Perfect location with a great market for food and a kitchen you could not ask for better amenities. Suitable for both families and others, especially for all coffee lovers as the local cafe and in-suite amenities for coffee are more than ideal.

Never again, the only thing I liked was a lovely cleaning lady. The room was wrong, very money-grabbing hotel, do not complain as may as well talk to a brick wall. The room had poor quality in places, and loud noise was random in the bedroom felt was sleeping on a hard floor and then a bed, my friend who came to visit said the roller bed was awful. Sofa beds would question hygiene as usually they open up and you do not sleep in the seating area. Nothing really there, no restaurant. Just not a hotel like we have in the Uk. When things go wrong that is when you see what a place is all about, My Daughter got food poisoning outside the hotel, yes they were helpful when asked but to come back to sick and still left after was told it was there, even the next day had to sort. No one asked how we were etc, that shows you are just a payment and nothing else. So now doing some more research on a better place.Oh yeah, hardly any kitchen stuff, 2 mugs , 2 plates, 3 people , 1 bar soap.

Times Square
The price was very reasonable. The location was fantastic - close to Rockefeller Center, Times Square, etc. The lobby was beautiful! It seemed small to a mid-westerner, where we are used to a lot of space. I think it was fabulous for Manhattan! The ceiling and stair case were gorgeous! The staff was top notch. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. There was enough coffee for three small pots. It seems most hotels are a little stingy with the coffee in the room, not this place. We were there for a one night layover. The coffee was needed as we were jet lagged and trying to reset our body clock. The staff was incredibly kind, respectful and helpful. The luggage storage was secure while we spend our morning sight seeing. The staff scheduled a car service to the airport in the afternoon. We didn’t sample the restaurant. The (2 double beds) room was plenty big for the two of us with our medium suitcases and backpacks. It was small for those of us from the Midwest, but seems to be the norm for the city.

very easy check in, apartment was well laid out, equipped and clean and the 24hour staff chat app was great. Financial district location in general is a bit of a construction site at present but once inside the building you couldn’t tell. All round exceeded my expectations

Came for a fun girls weekend and couldn’t have been happier with the location, amenities and friendly/helpful staff. It’s a super cute space, with fun decorations. The front desk brought us anything we needed. The person who made things extra special for us was T’Quanae! Thank you!!!

The Sonder team were really helpful, friendly and attentive. The apartment was excellent for my long stay for business. Really good kitchen, desk and enough space to feel that you were not stuck in a box. The location was close to the subway and a range of restaurants that made it really easy to get around or get a meal if I was late. Excellent stay.

I spent a week in NYC for a change of scenery and wanted a comfortable place with space to work. Sonder delivered. The apartment is fully furnished, even including a dishwasher and washer dryer, two things often unheard of in a New York apartment. The location is perfect, convenient to just about everything including multiple Subway lines and walkable to Wall Street, Battery Park, World Trade Center and more. Also part of apartment living—some noise from neighbors including music and barking dogs. The non smoking policy was loosely enforced, this may have been due to the snowstorm. A request to enforce this was responded to quickly. Although there is a person at the front desk, no doorman type services like package handling are available.

Because it is close to my daughter's home, my daughter recommended it. After booking, there is no obvious reminder of the check-in process. We arrived in New York and got off the plane. We knew that we had to register. Uploading passports and credit cards was considered to be self-check-in. After all this was completed, we got the password. Building, The elevator was very smooth, but the room could not enter. It was already more than 11 o'clock in the middle of the night. The long-distance plane was very tired. Contact customer service at the door of the room. The customer service responded quickly. I know that the domestic customer service is a microphone, but I can experience the service is still timely. The hotel's requirements are very strange. Thinking that the password they provided is correct, it must be our operation problem, encountering this kind of emergency, the best and fastest solution should not be to change a room? It was not until I proposed this plan that I finally solved it. The bed in the changed room was small, the room rate was different, and Trip.com also refunded it in time. Fortunately, I booked from Trip.com. If I booked directly with the hotel, the language problem and other factors are more difficult to communicate. The room itself is not bad, the mattress is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a dishwasher. It is very close to the uncle, but there is no one to do hygiene during the stay, and there is no service staff. It is very troublesome for people with language difficulties.
