It is a motel-style hotel, but it feels that the perce is relatively good. The facilities are old, but it is very clean, the living is very comfortable, the breakfast is generally the same, but the scenery is really good.
They fulfilled majority of our requests, like providing a baby crib and an electric kettle but they placed to a wrong room. Also, the rooms are not close to each other, one was on G/F and the other room was on 1/F. The receptionist was nice but he could not speak English and told us no baby crib and no kettle! He checked the system there was an empty room next next to room 18, but it was still occupied. I doubt the accuracy of the hotel reservation system!
We finally kept the original two rooms on G/F and 1/F. We did not use the baby crib as it was on the 1/F and we didn't want to move or ask service man to move (it seems that limited manpower in the hotel).
Anyway, the view was very good and we enjoyed the sunrise early in the morning.
Finally, I need to point out that the location of the power plugs inside the room was poor. They provided us a kettle but it was not user friendly with the power source. You can see the picture below.
However, the food in the restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed a dinner and a breakfast there. The staff were very nice and helpful.
Thank you.
The staff are very careful and, above all, there are bikes available!
Attention for people with reduced mobility or heavy baggage, you need to ask for a rdc because no lift.
Such an expensive hotel does not provide parking. Parking costs $35 a day. The restaurant is not good, scallop risotto only has three scallops and three mouthfuls of rice cost 32 Canadian dollars. Everything else is fine
7/8/10 Room is the basement, just gave room 7...
The room is small and stuffy, humid and not ventilated, and there is no service 😂
I can't enter less than 4pm. I was locked outside the door an hour early. I couldn't enter the hotel lobby. I was forced to wait until 4pm.
The hotel is in a good location, but the price and environment of the stay are a little bit different. The 1st and 3rd people stayed a night for 1776 and felt a bit expensive. I heard a quarrel in the corridor or the other side, I didn't sleep well in one night, the bed in Room 3 was not particularly clean, and the bathroom was extremely small.
All in all, it is not particularly ideal.
Very comfortable room, equipped with a kitchen, the layout is very reasonable, but it's a pity that I couldn't experience the feeling of the fireplace in winter. However, there is an extra charge for lighting a fire in the fireplace, and the laundry service is charged but self-service, and I was not able to use it successfully. The location of the hotel is very convenient for walking around the center and climbing up the hill to watch the sunset. It is worth recommending. However, the breakfast is really very, very average, but it is included in it, otherwise it is very comfortable to make breakfast in the room by yourself
It is a five-minute drive from Mont Tremblant Lake and there is a beautiful lake on the edge of the hotel. The old lady at the front desk is very good and the breakfast is good. The ideal place to stay.
awesome! Love this style of hotel in this environment. As a reminder, be sure to book a lake view room, you can see the morning glow. Especially the sun rising over the misty lake is too beautiful.

GGuest Userawesome location , easy and painless transaction, professionnal and friendly staff, very clean and appropriate rooms in the hotel section . They have multiple selections: chalet, ready to camp trailer rental, camping grounds with all amenities, and a golf course, also a small beach but the complex is located between multiples beautiful beaches reachable within 30mins or less great place to relax and be a base point to explore the region
GGuest UserThe place is gorgeous and very cozy. However we were very dissapointed in the spa. The sauna doesn’t get hot enough and there is no cold bath. We also were hoping to find a little gym to get a workout in during our stay.
The beach and its activities are fantastic.
Overall we found the place to be overpriced/overated for what it offers. We give it a 7/10. We are happy we experienced it but we wouldn’t go back.
SShixingzhewujiangVery satisfied with the surrounding tour of Mengcun. Come over for an hour in the city center, the paradise is located, the room is clean, the linen is clean, and the meal service is excellent. Walking in the hotel's garden, the magnificent North America and exquisite gardening are perfect combination.
KKellyImA good stop for a one-night rest on the way from Gaspésie to Montreal. The room is small but clean and well organized, and I especially liked the table by the window. However, the bathroom was less comfortable—it has a very small window, no proper ventilation, and is located right next to the bed, which made it a bit unpleasant.

GGuest UserWe loved the Manoir Richelieu. The room was very clean, the furniture is very nice, the bed very comfortable. The room was on the river side and the view was outstanding. The hotel in general is very nice. The employees are very professional and very kind. The outdoor and indoor pools are heated and the place is very well landscaped and the sun loungers are very comfortable. We will definitely go back. I am a more than satisfied customer and thank you to Trip.com for the great price.
