The laundry cost 5 euros, which is fine but I was disappointed that when I was told I could get the laundry at five pm, when I arrive at the laundry room it wasn’t ready. The location is about five minutes walk from the central train station. If you arrive very late at night, I recommend staying highly vigilant. Better have company if you really need to go out at night. The staff is very friendly. But there’s a sign in from of the hotel that says don’t bring any firearms or knife there. Wonder what happened before the sign was erected. The room that was assigned to me didn’t face a highway, and I was able to use the microwave and the fridge in the hotel It’s about 5 minutes walk to the museum and about 15-20 mins walk to downtown center. A very good location for business people.

酒店環境不錯，房間空間挺大窗外就是港口，早餐也不錯品種很多工作人員也服務周到熱情，房間有放了小童意見畫報，填完上交二孩子還得到小禮物。唯一不足的房間浴室正對着床，而且浴室玻璃是半透明，這讓大人和孩子洗澡時非常尷尬。

Provides decent spread of breakfast daily. Rooms are clean and spacious. Walking distance from airport. Near the tram 6, that leads to City Center in 15mins.

Really good place to stay, the small kitchen was really useful. Staff were excellent and the place is clean. Breakfast was also very good. Close to all amenities and the train station. Nearby shops and restaurants, walking distance to the old city and sightseeing. We would definitely recommend it and stay again.

The special location on the Eisarena is of course excellent. Unfortunately, it also directly on a highly driven street, which was hearable despite rooms on the third floor.  It was all clean and ordened. The service was premature despite the high charge. Will like to stay there again, but then try to get a room that doesn't go out the street

The hotel is conviently located very close to the central train station. In the pedestrian walk way of the train station take the exit ”Bürgerweide/Congress-Centrum” and turn right. The entrance to the hotel is less than 100 m from the exit of the train station. The reception staff is friendly, my room was clean and nicely furnished. The hotel does provide room service only every 3rd day of your stay. While I do not need a new towel every day, I felt annoyed by the lack of daily service to make up the room, as I certainly expect this daily service from a hotel of this price category. I felt even more annoyed by the fact that this lack of service comes along with ridiculous mission statements ”be part of the future” (see picture). I am not interested in being part of a travel future, where maximizing profit through reducing service is the vision of the brand management. My conclusion, if you stay one night, I can recommend the hotel, if you stay more then one night consider to chose a brand that still provides room services.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the train station. The old town is also close by. The room was clean and spacious. The refrigerator was broken, but was quickly replaced. The service staff was friendly and accommodating.

The front desk brother has a good service attitude, the room is clean, and there is an underground parking lot.

The city centre and train station are within walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are nice, clean and modern. The lobby has a bar and restaurant with elegant design. There is a spacious and very comfortable smoking room opposite the reception. The front desk service is always very friendly and helpful. Had a perfect day at the bar, no motivation the next night. It doesn't matter, we are all human beings. I will not go to any other hotels in Bremen, I know a lot in my former hometown.

A very satisfying trip, check-in was very smooth, the hotel's surroundings are very good, and it's very close to the city center... Convenient for travel, highly recommended! I will choose this hotel next time I go
