The owner was very helpful, she spoke very good English and gave tips for the city. The hotel was very conveniently located, right at exit C of Hongxing Bridge station of metro line 3, where the owner picked us up and showed us to our room. Breakfast was brought to our room at a requested time each day, which was very convenient. The room was also nice and well designed, with a good view of Chengdu. We highly recommend this hotel if you intend to visit Chengdu and if we ever return, we will stay here again. :)

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great, right at the heart of shopping district and only less than 5 mins walk to subway. The service is also impeccable, there is a personal butler who will attend to your request. My personal butler 管家枝枝 is great, she is very responsive, and helps with my food and taobao delivery. This make my stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here when in Chengdu.

Our stay in this hotel was amazing! The room is comfortable and clean. You have to walk uphill to get to the hotel which can be a bit hard with a large backpack but it's fine. It is very close to the ticket office and entrance of Changpinggou (5mins), and around 10 mins from Haizi Valley entrance which is the one we did. The staff is very warm and welcoming, they helped us book the van back to Chengdu. Is right next to the main road where restaurants and c-stores are located. Totally recommend!

The room was impeccably clean, and the ambiance was elegant and charming. The owner was incredibly warm, helpful, and thoughtful. Their local food recommendations were all excellent. This was, by far, the best accommodation experience I had during my 6 days in Chengdu. Highly recommended!

Great service with excellent location - walking distance to Kuanzhai alley, as well as under 5 minutes to the metro/subway line which was a huge plus, the line will take you to other main shopping/walking areas and the people's park (also walkable, about 25 minutes). The hotel was unique with ******* style, and the staff was welcoming. Breakfast was simple but sufficient for our needs, overall a good value. Quaint and enjoyable stay. Rooms were adequate for the price and daily housekeeping is offered.

We arrived at the hotel quite late, and it was pouring rain. Fortunately, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with our luggage from the car. The room was very spacious, though the bathroom felt a bit open-plan, haha. We couldn't see any stars from our 'stargazing room' due to the rain, but the overall environment was great. The proprietress was exceptionally kind and even personally made pancakes for us. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Great Hotel Near Dagu Glacier just under 5 minutes from Dagu Glacier (driving) The room was beautiful, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. There is no elevator, but the staff were very helpful and carried our luggage for us. Overall, a very good stay!

Room is very modern in design. Place is quite hard to find, it's inside an old building. Though rooms are full of smoking smell. The staff aren't very flexible, first told washing machine and dryer are 2 in 1. Then after I wash my clothes they said no dryer available. We ended up having clothes wet without being dried.

Hefeng B&B, five minutes away from the visitor center, very convenient, the room facilities are intelligent, very clean, the butler service is very meticulous, even the navigation will make mistakes in advance, when you go, it happens to be full of trees persimmons, go out early to see the panda in the morning, The housekeeper specially asked the cook to go to work in advance to prepare breakfast. A warm homestay, I have the opportunity to go again, and I still live in this 👍.

I arrived in the early hours, but the warm and efficient welcome from the staff member made my first impression of Chengdu absolutely delightful. The overall atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. The thoughtful details like wet wipes and welcome tea upon check-in were much appreciated. I had high expectations for the room when I booked, as the pictures showcased a very stylish design, and it absolutely lived up to them! The design is wonderfully comfortable, featuring Wabi-sabi inspired lighting and perfectly chosen furniture. Despite its city location with convenient access to nearby attractions, the guesthouse remains surprisingly peaceful, offering a tranquil retreat amidst the bustling energy of Chengdu. And let's talk about the food! Breakfast was simply delicious. The restaurant itself boasts a fantastic ambiance that instantly whets your appetite. The beef noodles paired with appetizers were a perfect start to the day. I must also commend their in-house travel photography service. The photographer was incredibly professional; you just follow her lead for poses. A tip for future guests: the guesthouse offers superb photo opportunities, so do bring some nice outfits for amazing shots! They genuinely understand the importance of creating memorable and emotionally satisfying experiences for their guests, and they excel at it. In conclusion, this guesthouse was a delightful surprise. It offers exceptional value for money; from the impeccable service to the comfortable room amenities and delicious meals, every aspect makes your stay completely worthwhile. Highly, highly recommended!
