This house seems to have been a B&B for a long time. Everything is arranged very well. Everyday guests are in a constant stream. Breakfast is also good. The only problem is that I have two children with me to collect the cost of a child. My heart is a bit uncomfortable. Others are OK.

Must give great praise, the lady who went to the reception was very enthusiastic, and gave us an upgraded room for free! The boss is also very good, gave us a free breakfast, and the price is very reasonable! If you have the chance to choose his home again, there are electric blankets for Chinese people. This is the best point. Parking is free and convenient!
We were really fortunate to have gotten a great deal for 2 nights on Trip.com.
On arrival there was more than what was expected once we settled in. The App forgot to mention Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Dryer so prior we were still happy for the price we paid for the accom alone but were smitten and ecstatic to see these included. The Apartment I believe had everything you could possibly need and had been serviced to top notch cleanliness we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights on stay. We would hope in the future we could book this amazing accom if we’re in similar situation

What a great spot, amazing views, so close to everything.
Bed was very comfortable, amenities were perfect. so clean and tidy and a nice basket of goodies to enjoy.
Our only negative was being right by front door when other guests came in at 3am, noisily chattering outside in the hall way and doors banging closed. (for other guests reading this please be mindful of this when you are coming in at night)
Other than that we had a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

The room facilities are all available, and the laundry detergent wash combo toilet paper and other consumables are regularly replenished and enough to use. The room is sunny, the sun is full every day, very warm, and there is almost no need to turn on the air conditioner. The sanitation is very good, and the bedding will be replaced regularly. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, responsive, in short, it is a very good stay experience!

TTinThe house has 6 rooms for renting and we had the ensuite one which is about 35 sq. M. Its pretty new and high standard. We can also use the kitchen and other common areas. The whole house is about 300 sq. M. The location is about 25 minutes drive frim CBD. There is no supermarket within walking distance. Also the streets are narrow and has many parked cars because there are many similar share housing. Overall the stay is very enjoyable.
HHan DevilisAngelLoveeeeeeee the huge outdoor tub for hot spring! Room is considered very clean although there are some spiders and cobwebs around, but this is normal and acceptable since the outdoor tub area is of nature settings. Tub is very clean too btw. The huge sofa and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a microwave oven which is very convenient although we didn't use it.
Location is right beside some eateries and a supermarket (the fried chicken and fries are very nice in the supermarket!). A 5-10mins drive to Helensville with another supermarket and more eateries. Tried the sushi shop and thai food, both are good.
Overall we had a great stay and would like to thank the friendly host too!
JJINGOverall it is not bad, the islanders opened, the environment is good, the room is big, you can cook by yourself, the hot spring opposite is very average, not recommended, the islanders service is very average, the hot spring next door feels better!
GGuest UserIt was a very comfortable B&B suite. I arrived that night. It was a surprise the next day when I opened the curtains and saw the yard. The lamb would come over when people came by and even touch its head. Breakfast is available in the refrigerator, and the eggs are all produced by their farm. An electronic brochure is issued before check-in, which contains various useful information.
The only problem is that the flat iron roof is a bit noisy when it rains. I had jet lag on the first day, so I didn’t get much sleep. Later I discovered that most B&Bs in this country have iron roofs, so I got used to the jet lag.
GGuest UserThis is a lovely shared amenities house. Everything is spotless clean. The owner/host is very friendly and accommodating to all requests. This would best suit short term travellers who function well in a shared environment.
XXiaotanshanlaoyaoThe most satisfactory and favorite hotel during this trip around New Zealand's North Island
My family is very satisfied with this hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is the old town in the center of Auckland, and the surrounding restaurants, bars and shopping are very convenient. The old house has a taste of home. The breakfast has a special chef made for each guest on-site, which is delicious. The service staff was very friendly and welcoming, and also reserved a parking space for us. In short, everything is fine, will stay again next time.

JJINGYUANThe room is very hygienic, the area is large enough and the parking is convenient. The room is on the second floor and there is no electricity. The room has a separate toilet and a double bed. There are restaurants and takeaways around and the transportation is convenient.
AAnonymous UserThere is no heating and cooling in the room, and there are public bathrooms and toilets. There are four rooms to go. There is a simple microwave and air fryer in the room, a public kitchen is available, and there are dining tables in the lobby. It is an 8-minute drive from the airport and is suitable for early self-driving flights.
