Our stay at Rezen Retreat-Four Seasons, located just a 5-minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou Valley entrance, was a blend of positives and areas needing improvement. The Japanese-style room with floor heating initially felt elegant and cozy. However, the experience was overshadowed by some challenges. We noticed stains on the toilet bowl upon check-in, which indicated that cleaning could have been more thorough. Although housekeeping responded quickly, the cleaner only wiped the surface, leaving room for improvement in addressing the issue. Later in the evening, the heater malfunctioned as temperatures outside dropped to -2°C. While the room’s floor heating was a thoughtful addition, it didn’t compensate for the lack of overall heating. When we requested a room change, the hotel declined and instead sent a technician to address the issue. While the problem was resolved, it meant waiting in discomfort, which could have been avoided with better preparation and more focus on guest convenience. Great location, right in the thick of the bustling main street with other hotels and restaurants all around. A 10-15min stroll to Jiuzhaigou Park makes this a very convenient place to stay at as well. The room was spacious, although it would have benefitted from more clothes racks/hooks. Also, I felt the room was 'too smart' - everytime i went back into the room the curtains will automatically open which I personally found annoying but could not find a way to disable it. The heating and bidet in my room also wasn't working, but those were tolerable and we decided to just let it be. There was also a very intense hotpot smell wafting all through the air in the hotel which we did not like. Rooms were also not too clean with remnant hair and dirt stuck in crevices around the room. But otherwise, it was a decent place to stay at.

Very close to the subway station and 5 stops away from chengdu east station. Convenient place with eateries around. Generally clean but some portion of the apartment needed more maintenance. The projector image was frozen. Can request for daily clean though this is an apartment

This hotel was far beyond what we expected. We stayed here for 2 nights in the room with the floor heater on the 3rd floor where we could get the breathtaking view of Siguaningshan right from our room. The hotel room was very nice, cozy, comfy and very clean. In the room, they provided everything you might need esp. the Oxygen generator. The staffs were very helpful, service minded and nice. They tried to help us to manage the transfer, to order some food with the handy translator. That was great. This hotel was not in the downtown but the hotel provided the transfer for us with the very polite driver. And this hotel had so many picturesque and scenic photo spots for us taking lots of photos. And we enjoyed it so much. And for food, they had Western and Chinese food and they had bar as well. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. You will totally love this place for 100%.

First of all, the view from the room is very beautiful. The facilities in the room are also OK, all clean and easy to use. The biggest problem is the food. The yak hotpot dinner for two people is 388 yuan, which only includes one beef, a few beef balls, a few pork balls, a lotus root slice, and a Chinese cabbage. These dishes seem to be too worthless at this price. Another beef is 68 yuan. This set meal is not recommended. Finally, the breakfast is really not in line with the price of 1688 yuan a night. The pork looks like lymph meat, and I didn't eat a bite. The cup of milk was covered with a layer of dirt and I didn't drink it. The breakfast is fixed for each person. The best thing is white steamed buns, which really affects the mood.

Just in walking distance to Changpinggou gate  which is great who will have a plan for Changpinggou. The room is big and warm. The floor comes with heater so it is very good to warm your body in freezing temperature outside.  The hotel staff helps you to call the local taxi, 15 yuan per ride/person to Shuanquigou gate. The hotel also provide a simple local breakfast with a goos taste.

Very impressive with service, staff help us to carry the luggages and willing to help us in many ways. From hotel, you can walk to the restaurant nearby while enjoying nice view of the river or you can have dinner at hotel as well. Room is big, nice decoration, clean with cozy bed and big bathroom. Breakfast already included which they served rice porridge, boil egg, milk, bun, steam corn and potato, etc. It took like 15 mins to entrance of Dagu glacier by car, such a convenient.

