If they are not at the front desk, you can only contact them by phone. However, it may be because we left on the day of the Labor Day travel peak. When we checked out at 11 o'clock, the uncle at the front desk was there and helped us store our luggage, so we were able to have lunch and come back to pick it up easily. Thank you very much. Nice accommodation but the cost is slightly on the high side. Check in /out is easy and fast. Not able to arrange for breakfast when we reach there is kind of disappointing. Some aircon in the rooms are not working very well and it affected our sleep.
