Keep up your service! They are always so welcoming and helpful to assist esp. our food delivery ( that need a local number) she even use her rewards point for our ordering! So thoughtful and kind! We will visit dalian bcos of *刘小姐* good memorable service! Yummy b1st from hotel good setting too. Travel anywhere with didi are so convenient, good location with residential turn out so homely. We had free costume dressing from hotel, gdscent capsule laundry and my baby girl experienced her first snow in dalian too 13/12! We love snowy in Dalian! Facilities: A bit dated, with small cracks on the cabinet above the mini-fridge and some wall areas, as shown in the last two photos. Overall, it's nothing major and doesn't affect the stay; considering it's a hotel over ten years old, one shouldn't be too demanding. The hotel's facilities are generally complete, with standard luxury hotel amenities. The breakfast is decent; it offers more variety than some Westins but less than some Marriotts. However, the quality is good, especially the desserts which are delicious, and there's a wide selection of juices and milk. Some Marriott hotels even offer a full Cantonese dim sum spread, whereas here there are only a few hot dishes, making the variety seem limited, but the taste is excellent. The potatoes in the pork rib stew are very fragrant, and the boiled shrimp are quite large. All the fruits weren't sweet enough; the fruit quality could be improved. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: A landmark building in Dalian, nestled against the mountain and overlooking the sea – definitely worth a visit. It's even more stunning for photos at night. It's about a 10 to 15-minute walk downhill, and a bit far from the subway station, but it's away from the city's hustle and bustle, and getting a taxi is very convenient. There's a sky garden on the 5th floor, and the lobby is magnificent; any photo taken there looks great. Service: Thoughtful and attentive. Someone helps open car doors and handle luggage upon arrival. There's a dedicated butler service that tries its best to accommodate reasonable guest requests. The mini-bar requires extra payment, but a welcome fruit platter and dessert were provided, along with a large bottle of homemade beer. This hotel's beer isn't available online, but it's genuinely delicious.

Traveling with a friend, this hotel is located at Xinghai Square, and it's a 10-minute walk to the sea, so the location is great. The hotel has a bathhouse on the basement level, and guests receive complimentary tickets. As someone from the south, it was my first time experiencing Northeastern bathhouse culture, and I really felt the warmth and hospitality of the locals. Also, the hotel rooms are quite spacious and the temperature was a bit high; I actually sweated at night. Opening the window for ventilation made it more comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay with high value for money.

The hotel is very close to the seaside, just a minute or two walk away. The decoration inside the hotel makes people feel particularly comfortable, with reasonable layout and practical placement of items. It feels like the decoration design is very thoughtful. I heard that there were no vacancies when we booked a suite. The big bed we booked was also very good. This hotel was the most comfortable hotel to stay in during this trip. In addition, the breakfast here is also very rich, and the service staff are also very good. I will definitely come again next time. grateful

If you're coming to Dalian, you have to book a hotel by the sea! This guesthouse is right in Xinghai Square, facing the ocean, yet it's quiet and peaceful. The environment is really relaxing, living up to its name, 'Elegant and Stylish'. The guesthouse has six floors. We booked a twin room on the second floor, and the view was already great; I'm sure the rooms on the higher floors are even better! There's an observation deck on the sixth floor, perfect for taking photos of the seascape during the day 🏖️ and the beautiful lights at night 🌉. The room was very clean and tidy 🛏️, without excessive decoration, which actually made it feel more relaxing. It was very spacious; a double bed could easily accommodate three people. The amenities were complete, and the hot water was excellent 🚿. The owner provided excellent service, including afternoon tea. They thoughtfully recommended nearby attractions and delicious food 👍🏻. The breakfast was abundant and very healthy, which I loved! For the off-season, the price wasn't expensive at all. It was a wonderful stay!

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Dalian was excellent. The hotel truly exudes genuine warmth and the unique hospitality of Northeast China. Staff were proactive in offering services throughout our stay. The room was clean and tidy, and anything we requested was delivered promptly. Located right by Xinghai Square, the hotel offers incredibly convenient access to everything, and the sea view from the room is absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!

The main reason for coming here is that the hotel is five-star and the conditions are quite good. There are two other reasons, one is the hot springs and the other is to see the sea. In fact, with the gradual completion of the construction of the seaside, this sea is no longer beautiful. At a glance, it is not an endless sea, but more breakwaters. I feel sorry for the hotel. When I first came to this hotel, it was really good, very good, but now I feel a little sorry. But it is worth mentioning that the hotel has a gym, swimming pool, lounge, jade plate hot kang, which is very good, and there are free breakfasts for two. The hot springs can be circulated, and you can rest after soaking, and then go again. The bathtub in the room is very large, and you can also take a bath, which is very worthwhile.

We visited Luneng Hot Spring with our kids and had a great family time. The hot spring was relaxing, and the kids really enjoyed the play areas and child-friendly pools. One of the best parts of our stay was the excellent help we received from Brynn, a staff member who spoke English very well. Since we don’t speak Chinese, her support made everything easier—from room service to general questions. She was kind, professional, and even checked on us after we left. Thanks to her and the friendly staff, our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families!0412