The design and decoration of the B&B is good, which shows that the owner has good taste. The large French windows offer views of the local village outside. The room is very large but the layout is average. There is a large, impractical bathtub in the large bedroom (no disposable bath bags), and a water bar with a chair, which takes up half of the room. The bathroom layout is even worse, with an extra-wide double sink, but the toilet is small (90*120 by visual measurement, the toilet is obviously installed incorrectly, and the 90cm parallel installation means that you have to hold the door with your legs and head to close it when you use the toilet...) The cloakroom also has a double door, which makes it impossible to walk in once it is opened. ; The front desk service of the B&B is very average. We arrived at the hotel at around 9 o'clock. As soon as we checked in, they said it was too late and there was no food. We ordered takeout but the store didn't provide chopsticks. We called the front desk to ask for them, and they replied ”but we are off work”, which means that the guests should figure it out by themselves. Later, they asked us to go to the kitchen to get chopsticks... When we checked out, there was no one at the front desk. They called and asked us to leave the food on the table and leave (originally wanted to ask the front desk to book tickets for us). There was no good night milk and no souvenirs before leaving. Breakfast was porridge + butter tea + cucumber + egg + spicy radish. The parking lot is very cramped and you can't park in it if you are not skilled...

The location was quite great. We choose this one based on on the heating floor and oxygen generator availability however, may be i miss the part where it say that i have to pay to use the oxygen generator, i mean i really didnt read it they mentioned it and if they not i wish they were anyhow the room was clean and all.the plce have a cat, once again didnt read if it not state there i wish it was since we have someone who allergic to cat traveled with us. The heating floor wasn’t consistant as in some part were not heat and some are not heating properly and may be also out fault that we left our luggage lay on the floor, one of my friend skincare tube poped luckily it was in the ziplock bag.the surroundinf area were nice. The room take sometime to warm up.the bathroom is super cold!

When we arrived, the concierge spoke good English and understood the rules around 15 day visa free stays in China (I've had trouble with other hotels on this trip wanting to see my mother's visa when she doesn't have one). The hotel is extremely beautiful with ornate fittings and Chengdu embroideries. Our room had a lovely balcony that overlooked the quaint street below. The location is in the middle of a shopping district that is expensive but contains beautiful woodwork, embroideries and jewellery for sale. There are a couple of theatres in the area showing Sichuan face change opera which was the highlight of our stay. The hotel will arrange for your laundry to be washed, but even without dry cleaning, it was expensive. The breakfast service was great.

The owner is very nice, but the phone needs to be contacted in advance to add WeChat and the mini program to unlock it, which is a bit troublesome. An auntie comes to clean every day, and the room is equipped with a microwave, washing machine, and induction cooker. It is also very convenient to cook, heat meals, and wash clothes. Overall satisfied 👍Chengdu is a very good city!

I originally booked a single room, but when I saw the aunt cleaning the king-size bed room next door, I liked the style better, so I paid the difference and changed it. The aunt cleaned very cleanly and attentively, the bedding was changed in time, and the towels were disposable. The view from the room was particularly good, and Chunxi Road was downstairs. The bed was soft and comfortable. It was quite cozy to lie on the bed and watch the projection at night. Recommended 👍👍👍

Recommended to stay 1. The room facilities are complete, and it is convenient for business travel and permanent residence to wash clothes. 2. The service experience during the stay is very good, and basically everything is responsive. 3. Hygiene, the whole is very clean, the room is very new and the same as the picture, there is no strange smell in the room, and the stay is very comfortable. 4. The location of this hotel apartment is so great. Just like 2 mins walk from the mrt exit. The place was surrounded by many local restaurants convenience stores. AND most importantly easy access to all my TAOBAO collection points. The unit was clean and they did daily cleaning too. I would definitely go back here when I visiting Chengdu again! Side Note: Recommend this Hotpot Restaurant (5-10mins walk from this hotel) 曹家巷老火锅 - can use 大众点评 app to take the queue number first and purchase vouchers from there ! 微辣 is the only way to enjoy this if you're from Malaysia / Singapore.

