The Mercury Hotel in Hong Kong offers a delightful stay with its modern amenities and convenient location. Situated in a vibrant area, it provides easy access to public transport and local attractions. The rooms are well-appointed, featuring comfortable furnishings and stunning city views. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast with a variety of options to start their day. The staff is attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. While the hotel may be on the smaller side, its charm and excellent service make it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

The hotel location is in the back of TST and very convenient. The room is decent and clean. It is a bit on the small size but still comfortable enough for 2 people for a short stay. No toothbrushes and toothpaste available. I do like their choices of body wash/ shampoo/ conditioner

Our stay at this hotel was incredible! We spent New Year's in Hong Kong and stayed in the City View Family Suite. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for three people. The location is unbeatable on a quiet residential street that's perfect for exploring the city. It's just a five-minute walk to the metro station, and there's a tram right on the same street that takes you directly to the Peak Tram. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the team kindly stored our luggage after check-out so we could continue exploring the city without any hassle. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hong Kong!

The bed is SO FIRM! it’s almost like sleeping on a cupboard. On the contrary, the pillows are not firm enough to support my head so it’s either too low or too high. Not very soundproof- I could easily hear people opening/closing doors when in bed. I was woken up by the noise for a couple of times. The water filtration machine in the kitchen is a bit difficult to use. For some reasons it still showed ‘no water’ after I added water, and the instructions were not very clear. They don’t provide free toothbrush and toothpaste so you’ll need to prepare your own or purchase ($15hkd for 2). Cleanliness- some molds on the toilet paper roll thingy. See picture. Service was good thought. The staff was very polite and responsive on WhatsApp.

everything was great. the staff is very responsive. You could leave your luggage and check in earlier. It was a little difficult to find a hotel since it was my first time in Hong Kong. The room itself is small but comfortable. Good location

After two weeks in mainland China we were disappointed not only by the lack of amenities at the hotel but also the service. Unfortunately the Hong Kong government no longer permits bottles of water - however this still doesn’t mean the hotel couldn’t provide bottles of boxed water or be a little more creative with its solutions.  In the room itself we had two small towels- no additional towels for hand, and no face towels. The shower curtain is material and a little old / gross. What was most surprising was the service. Checking in at 8pm on a Friday evening we asked for a recommendation for a spot to eat in the area. She assured us multiple times we would find absolutely nothing open except for McDonald’s. For a hotel of this quality we were surprised by the lack of any knowledge whatsoever by the staff, but also a little disgusted by the recommendation.  If you want a better impression of Hong Kong I would advise looking elsewhere.

The room is very spacious. The price has increased slightly during the New Year. The service attitude is very good. The front desk is not big but the service staff are very responsible and will try their best to meet your requirements. The workbench is large and comfortable to work on, and charging is quite fast, but there is no USB plug, and there is no plug at the bedside, so you need to charge it with a three-pin plug under the TV/workbench. Basically all daily necessities are provided in the room, including all cooking utensils and a microwave, which is very convenient and you can cook for yourself. The bed is big and comfortable, the hygiene is good, the toilet has hot water for washing hands/showering 24 hours a day, the water pressure is very good, and there are 2 wash basins👍🏼 Lots of storage space, lots of cabinets and drawers 😂 Very satisfied overall You can walk to the overpass to the exhibition center and the subway station within 5 minutes of going downstairs. There are so many restaurants nearby, so you don’t have to worry at all.

The staff had a very good service attitude, they were polite and courteous. The room was super big, which improved my perception that Hong Kong hotels are small.

The location is super good, just in the core area of Causeway Bay, a few minutes away from the subway. The room is also very good, clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is also very good. Because it is an apartment type, a deposit is required to check in! The overall feeling is very good!

The boss was super nice. He lent me a hair dryer, stored my luggage, and even helped with hot water heating. He also specially helped to reserve the upper bunk I love it so much. I’m so happy in HK. I woke up feeling refreshed in the morning and went to the second floor to have breakfast and then left——
