The hotel is not bad, the location is convenient, there are fast food restaurants, supermarkets around, and it is close to the beach. The bed is small, but the room size is OK. Breakfast is relatively rich.

Room with very bad acoustics. In addition to listening to the noise of the street, it was possible to listen to the guest of the apartment above with a child who pulled a lot and pulled the chair and when the complaint was made to the reception they said we had to accept the disturbance until 22:00, the two elevators were not enough to meet the demand and we had to go down the stairs with the bags after long waiting for the elevator. Some staff were unconscious and unconscious about the guest, and the stop for boarding and landing is not practical, and when we arrived there was no place to park the car, except the garage staying in another square.
Great option by the sea in Balneário Camboriú. Excellent location, numerous restaurants nearby, relatively close to the Big Wheel (it is possible and extremely pleasant to walk). Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Furniture a little dated, but functional. Adequate breakfast (nothing pompous, but fully adequate). The entire team was attentive, from the valet, check-in, cleaning team, everyone was always helpful and polite. I have valet parking (paid separately), but it is very helpful (since traffic in BC is very difficult). Some large cars/trucks were in front of the hotel. I was there in January/2024, the hotel was very busy (469 guests, according to reception) and everything worked very well, including elevators (there are three). We stayed on a high floor (12th floor) and the stay was very peaceful. Anyway, it became my first option when looking for a hotel in BC. I got a daily rate almost 50% lower on Trip.com than on other major booking apps.
This is the fourth time I've stayed there, the first time through the app.
I've always had good experiences there, so when I go to Balneário Camboriú I prioritize the Sibara Hotel.
However, during this stay, everything went wrong, starting with the room. We booked a double room and they put us in a room with single beds 👍🏿
They said they would put the beds together to make it a double room, but we didn't accept because there would be a divider in the middle! After this embarrassing situation, they relocated us to another room! I had a request for a body pillow for our room, but it wasn't granted.
In this new room, there was no hot water, the toilet wouldn't flush, it was just a hassle!
These situations made me think, and now, when I need to go to Balneário again, I'll check out other hotels.
The hotel is new, very well structured, but they need to take care of the maintenance. The air conditioning of my room made noise all night, even recorded a video and showed to the reception woman.

GGuest UserOne of our favorite spots of all time. The hotel is run so well, so clean, all the people who serve will go the extra mile for the comfort of their guests. We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!

JJOSIEL FOGGIATTOThe only negative point in the hotel is the acoustics, we spent the weekend and had a party next to it, which is no problem, but what disturbed was that we couldn't sleep because of noise, doors and windows don't isolate the sound that comes out!
The hotel is very good, we like it quite.

WWilsonThe hotel premium for good service, good accommodation and excellent location, I realized that they are making reforms and I believe it is a good initiative, especially in the hot water system of the shower, tb I realized that a repage in the academy and game room would be a great initiative.
