Vou compartilhar a experiência que tive tanto os pontos bons quanto os ruins. Chegamos no hotel no dia 25/11/23 no final da tarde, fomos bem recepcionados pela recepcionista de plantão, ela inclusive nos ofereceu para fechar alguns passeios com ela, mas como já tínhamos fechado com a Decolar agradeci e disse que não tínhamos dias livres. Depois disso, a simpatia dessa recepcionista acabou, atendeu a gente sempre se cara fechada e com uma má vontade de lascar. Pedi para ela 1 travesseiro extra, ela disse que não tinha ali no momento mas ia solicitar, no dia seguinte cobrei novamente e ela disse que estavam lotados e não tinham sequer 1 travesseiro extra. No outro dia perguntei novamente, mas notei o mau humor então deixei pra lá. Como nosso checkout era ao meio dia e nosso vôo apenas as 22 hs, perguntei se tinha a possibilidade de fazer um late checkout, ela nem olhou no sistema e disse que estavam lotados e não tinha a menor possibilidade. Na manhã seguinte que era o dia do checkout, conversando com outra recepcionista (essa sim muito simpática) nós ajudou, disse que sim haviam 4 quartos vagos, e poderiamos fechar pelo aplicativo. Fiz isso e agradeci, uma pena que esqueci o nome dela, mas ela estava no sábado dia 02/12 pela manhã na recepção. O quarto que ficamos tem uma vista excelente ficamos de frente para praia, muito boa a vista e o quarto atende as 3 estrelas do hotel. O pessoal da cozinha, copa e do café da manhã foram extremamente simpáticas com todos, só tenho elogios para todas elas. No geral o hotel é bom na sua média, mas esse atendimento dessa forma realmente deixa a desejar, uma pena que algumas pessoas tratem os turistas dessa forma. Infelizmente esqueci de perguntar o nome da recepcionista que nos ajudou a ficar algumas horas a mais no quarto, pra ela só temos a agradecer pela ajuda e presteza, para a outra que nos atendeu de uma forma bem mau humorada, tudo bem não lembrar o nome, pois a intenção não é prejudicar ninguém, mas sim que outras pessoas possam ter uma melhor experiência.

This hotel is simple but it has everything you need. The pool is great and the internet connection by the pool works better than the rooms. It is located near restaurants, bars, groceries stores, and pharmacies. Breakfast could improve. I wish they had more local tropical fruits. However, breakfast is simple but well served. Located just steps from the beach, which is calm and not lots of waves. Good for kids.

I like the location, the service and the breakfast. They just need to improve the physical structure a little. But for the price it is super good, this is the second time I have stayed there.

We come from Germany and this hotel was recommended to me in advance by friends. And it is really great! We also recommend it very much! The quiet location directly on the beautiful beach is paradise! The owner welcomed us very warmly and always took time for a nice chat with us and had helpful travel tips. The service is great, the staff very friendly and the food excellent! The incredibly varied breakfast is prepared with love and offers every day different delicious highlights. The hotel is the perfect place to relax by the pool or sea and really enjoy yourself! We will definitely like to come back!

The hotel has a beach outlet, is very wide, with beautiful spaces, such as the pad and the gardens. The environment is wonderful, from the pool you see the blue sea (a little brave sea!!). It is not very safe to walk to the sea or to the surrounding restaurants (the security guard said). The hotel's swimming pool is small and average. Breakfast was mediocre. The location is an hour away from the city. Although the service attitude is very good, it is difficult to give high marks.

We arrived tired from our journey but I have to say that the staff has been very considerate toward us and made every arrangement possible for us to have somewhere to say and relax until our room was ready. They even managed to get our room ready earlier. Breakfast was good and with a great variety The building is very old and sometimes seems not cleaned. There is a lot of moisture and the rooms could use some renovation. The mattress and way the bed was done was far below our expectations as well (photo below) We were highly disappointed to find our the sauna was closed. I had bother calling the hotel the day before to ask them before booking. I was assured on the phone that it was working when in fact, it was not.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is beautiful. It is right on the top of the hill of Rio Vermelho and it offers a free service from the hotel to the main street and the other way around. When we arrived we found very nice receptionists. We were initially given an accessible room, we requested to change it as we were there to celebrate our honeymoon. One evening the hotel staff treated us with strawberries, chocolate and 2 brigadeiros ＜3 The room was very nice and clean, with all the comforts. The breakfast, unfortunately, wasn't very good. The quality was poor. The positive thing is that we could order omelettes and tapiocas cooked at the moment. All the staff very nice and friendly. Definitely recommended! :)

