MMingmingmingmingming～Facilities: The room design has a Greek flair, making it feel very cozy. The in-room lighting and other amenities are smart-controlled. Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good. Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room. Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee. Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided. Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.

GGuest User設施：有一個很漂亮的花園， 風格很有特色， 餐廳又大有漂亮， 花園裡還有秋千，小朋友都搶着盪鞦韆，拍照也很出片 衞生：衞生乾淨，用品齊全，房間裏還插着鮮花 環境：環境沒得説，超多綠植，還有非常鮮艷的綉球花和藍雪花，有前後兩個花園，二樓露台也有花園，百香果爬滿了整個圍欄，給這個小院又增加了一份色彩！ 服務：服務非常好，幾個年輕的小姑娘，幫我們提了很重的行李，到房間後還送來了迎賓水果，西瓜很甜，晚上還送了睡前晚安牛奶，非常貼心，牛奶也好喝！ 他們家的早餐也美味，擺盤精緻，中西結合，敲重點！！！米線好好吃，我們兩個大人吃了一碗還又各加了一碗，哈哈哈！ 停車場距離民宿大概3分鐘的路程吧！山上還有網紅咖啡廳，最近的一個離民宿就3分鐘的路程，早上起早一點，逛逛整個小灣村，也是別有一番風味！

AAnonymous UserDeveloped by Vanke, the air conditioner is Mitsubishi, but the house is big but not warm, and the toilet is small but slightly warm. In January, my feet still feel very cold in this house, and it is uncomfortable to walk! I don't know which era the mattress is from, the quality is poor, and it squeaks when I turn over. The bed is of poor quality, too old, and the pillow is not good. After 2 nights, my neck actually got a rash and it hurts. The sofa cover and the cushions on it are dirty, and they need to be washed and replaced! The kitchen cabinets need to be disinfected, and the leftover food in the house will attract groups of small ants. The towels are too old and need to be replaced. There is no 24-hour hot water, so you need to wait 40 minutes before washing. The sunset view of the lake is good! At 11:25 noon on the 13th, looking in the direction of the Hilton Hotel, I saw a small white passenger plane with my own eyes. The sky was clear and the sun was shining on it. The fuselage of the plane looked very white and bright. After I saw it, I wanted to take a picture with my mobile phone, but it disappeared all of a sudden! It was like a ghost plane, so magical! If it was a passenger plane, there would be many passengers in it! Could it be that the airspace could travel through time and space?

--wuti-The room is OK, facing Fuxian Lake, it's beautiful, but the wind is too strong. It belongs to the villa area reconstruction. I didn't notice when booking the room that the balcony faces the mountain, which is a bit depressing. It's too noisy at night next to the corridor door, and the external stairs are made of iron plates. The breakfast is the worst I've seen in the same level of hotel. The staple food is rice noodles, small steamed buns, and one egg per person😓. There is no hot dish. Friends who like to eat pickled garlic and boiled peanuts for breakfast can enjoy it😓.

Many places for taking photos are set up with limited space, which can be said to be fully utilized. Room: Santorini round bed room, the room is not very good. 1. The whole room is very short and narrow, and the window opposite the bed is very short and cannot be opened, which feels depressing. 2. The room is not well ventilated. There is only a small window at the back of the room for ventilation. After entering the room, there is an obvious smell of lime mixed with mold (sensitive to smell). 3. The room is divided into one floor and two floors. The first floor is a bathroom, and there is no place to put open boxes. If you put it at the door, it is inconvenient to take things at night because the door is a fully transparent glass door and it blocks the way. It is easy to get wet when taking a shower on the ground, and it is troublesome to carry it up the stairs. Finally, it is placed on the shelf, but it cannot be fully opened. 4. If you live in it and draw the curtains, there is no lake view and hot spring, only an ordinary small room; if you don’t draw them, it’s a public place. 2. There are various lake view rooms upstairs, and there are also rooms with terraces. They look beautiful in the pictures, but the prices are too high. They are completely Internet celebrity prices. Consider going to Hilton. Service: Very good. The room comes with afternoon tea (milk tea + fruit + dessert) and 6 travel photos. The value-added service is very good and included in the room price. The travel photos are really good. There are many travel photos here, and they are very well done. I have my own milk tea shop, and the lemon tea is delicious.
