandHotel Bendinat in Mallorca is one of those rare gems that feels like a home away from home. Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility. The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation. The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. Another reason I keep coming back is the atmosphere—Hotel Bendinat is peaceful, refined, and never overcrowded. Unlike larger resorts, it maintains a boutique, exclusive feel. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, taking

GGuest UserWow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas.  I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. Much love xx

GGuest UserAs of June 2025, the hotel is in very good condition. This is a higher-quality than average hotel, although not luxury. Finishings, designs, rooms and maintenance are higher/better than usual. The pool/pathways areas are impecable. Bushes perfectly trimmed, not a leave or fallen flower on the floor. Beautiful and cared for daily. June is a great moment to come to Mallorca as it is already very warm/hot enough to crave pool and beach but not hot enough you don't want to walk around. Also, the amount of people is very reasonable. Come July/August, things change and crowds make everything less enjoyable. Front is nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet (in my case I paid for the immense convenience) fantastic. The beach is a 3-minute walk from the side exit door, just crossing the main street. The beach is fantastic, clean and it barely has any weeds. However, although we did not have issues to find a space, I don't want to be there in July/August as there are around 100 ft from water to the back and I bet it will be more difficult to find a space with a crowd. Hotel location is great as it is right in the main street with plenty food and the typical ”everything” stores within walking distance. We stayed 5 days and didn't need to take the car to go have dinner. The rate was also higher than average but there are plenty reasons why it is fair. Overall, very happy with the stay and every aspect of the hotel.

GGuest UserI booked a double room with a sea view for single use for one night in the eight-story hotel without breakfast. I knew the hotel from driving past. It doesn't look very appealing from the outside, but it's surprising when you enter. Everything looks freshly renovated and clean. The staff at reception were very friendly. I had a room on the 7th floor and was very satisfied. The hotel is in the second row, the beach and promenade are just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel, which, like its sister hotels Pamplona and Caballero, also located on Playa de Palma, belongs to the BG group, has a spa and sports area and a small indoor pool. I didn't eat any meals. There are only a relatively few German channels on the TV, the most important of which are ZDF, RTL, Vox, 3 Sat, ZDF Info, RTL 2. Das Erste and 3 programs are missing. Positive: I forgot my tablet in the room. The chambermaid found it and honestly handed it in at reception. I picked it up a day later. Thank you for your honesty!
