the toilet door is not locked, there is no mineral water, no coffee, no tea.. the toilet is not very clean. In the middle of a break, there is also the sound of a bomb. It seems like there is something secret. the room is ok since the service is ok. the tower is bad

The building is quite old.
The door is stiff and difficult to close. It does not have an auto-lock. The water pressure of the shower drops when the temperature is increased. However, the drainage was fine.
The corners were not cleaned thoroughly, so there was a lot of dust. There were small ants by the windows.
It was an apartment-type apartment for long-term stays, and the amenities were well-equipped, but there was a lot of dust.
The air conditioning worked well. There were no problems with wifi.
The sheets and pillowcases had unique patterns. The sheets were worn out.
The local restaurant in the same building was delicious.
It was impossible to drink or buy beer nearby. You had to go to Chinatown. It was a 20-minute walk. It was RM10 to get to Kota Bharu Airport from Wakabah Station by Grab.

When we entered the studio, we have found a phone on the table so we had to contact the place owner. The living room area was just average so we didn't use area that much. The room condition was good and the toilet was clean, with a good water pressure. We did not use any other studio facilities except the iron. The iron board was old and not in a good condition. The car park is provided but the area was too dark and the water was on the floor - could be intimidating if we were off from the car alone.

AAnonymous UserThe room was comfortable, but cleanliness was an issue. The TV channels were difficult to use. I tried repeatedly to reach customer service via WhatsApp and phone calls, but received no response. Check-in instructions were only provided on the day I was due to check in.
The location is strategic, close to shops in the city center. The elevators were fast. Security was good, and parking was convenient. The Ibis cafe was also enjoyable.
However, the area leading to the parking lot felt quite run-down despite being new. It was full of cobwebs, and the lights weren't working.

AAm RoslyLocation in the middle of Kota Bahru city. Easy to access. The distance is only 10 minutes to Wakaf Che Yeh. The size of the house is quite large and comfortable for 4 adults. Parking is available. The swimming pool is also large, suitable for those staying with children

Located at a very strategic place right opposite KB mall and near to all places of interest. 1 parking lot provided for free, just be careful when driving up the parking lot as it is quite steep. Basic amenities available in the apartment. Overall satisfied and worth the money.

WWan slmnEverything was amazing. It can accommodate up to 8 people. The best part of this unit is the balcony. Since it is a corner unit, the balcony is so huge and gigantic. We have the best view of the city. We get the city view and the city view. Netflix n PlayStation are available also.