My stay at this low budget hotel wasn't pleasant at al. The rooms are nice enough for what you pay for. The room I was given was at the top floor and for whatever reason the lift does not go all the way up there, so I had to get off one flooer before mine then carry two large suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Annoying but not the worst part of my stat. In my room there was a power switch in my room and hummed the whole night and made it difficult to sleep. That is very unusual in my opinion. The breakfast was absolutely vile. I don't mind a simple breakfast but a disgusting one? The coffee was diabolical and they kept running out of things all the time and it would take ages for the staff to replenish the items. The absolute worst part of how unfriendly and unhelpful all but one of the receptionists were. A young man that the morning shift has a very arrogant attitude and could. The girls were less obnoxious but equally unhelpful and seemingly apathetic. The only staff member that was trained to be courteous and helpful was a really nice guy that I can't remember the name that worked the night shift. One thing to be aware of is that they don't have a storage room to keep luggage in case you have a late flight and need to go somewhere else to kill time until your flight. I left my luggage at reception and they just left it there which made me very nervous as Salvador is an extremely dangerous city. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

Ótimo atendimento. Grande variedade no café da manhã. Localização excelente. Piscinas de água quentinha. Só que as toalhas de banho nem sempre estavam disponíveis e tínhamos que pedir na recepção. De duas a três vezes, corria um blackout, pelo menos no nosso apartamento. Nada que prejudicasse, pois logo a energia voltava. Mas para nossa filha autista, esses blackouts eram um grande problema, porque ela tem muito medo. Talvez o hotel pudesse orientar ou investir em uma infraestrutura melhor para o pessal que volta da praia e usa as piscinas. Muitos não passavam por um banho para tirar a areia e, com isso, as piscinas do hotel acabavam pagando o preço. Na parte da manhã estavam sempre limpinhas, mas ao final do dia, tinha muita sujeira, principalmente de areia, acumulada no fundo.

Hotel muito bom. Ótima localização. Próximo de tudo. Farmácia, padaria, supermercado . Em frente a praia de taperapuan . Próximo a ótimas barracas de praia. Como, tô a toa ,axemói barraca do gaúcho etc. A recepção e os funcionários são bastante atenciosos e prestativos

Wonderful place! Came with family, 8 adults and 3 toddlers, all enjoyed it! Despite fully occupied over New Year, Management and staff were simply great, to the smallest detail, and we must have known by name and appreciated at least a dozen of them, too many to mention them all. Yes, the rooms and amenities are getting aged, but they do a great job keeping it all clean, and perfectly working. Location is the best you could think of, on the beach, but only a short (partly steep, but only for 100 m or so) walk to myriad of restaurants, cafes and shops. We’ll be back!

O Hotel Porto das Naus é uma excelente opção de hospedagem em Porto Seguro. O hotel possui uma localização privilegiada, próximo à praia e a diversas opções de restaurantes e lojas. We love the hotel! Very nice and well located. Very tasty food. The service, which many people call here, is the usual of Bahia, without much hurry. After all, why hurry?? The location is very good, far from the confusion that turned the second and third beaches. We stay almost all the time in the hotel, but there is transport to the center. Finally we are very happy. Es nuestra primera vez en Morro de São Paulo y buscábamos un lugar tranquilo, con naturaleza y buenos servicios para pasar siete días de nuestra luna de miel. La elección fue muy acertada, con el consejo de Andrés Mazzola de Hiperviajes, Montevideo. Encontramos todo eso, con excelencia, amabilidad y buena disposición del personal, junto a la maravillosa tercera playa y a pocos minutos de caminata de las piscinas naturales que hay donde se encuentran la tercera y la cuarta playa. Desde la recepción ya se empieza a disfrutar con una bienvenida muy amable y servicial. En la tardes, Celeste nos dió muy buenas recomendaciones sobre actividades en el lugar, y resolvió para nosotros varios detalles. Tienen un servicio muy esmerado en el desayuno, con una estación de tapioca y un buffet variados y muy tentadores. El restaurante Azzurro es un lugar bello con balcones a la playa, un menú muy adecuado, una moqueca de pulpo y camarón inolvidable, y la sonrisa y el profesionalismo de Lorena y su equipo. La piscina está muy buena, y anuncian su renovación. Y los jardines... Qué decir! Esmero permanente, colores, flores, pájaros hermosos, yodo muy espacioso y espléndido. Un hotel para volver, un restaurante para visitar aunque estés en otro hotel.

Ótimo custo-benefício! Pousada localizada na praia um, ao lado do centrinho e dos bares da praia 2! Possui dois prédios, um de frente ao mar e outro do outro lado da rua(anexo). Quartos novos e limpos. Excelente atendimento, todos funcionários são muito educados! O café da manhã é maravilhoso!!! Voltaremos !

We were disappointed with the level of service provided given the price we paid. We had expected to be able to communicate with the service provider in English, Spanish or Portuguese-spanish-english but there were multiple instances where communication was imposible. And we really tried jaja Additionally, the breakfast menu did not have any vegetarian options that were suitable for our preferences. While the staff was friendly, they were unable to resolve some of the issues we faced during our stay. Dirty pool. Overall, we do not believe the experience was worth the price we paid and would not choose to return.
