My family and i were pleased with this hotel, it was great value for money, breakfast selection was one of the better ones that i’ve had on this trip. The outdoor hot spring was lovely. Service was top-notch if not for this next point. Guests were allowed to smoke in the lobby despite it being a no-smoking lobby. Even when I went to the front desk to highlight it to them, they did not do anything. This was massively disappointing for me. Otherwise, location was great, near some eateries. Service staff was always nice and helpful. Enjoyed my stay here!!

The stay here was excellent and we stayed here for 3 nights to visit both Chang Ping Valley and ShuangQiao Valley during this autumn season for snow peak view . The stay is located about 5 to 10 minutes walk from Chang Ping Valley Touristic Spot. The hotel can help to arrange cab to ShuangQiao Valley if you wish to travel there as well. The hotel room was clean, staffs were friendly and most importantly able to communicate in both English and Mandarin, which made the communication easy. Their restaurant is worth visiting as well as they serve delicious yak meat hotpot, mushroom chicken noodle. Their home made rose milk tea and mushroom garlic fried rice are must try as well.

The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work, as the room was always refreshed and tidy when I returned after a long day. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a prime location and a high standard of cleanliness.

Short walk to Changping valley and short drive to Shangqiao valley. Room is neat, comes with bed and floor heating during winter. I left my bag pack in the inn and the owner was just a phone call away before sending it down to me ASAP in a minute so that I wouldn’t miss my chartered bus back to the city. Restaurant: just outside of the hotel, there are many good choose of restaurants, suitable for the family with kids who don’t want walk too far for meal. Floor Heating In the Room: Now it is winter time in jiuzhaigou, the outside is super cold, but the hotel provides all day indoor floor heating to keep the room warm and comfortable to stay. Hot water Supply: very strong water supply, can relieve the tire during the travel. Add on, my kids like hotel shampoo, smell so good. Strong recommend to stay here and will invite more Malaysia friends to stay.

Had a very nice stay in Buddhazen Hotel. I am from Singapore and the deisgn of this hotel definitely hits the right spot if you are looking for something that is traditional and oriental. My wife had a great time taking photos everywhere due to the beautiful architecture. One more plus point for this hotel is that it is very near to all sorts of amenities and is really convenient to have a bustling night market and shops located right underneath. Highly recommended.
