The rooms were well-maintained and clean, and the staff Leo was extremely helpful to arrange early check-in even though it was a busy time. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay in the heart of the city.”

Excellent on everything. Room, check in, dining, service and most of all, location. We've been staying in this hotel many times this year. At least 3 nights every month. But it's always my wife who booked it. The buffet is amazing, location is very close to the big city of kowloon (TST) and the shopping hub is just around the corner. Overall, VERY GOOD!

Great for ones who has an early flight or late flight. It’s very convenient to take free shuttle bus ( bus co. with Sheraton hotel) from Tung Chung station at anytime. From there you can take MRT to the city or sightseeing around by bus ,train or cable car to Disney land or Big Buddha. The hotel is good to stay overnight with facilities . You can find restaurants both Italian and Chinese or convenient shop in front of the hotel.

The check-in process was smooth. However, activities like character greetings (an important aspect for Disney fans!) were not introduced unless we specifically asked. This was different from our past visits. Additionally, we were a bit disappointed that there were no birthday cards or small gifts for birthday guests, which we had received during past visits. We were only given a birthday pin, and they didn’t even ask for the birthday star's name to personalize it.😔 And there were no rearrangements for activity suspension in case of rain. We were supposed to meet mickey at the activity. On a positive note, thanks to Tommy from the recreation team! He responded to my inquiries and helped me check the character greeting times, allowing me to get another chance to meet Mickey!💛

The three hotels Disneyland Resort, Explorer and Hollywood are all interconnected through a cliff’s walk along the beautiful coast of Lantau Island, highly recommended for exploring the scenery along the path and visit as many restaurants as possible- this time I had visited colours of the wind restaurant at Explorer Hotel next door and also had a full meal with my friends at the Walt’s Cafe at the Resort Hotel- beautiful display of culinary arts and colours :)

Beautiful coastline along the Hollywood Hotel park; the swimming pool was quite crowded with kids but as a guest of any Disneyland Hotel here in Hong Kong, we can select a quieter pool like the one at the classic Disneyland Resort Hotel. The stroll along the coastline from Hollywood Hotel to Disneyland Resort Hotel was relaxing and comfortable with beautiful views of the ocean and sea breezes. The food at Ink and Plate restaurant at Hollywood Hotel was excellent and even my friend from the United Kingdom said their beef dishes were of premium quality and reasonably priced :)

[rating the balcony room as we got upgraded] Everything was pretty much perfect and the experience is one of a kind. - The room is spacious, ultra modern (bathroom is just amazing), equipped with cutlery, fridge, and all the necessary. - The view on the sea (from bedroom, balcony) is absolutely stunning and so is the view on the marina (from bedroom and bathroom) - Bedding quite comfortable and easy access to light and curtain from bed - Breakfast best-in-class - swimming pool one of the best in HK - friendly staff Only thing is this is very big hotel so need to queue at checkin and also a bit at checkout

I had a great stay. I was upgraded to the 39th floor! Wonderful view. I love the bath tub. The pool , steam room and sauna were really wonderful. Such a relaxing atmosphere

Pros: 1. The rooms are quite spacious. For HongKong it’s a huge deal. 2. Convenient shuttle bus routes. From the West Kowloon train station, as well as Disneyland and to other attractions, or close to them. 3. Despite being located in a relatively remote spot, it has a great infrastructure around it. Like a 7/11, coffee shops, restaurant etc. 4. Amazing views from the hotel room, as well as the surroundings. 5. The hotel staff were all super nice, professional and helpful. 6. The territory of the hotel itself I think it’s very convenient and safe for families with kids. There is a mini golf court. Kids can play around the hotel, and it will be very safe for them. 7. Special thanks for upgrading my room. That was very nice. I really appreciated it. Cons: 1. Breakfast was super average for the cost (one type of cold cut, two types of cheese) and in general the selection was very basic. (I went to HongKong many times, and stayed in different hotels, so comparing to other hotels with the same price for the breakfast, this one is the worst). But I liked the pancake machine and the view. 2. The kids were allowed to swim in a very deep swimming pool for adults. And I think it’s dangerous for kids, as well as it’s inconvenient for the adults that would like to swim. Overall a solid 8,5/10. Yes, the hotel is not new, but in pretty good condition. And maybe for people that will take public transportation will not be convenient to reach it. So take it into consideration. Also it will not be suitable for people who want to party and discover the “main attractions” of HongKong. It will be amazing for a staycation, nature and sea lovers.

The room balcony faces the sea and you can hear the sound of the coast. The room is not big, but well-equipped. I would like to praise that there are enough hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and towels. I would like to point out that the electric kettle is too high and cannot be placed in the wash basin to collect water. It would be more convenient if I change it to a shorter one.
