GGuest UserThe apartment was kind to upgrade our room upon seeing that we are a family of 5 with no extra charge. The apartment we had was clean and huge. There was a washing machine with a clothes rack for us to dry our laundry. The house keeping team was also nice to provide us plenty of water. The breakfast was definitely worth adding to your stay. Having stayed 5 nights, the breakfast menu always has something new to it. The security is good also. Our card could only get us to our level and the level for breakfast. As for the location, it is near to a mall and also the mrt Dawanglu ( just 5 min walk). My online deliveries were all send to my room promptly. This is an apartment that I would recommend anyone with a big family to stay. I would stay here again if I come to Beijing again.

Ssingin-LEvery year, I stay here for about a week. The lobby staff always proactively open car doors and help with luggage, and the front desk staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. The cleaning ladies are also very kind and polite. I've gotten used to staying here over the years. However, a small incident this time slightly impacted my experience. It happened to be the hotel's anniversary that day. We brought a few friends who were staying at nearby hotels back to ours. We even participated in the anniversary celebration in the lobby, posing for photos and videos with the staff. Back in our room, we were cooking and forgot to turn on the range hood, which set off the smoke alarm. Two staff members, a man and a woman, came to investigate. The man had a very stern expression. He walked into our room with rather dirty shoes and no shoe covers, went straight to the dining area, and started taking photos. Everyone in our group always changes into slippers upon entering to maintain the room's cleanliness. We quickly explained to them that we had just been cooking and forgotten to turn on the range hood. However, the man's expression remained displeased, and his attitude made us feel like we had committed some major offense, almost like we were being interrogated. Seeing four guests in the room, we quickly explained that only two of us were officially checked in. The guests hadn't gone to the front desk to register that day because of the ongoing event in the lobby, so they had just headed straight up to the room. The next day, we brought up the incident with the front desk, and they very politely apologized to us. We hope that in the future, other relevant departments will receive better training, and staff will not treat guests as if they are reprimanding criminals.

GGuest UserThe apartment is the same as reflected as the photos, spacious and well equipped. There is a washing machine and dryer, both with Chinese and English words. Location is good, near major shopping and food district. But most impressive is the service. The bulter is very prompt in his reply, almost replying within seconds. Even when I merely mentioned something to the housekeeper, the bulter would text me via wechat to assure me things are ok. Very thankful for the high responsive rate.

2210728****This is our top choice for family trips! It's very clean, with plenty of bathrooms and huge beds, perfect for a family of three, three generations, or even two families traveling together. It truly feels like a home away from home. The hotel staff, Xiao An, Feifei, and Xiao Zhang, were all very kind and provided excellent service – a big thumbs up! The location is also great, making it easy to get around by taxi or subway. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Beijing; the kids didn't even want to leave!

The staff are incredibly service-oriented and have excellent attitudes, always ready to help with any request. The breakfast is quite rich and varied, and the rooms even have balconies with great natural light. It's also very convenient for getting around. Definitely worth recommending.

GGeok sunI’ve stayed in so many 5 stars hotels such as Ritz Carlton, fairmont, Fraser, Westin… in Beijing and I got to say I like Oakwood the best. Other than value for money, the size of the 75 sqm is hard to find. The renovation is nice and classy, it is well maintained. Other than no in house restaurant, which I really don’t need, everything is just perfect. Location wise, it is a easy walk about 1 km from subway and mall. There are many restaurants nearby and Starbucks and luckin coffee is just downstairs. I’ll definitely stay in this service apartment for my future Beijing trip.

OOcdscatI genuinely want to give Sanlitun Stey a 'five-star rave review' this time. First, let me talk about what I loved most: the room's natural lighting was incredible. With the large windows open, the whole room lit up, and waking up to the sun was so comfortable. What I absolutely couldn't do without was their app; I could open and close the curtains and adjust the lights directly from my phone. In the morning, I'd just tap a couple of times from bed, and the curtains would open themselves. At night, when I was too tired to move a muscle, I'd just turn off the lights while lying down. As a true lazy person, I have to say: it won me over completely. The room itself was also a big plus. It was very clean, with good attention to detail; the floors and corners all looked neat. The bed was also great to sleep in, just the right firmness—not one of those saggy ones. I slept soundly until I woke up naturally and didn't have any back pain. Their shared communal space is also quite interesting. It's not just a showpiece public area; you can genuinely sit down there to work and get things done on your laptop. There are tables and sofas, and the atmosphere is comfortable. It's much better than squeezing into a cafe. It was perfect for organizing materials before a meeting. The young lady at the front desk was very nice. When we chatted, she mentioned that the space would be upgraded and renovated in the future, which sounded quite exciting. It gave me a feeling that 'things will only get better'. Overall, my stay felt different from a typical hotel; it was more like staying in a 'lazy-person-friendly future apartment'. Next time I'm in Beijing for a meeting, I'll definitely prioritize staying here again.
