Stay here for one night is a great experiences especially for family with kids. Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again. Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6. Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side. Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking. Overall, all is good.

Booked the hotel last minute and access was possible therefore much appreciated. The living is indeed large and spacious as photographed. However, suprising that the main bedroom was the twin room whilst the 2nd bedroom with double bed tucked into a corner with single side access. All beddings were clean and fresh. However, there is only 1 bathroom worth pointing out if this is missed out. The unit is smoke free so great for those like us who hates smell of smoke. To further add, the shower trays and bidet holder could all have been properly repaired or renewed and hope future guests can enjoy better.

Our stay at 2BR Premium Suites Troika Kota Bharu by AGhome was very pleasant and comfortable. We are family of 6 with kids and senior. The apartment seems new and room is clean and nice! We enjoyed the stay here. There is a playground at level 4 and at least still ok , not alot of things spoilt that kind. For us the location is near to aeon mall which is great for our shopping, dinner and EV charging of car. There is 2 locations to charge EV, very convenient and lots of availability. Host maybe forgot to drop us a message earlier but upon calling, picked up very fast and let us know about how to check in Just that maybe will be great if there is a pool available!. Will be perfect for amenities! However, a small issue for owner! There is a needle on the bed frame near the head side, so is really dangerous, but i managed to saw it and remove it straight away, but would have been really scary if we didnt notice and kids are playing there. So please do be more careful when doing house keeping. The needle is left in the kitchen table already. Thank you for the stay! Will still come back if need!

Everything was great and superb, except the washing machine wasn't working. Anyway, it's a good location and recommended for those who want to stay in Kota Bharu.

This location is very convinient and this is the area that i would stay next time. But i dont think i can go to this Prestige Kiara River View again. Unless the host can improve these: 1) no wifi 2) no day curtain only blackout curtain 3) toilet are not scrubbed and has dirty unwashed stains all over the toilet. It has grimes all over the toilet. Pls improve.

Overall, everything was good, but there are a couple of areas that need improvement. There was no wiping cloth provided for the sink area, which was inconvenient. Also, the current coffee/toast burner or whatsoever they called, the setup is not practical especially if you want to reheat food. Replacing it with a small microwave would be far more useful. That aside, the service was excellent. Response times were impressively fast, likely due to the use of an AI platform for handling customer enquiries.

When we entered the studio, we have found a phone on the table so we had to contact the place owner. The living room area was just average so we didn't use area that much. The room condition was good and the toilet was clean, with a good water pressure. We did not use any other studio facilities except the iron. The iron board was old and not in a good condition. The car park is provided but the area was too dark and the water was on the floor - could be intimidating if we were off from the car alone.

Overall of the apartment was great but just the allocation of this room apartment is confusing and have to walk a journey from gourd house only will reach the room . The flow of the building construction of the 2 wings building was not so convenience . We have to go to P floor to move to another Wing and to take another Lift from another corner to another end only will reached the room . It will be not so convenience if have guests which with small kids or elderly ppl. The rest was great.

very good location and good price. eazy to check-in and check-out. only one thing not really good is the towel provided is not so clean. overall, 👍
