Wan Chai and Causeway Bay
We stayed for 14 nights at the Mercury. When compared to regular hotel rooms, the apartment we got was more spacious for our longer stay. The facility wasn't the newest but it was definitely worth the price we paid. There was also a small laundry room with 3 washing machines and 3 drying machines which could be used free of charge. This came to be a nice surprise. Overall I'm happy with my stay.

Shower facilities needs to improve. Water heater not consistent. Have to adjust constantly when bathing. Location is very good at less than 5 mins walk from the MTR. Service is good.

North Point and Quarry Bay
The nearest MTR station is North Point, but there is still a fair bit of distance. It is right next to the street vendors and local businesses so tourists who are looking to have a taste of local life would find this location perfect. Hotel is very clean and new. Staff are courteous and friendly. There is an onsite restaurant if memory serves, but I didn't make use of it so I couldn't comment on the quality. Room is just as pictured but might be smaller than expected. Despite the size, there's a washing machine which makes it convenient if you're staying for a longer time. There is everything you need in the room. Would recommend to long term guests who are looking to experience local life but with a tighter budget.

Wan Chai and Causeway Bay
A good location which easy to be assessed to mid to high range of eateries & markets/supermarkets. Also feels good to be surrounded by historical buildings like the “Blue House”. The nearest bus stop can bring travellers to Admiralty, Central Star Ferry or return from The Peak & Stanley Market. Pls take notes the Airport Bus only available in the early mornings😅 Apt provides many useful equipment such as water filter machine, toaster, pots & pans washing machine with dryer functions, flower vase etc. Love 😍 the free-flow coffee throughout the day & breakfast snacks & fruits (very thoughtful). Front desk staff are friendly & always ready to provide assistance👍🏼👍🏼 Only setback is the deep slope in front of the apt. But I got better stamina after staying there for 12 days 😁

everything was great. the staff is very responsive. You could leave your luggage and check in earlier. It was a little difficult to find a hotel since it was my first time in Hong Kong. The room itself is small but comfortable. Good location

After two weeks in mainland China we were disappointed not only by the lack of amenities at the hotel but also the service. Unfortunately the Hong Kong government no longer permits bottles of water - however this still doesn’t mean the hotel couldn’t provide bottles of boxed water or be a little more creative with its solutions.  In the room itself we had two small towels- no additional towels for hand, and no face towels. The shower curtain is material and a little old / gross. What was most surprising was the service. Checking in at 8pm on a Friday evening we asked for a recommendation for a spot to eat in the area. She assured us multiple times we would find absolutely nothing open except for McDonald’s. For a hotel of this quality we were surprised by the lack of any knowledge whatsoever by the staff, but also a little disgusted by the recommendation.  If you want a better impression of Hong Kong I would advise looking elsewhere.

The room is very spacious. The price has increased slightly during the New Year. The service attitude is very good. The front desk is not big but the service staff are very responsible and will try their best to meet your requirements. The workbench is large and comfortable to work on, and charging is quite fast, but there is no USB plug, and there is no plug at the bedside, so you need to charge it with a three-pin plug under the TV/workbench. Basically all daily necessities are provided in the room, including all cooking utensils and a microwave, which is very convenient and you can cook for yourself. The bed is big and comfortable, the hygiene is good, the toilet has hot water for washing hands/showering 24 hours a day, the water pressure is very good, and there are 2 wash basins👍🏼 Lots of storage space, lots of cabinets and drawers 😂 Very satisfied overall You can walk to the overpass to the exhibition center and the subway station within 5 minutes of going downstairs. There are so many restaurants nearby, so you don’t have to worry at all.

Central
First of all, the location is very close to various attractions, and public transportation is very convenient. This time I arrived in Hong Kong from the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal, and the apartment was only 600 meters away after getting off the boat. Secondly, the room environment. The apartment is fully equipped and you can even cook simple meals. The key is that compared to the main hotels in Hong Kong, which are only about 20 square meters, this space is completely overwhelming. The most worth introducing is the service. The service of the apartment staff is very enthusiastic. I am used to electronic payment and did not bring Hong Kong dollars, RMB, and credit cards😅. When I needed to pay a deposit, the sister who received me provided a flexible plan without a deposit, which perfectly solved my embarrassment🥲. In addition, the power sockets in Hong Kong are different from those in the mainland. You can borrow them at the front desk without having to buy them separately. In short, the stay experience in Hong Kong this time is quite good, and it is worth writing a comment to recommend it

The location is super good, just in the core area of Causeway Bay, a few minutes away from the subway. The room is also very good, clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is also very good. Because it is an apartment type, a deposit is required to check in! The overall feeling is very good!

The boss was super nice. He lent me a hair dryer, stored my luggage, and even helped with hot water heating. He also specially helped to reserve the upper bunk I love it so much. I’m so happy in HK. I woke up feeling refreshed in the morning and went to the second floor to have breakfast and then left——