Pictures of this hotel in Trip.com do not present the entrance of this hotel. The hotel reception is on the 3rd floor. Although the entrance is look scary, it is safe. It is another world when you arrive the 3rd floor. This is my first time to see the bridges in the hotel (hahaha). The location is very very good because you can walk to Dujiangyan Scenic Spot within 10 minutes and Giant Panda within 5 minutes. About the cleanness, I'm not satisfied because of ”Dust” and this hotel is for Smoker. Sometimes, the smell flows into your room.

Checked in at 9 o'clock in the night, the check-in guidelines were particularly detailed, and I found that the room was large and the decoration was very characteristic ～ There is a nice small refrigerator in the city, hot water is also available 24 hours a day, two large beds, a thick quilt in winter, but the cover is not very heavy, overall the price is good. The small suggestion is to set up a front desk, which is convenient for everyone and for themselves.

It is also very close to the Dujiangyan Scenic Area. When we first arrived, the room was not available yet, so the owner upgraded our room to one with a bathtub. The experience is great! It’s located in a very convenient location that close to the show’s theater, I mean walkable. And many restaurants are around it, no worries about dining or drinking. The hotel is also quiet cleaning as much as meets a Japanese’ expectations. The staffs are super friendly, feel free to ask them any of assistance if you needed. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Very clean and spacious room, really loved my stay. 凤凤 at the reception is very helpful, the other lady though not so much, every question we asked, she said: bu zhi dao. 😅 Wish the coffee shop/breakfast place would not allow people to smoke inside. The rest is great, location is super convenient.

The service is very good, the location is easy to find, and it is relatively close to Jiuzhaigou Valley. The room environment is also good. ”Little Me” will be released on 12.31. It is a youth family drama starring Qian Xi. Everyone is welcome to go to the cinema to watch it.

Environment: The room is great! I booked a twin bed for myself, and there is a sofa area. The toilet and shower area are quite large. It is also very clean. The hotel is also newly renovated, and the design is very good and new, and it is super photogenic! Service: After arriving, two young ladies checked me in. They also gave me snacks! Love it😍 Two days before I arrived, the young lady contacted me and added WeChat, and sent me the hotel address, etc. Then the room was also locked with a password, and the young lady gave me the password directly, which was very convenient! Carpooling to Jiuzhaigou Visitor Center and High-speed Railway Direct Station: Because I saw a comment saying that pick-up was available when booking the room, I called in advance to communicate, and the pick-up at the bus drop-off point after arrival and the pick-up at the entrance of the scenic spot are both available! This is great! It is equivalent to the hotel having a dedicated pick-up master! Just one phone call to pick you up! Very convenient! This is a hotel that I will stay at next time and will recommend to my friends!

The location is good. By the river, 5 minutes to the bus station and only 20 minutes walking from the park entrance and the staff is helpful, even though they can't speak English. My only complaint is about cleanliness. The bathrooms are the last thing to be cleaned, so you don't have a clean bathroom until late morning and they get pretty dirty during the day. I suggest to change the order and clean the bathroom before cleaning the rooms.

This is a little gem in Jiuzhaigou area. Right smack in front of the romance show, lots of options to eat nearby. Room was comfy and warm. Cute little animals to play with in the Minsu. Breakfast was good and staff was extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend this place and will stay here again if I ever visit Jiuzhaigou!

Very satisfied with the stay. The room is comfortable, the bedding is also comfortable. Although the location is not at the entrance of the scenic area, the homestay can arrange for pick-up at the gully entrance, which is very convenient for a ten-minute journey. Compared with the noise at the gully entrance, it is quiet and tidy here. The service is quite good, the feedback is quick and considerate. The hotel's catering must also be praised. It is cooked to order, and the vegetables are all grown by farmers in the surrounding area. The freshness and taste are really something that city people can't eat. We directly gave up the restaurants near the gully entrance and enjoyed several meals here. If I come to Jiuzhaigou again in autumn, I will definitely choose Linshuijian.
