It is close to Kyoto Gyoen and Kyoto University, and a street crossing leads to Kamogawa. The bus stops on 202 and 204 are not far away. There are about 300 convenience stores and many restaurants at the intersection of Heyuancho. The rooms are clean, there are a lot of towels, the cooking utensils are relatively complete, and the bedding is also very good, but the rooms are a bit small, and the twin and double rooms are especially crowded into quadruple rooms. The booking was for a triple room with a balcony marked 25 square meters, but upon entering the door, it was found that the area without a terrace was not enough. Fortunately, the handsome American guy at the front desk quickly changed to a larger one. It was very late. I do n’t need to say anything more ~ After all, I only live for two days, it is very convenient to go in and out, and it is super simple to check out (throw the key in the front desk box).

This hotel is very good location, near Omiya station (Hankyu line), Exit#5 has elevator 🛗 from platform to ground floor). If take Kyoto City bus, take bus number 206, 207 to Omiya matsubara station and walk just 150meters. This hotel is very clean, has all amenities, and facilities in the room (refrigerator and hair dryer). This hotel also have coin laundry machine and ice maker machine at 1st floor. I'm very happy with this hotel and its reasonable price, so I extend to stay here total 5 days.

The advantage is that the facilities are relatively complete. The three-person room is relatively large for Japan. There is a separate bathtub for dry and wet areas. The water temperature is high enough and the water flow is large enough. There is also a self-service laundry room and kitchen on the first floor, which are fully equipped. The triple room we stayed in also had a mini balcony. The location is relatively remote, there is a medium-sized supermarket 100 meters away. But in a city with such well-developed public transportation in Kyoto, this location is very convenient to get in and out.

Hotel location is good but direction instruction to hotel isn't clear. We walked & dragged our baggage thru stairway from train station. 1. Location convenient. To popular tourist IG places need to walk 20mins 2. Food available nearby & mall. 3. Room enough tk sleep with small space to leave your baggage standing. 4. Very basic room. Comfy to sleep, not too noisy. Thank you.

Very friendly and attentive staff, should have used their service to avoid unnecessary mistakes and potential tramps, everyone should know how frustrating Japanese transport system can be! Reasonable close to subway station, literally right next to Nijo Castle!

The best part: The room type given by Ctrip is the largest, with 44 square meters, which is the largest hotel we stayed in during our trip to Japan. Other than that, everything is not good. 1️⃣ The check-in time is ridiculous. Check-in at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00. What is the difference with the hourly room... It's my fault that I didn't pay attention to the time before. If I knew it was like this, I wouldn't stay in this hotel. 2️⃣ No cleaning. Only free cleaning is available if you stay for 4 nights or more. And the hygiene is super bad! On the first day of our stay, there was a piece of paper in the toilet. In the morning, a sign of [Change towels/collect garbage] was hung, but the garbage was not collected when I came back in the evening. 3️⃣ There is only one washing machine downstairs, and it is impossible to get a line. The washing machine near the hotel costs 3 times as much as the hotel for the same time.

The room is very large and has tatami, which is very cost-effective. It is only a five-minute walk from Dongshan Station. The bathroom and toilet are separated, which is very private. The bathroom is also very clean! You can also take a bubble bath when you are tired at night.

There is a tatami living room on the first floor and a tatami living room on the ground floor. There are two standard beds + a tatami upstairs. The tatami can sleep 3 people. It is relatively large. There is a switchable partition door between the two standard beds. It can accommodate up to 5 people, one family. It is more convenient to travel, but not very friendly to the elderly. There is only one bathroom downstairs. The stairs are narrow and steep, making it inconvenient to use the toilet at night. The table in the living room shows that there is wifi, but I can't find it from beginning to end, and there is no manual input. The QR code shows that after scanning and adding customer service, you can answer questions anytime and anywhere. However, it is pure nonsense and there is nothing! I asked to check in at 15:00, and waited at the door for a long time, but the contact person could not be found. I asked to check out at 10:00, and there was a knock on the door at 9:50, saying that if I didn't check out, I would have to pay extra! If 10 points is a perfect score, I give it 4 points!

We spent beautiful time and i hope will back in future. House has very good location. Supermarket is 1 minutes. It has all what you need.

This location is really, really convenient. The room is a little small. The only downside is that both washing machines in the hotel are broken. It is not convenient to cover the quilt. I just use a sheet to cover the quilt. I don't know where the sheet was kicked off after sleeping. The only thing is that the location is super convenient.
