The hotel has a beautiful environment, the parking lot is big, the room is acceptable, but the mattress is too soft. After I woke up, my neck and waist were very painful, and I couldn't move too much. The mattress in this hotel is too soft for me to sleep. The window is open Yang · The most unfortunate thing is the maintenance of the indoor swimming pool, I am a little disappointed not to be able to swim ·
The hotel is not far from the waterfall, about a 10-minute walk. The overall environment is good, there is a large Casino opposite the hotel, and there are many dining options nearby.
Staff was very professional and polite. Room was clean but the carpets are nasty. Walls are paper thin, You can hear your neighbor going to the bathroom(literally). Walking in the hallway, you can hear peoples conversations from their rooms. The restaurant food is good but they close very early. There is a little convenience area where you can purchase water, soda and snacks.
We picked the hotel for its location, it overlooks the lake and has great views. The room is decent. They could have a better ventilation, as it gets pretty suffocated especially when the windows are closed.
Breakfast service was very slow. There were only two people managing a full house. Gym is decent.
The hotel staff is friendly. Food is decent. They could do better with the complimentary coffee they provide in the lobby in mornings.
The service was great, the hoteliers were polite and responded to my requests for things I needed promptly. The room was comfortable and clean. I especially liked the updated key system they have. Unlike other hotels, the keys worked
100% of the time. As you may have experienced yourself, the keys of outdated systems that don't work well can be pretty annoying.
Coincidentally , their poor is closed for unexpected reasons and needed to be fixed. Therefore, we cannot use the poor which was the whole purpose we booked this hotel. 😩
Sad….😞
It's very clean. It's cleaned up every day. It also has a microwave and refrigerator. The two large beds are very comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk is very gentlemanly. He greets me kindly every day and gives me two bottles of water. It's very warm. The lunch restaurant is very good. eat 😋
#Praise# Satisfied with the location, close to the restaurant; very close to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, convenient from Emma, where I live every time I go to school. The hotel room is not big, but it is clean, the hotel breakfast is 12 knives, and it is more moderate.

SSu BoeyThe cleanliness and comfort of this hotel raise significant concerns. During our room inspection upon check-in, we discovered someone's fake eyelash stuck to the wall and a stray strand of hair on the bedsheet. Clearly, the housekeeping was not performed meticulously. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit, situated right next to the bed, emitted loud noise and frequently switched between fan and cool modes, causing annoyance. The pillows provided were practically non-existent, being extremely flat and offering no support whatsoever. We also had to endure a constant beeping sound from the dishwasher, despite reporting it to the front desk and being assured that a technician would investigate—yet no one arrived. As a result, our rest was severely compromised. Adding to the inconvenience was, the room lacked a telephone, necessitating a trip to the front desk for any needs. Additionally, essential toilet amenities were absent, except for shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and a minuscule bottle of moisturizer. The absence of bedroom slippers was compounded by a dusty floor. It is perplexing how the hotel's website claims that ”Mint House combines the classic comfort of home and the modern luxury of a hotel...” considering these circumstances. Furthermore, with the exception of one female staff member during check-out and Joshua, who works in the fitness area, the front desk staff were generally unapproachable.

GGuest UserIt is very spacious, one bedroom and one living room are recommended, it is very suitable for a family of four, and there is a small kitchen. Very rare good hotel in New York. The location and cost performance are also suitable.
GGuest UserLocation is great, the rooms are tight, toilets clean.
Its a deal for this price point just temper your overall expectations to what has been presented. Basically it works!
ZZiqishengtengThe hotel is located in the Broadway Theater Circle, which is very prosperous. It only takes 30 minutes to walk to Central Park and 40 minutes to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. There is a pizza takeaway shop next door, which is very good. There is also a ramen restaurant, which often has a long queue. The room is suitable. It is impossible to be too big in a place where every inch of land is valuable. The hardware facilities are complete. The room with a kitchen really has gas for cooking, but the slightly fried smell is not easy to dissipate. The coffee is very good and the tableware is also very good. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's window air conditioner is not sure whether this air conditioner is connected to the outside. It's like the window cannot be closed. The noise on the street outside is relatively loud. If you are afraid of noise when sleeping, you should be careful. In short, it is very good. Of course, the price is also high, but it is very popular. The one-bedroom and one-living room room is very useful. The window faces south, but opposite is a building like a classroom, and the room is darker.
AAllie LeeIt was great! The location is very convenient no matter to uptown or downtown Brooklyn. Unfortunately outside is a construction site so it’s super noisy during my stay, and if we can have on-site laundry place will be even better.

GGuest UserBecause it is close to my daughter's home, my daughter recommended it. After booking, there is no obvious reminder of the check-in process. We arrived in New York and got off the plane. We knew that we had to register. Uploading passports and credit cards was considered to be self-check-in. After all this was completed, we got the password. Building, The elevator was very smooth, but the room could not enter. It was already more than 11 o'clock in the middle of the night. The long-distance plane was very tired. Contact customer service at the door of the room. The customer service responded quickly. I know that the domestic customer service is a microphone, but I can experience the service is still timely. The hotel's requirements are very strange. Thinking that the password they provided is correct, it must be our operation problem, encountering this kind of emergency, the best and fastest solution should not be to change a room? It was not until I proposed this plan that I finally solved it. The bed in the changed room was small, the room rate was different, and Trip.com also refunded it in time. Fortunately, I booked from Trip.com. If I booked directly with the hotel, the language problem and other factors are more difficult to communicate. The room itself is not bad, the mattress is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a dishwasher. It is very close to the uncle, but there is no one to do hygiene during the stay, and there is no service staff. It is very troublesome for people with language difficulties.
SSUIJINGIt is a pleasant journey to stay in a Midtown Manhattan apartment in New York. It is suitable for travelers with a basic language knowledge. The rooms are not big but they have everything, and they are warm. The landlord is very nice, the surrounding is easy to come and go, it happens to be near Koreatown, it is suitable for Asian food, it is convenient to go to the surrounding attractions, close to the subway station, there is a supermarket across the street where you can buy a lot of food for breakfast, the hotel has no front desk Before you travel, you need to pay attention to the mail from the landlord. Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out is 11 am, but luggage can be stored until about 5 pm. If you exceed this time, you can pick up your luggage from the front desk security. But you need to pay the security tip for each piece of luggage. All in all it was a good experience. If a friend goes to New York, he will recommend it to stay.
