A quiet hotel in the middle of noisy, the location is very convenient, go out is the popular neighborhood and Chinatown. Arrived at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, the front desk staff is also particularly enthusiastic. The decoration style of the lobby and bedroom of this hotel is particularly liked. The hotel is very careful, handwritten cards, and complimentary notebooks are worth taking away.

The front desk and concierge services are very good, the staff is friendly, the room is clean and tidy, shampoo conditioner and shower gel are provided, there are pajamas and slippers, just need to bring your own toothbrush. There is coffee and tea bags in the room, and a hot water bottle is prepared. There is a cold drink in the small refrigerator, which is very satisfactory.

Very warm hotel service absolutely pass. Hygiene is ok, but the room is small, and the elevator has to wait a long time to get up and down, so we take the stairs all the way and it is not very tired. Good location and convenient for shopping. Harrods is here on foot. Breakfast was delivered to the room.

The hotel did not have the booked room type of a double bed plus 2 sofa beds. The information on Trip.com was wrong. I could not see the above room type on other websites. In the end, there was only a double bed in the upper floor and a lower floor in the middle building. A double bed. The hotel has been renovated, but there are no chairs or tables. There is only one trash can. The bathroom partition door is only half a piece, and all the water flies out.

There is no ramp at the entrance of the hotel. The biggest problem is that there is no elevator, no elevator, no elevator. The space is cramped, there are only two rooms on each floor. I lived on the top floor, 15, and the stairs are narrow, not kid-friendly. It's hard to carry a bigger suitcase. The room is really small, so my suggestion is that if one person has little luggage and it's OK for a short trip, it's very crowded for two people. There is no desk. How small is the room? You can see everything when you push the door: the bed and the bathroom. One day I was using the computer on the bed, and a man from the room service came in first. He saw me go out, and within an hour a woman unlocked the door and came in again. If I wasn't dressed properly, there would be no place to hide. Speaking of advantages, it is very close to King's Cross Station, and the transportation here is convenient. You don't need to transfer to Heathrow and Luton Airports, and you don't need to transfer to business districts and cultural attractions such as Convent Garden. Although it was difficult for me to carry my luggage, the female staff helped me carry it down and printed documents for me.

SShirley Travelling Logsbig space in the center of London and worthy price. There is also a coffee shop downstairs and various restaurants.
RRintrahExcellent service, location, decor, and quality fo rooms. When I first checked in, I noticed the hot water was not running. Within less than an hour I the hot water issue was corrected; the staff were pleasant, professional, friendly, and indeed went above and beyond regarding service.

GGuest UserBetter than expected. Stayed for five consecutive days. The subway and bus nearby are very convenient. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the British Museum. The bus goes directly to the National Gallery, King's Cross Station, Big Ben, etc. The room is larger than expected, and there is a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, tableware, and kitchenware. Highly recommended. There is a supermarket and McDonald's downstairs, which is very convenient for eating. There is also Heytea nearby.
CCherry NGTalk about the bad first!
Hygiene: You have to stay for seven nights before someone can do hygiene! Sheets were stained. There are black spots on the towel, and there are small insects on the carpet that itch.
In terms of hardware: the building is considered new, and the decoration is also considered new, but there are also many flaws. There is no air conditioner, there are as many fans as there are rooms. Only open windows and blow fans in summer.
Convenient configuration: All bath products, any daily necessities that you can imagine will be given to you in a normal hotel, all need to be purchased by yourself. Some kitchen utensils are installed and left enough and cannot cook properly.
Reservation: Make sure that adults must be 25 years old to make an appointment. If you are under the age of 25, you must apply for occupancy with your parents. Appointments were slow and emails came and went, and Trip.com didn't help much either.
Talk about the benefits!
Location: It is about 5 minutes away from the Cross Habour DLR station. It is also a 15-20 minute walk to the canary waft. There are two supermarkets nearby.
Accessories: There is a washing machine with dry laundry function. There is a dishwasher and a large refrigerator.
Scenery: The scenery is not bad if you look at the riverside.
All in all, the price/performance ratio is definitely cheaper than hotels in the same area, and the space is very spacious. But it's more troublesome if you can't tolerate hygiene problems.
GGuest Usergood location for being near to heathrow and west london, otherwise it's a bit far to get to. Has gym, laundry room, and the rooms are good size with small kitchen. Room layout a bit strange with TV behind bathroom door, and bathroom door only opens halfway to stop it hitting the TV, but this is quite annoying. Otherwise good service overall.
EE._The stay was very nice and convenient! We booked an early check in (from 2 o’clock on) yet something went wrong and we couldn’t check in before 4 o’clock. As compensation we received a free late check out (1 o’clock instead of 11) and weren’t charged anything! :) The room was in all clean, just the couch wasn’t as clean as expected. We just put a cover over it. In all it’s a pretty nice and safe area with lots of tall office buildings and we had a pretty nice view out of our room! Also the tube isn’t far away, I’d say 2-3 minutes walk. If even, it’s around the corner. In all a wonderful stay! Might even stay there again for the next trip
SSpeedyI booked this on price as I needed to be in the area. Cost was £178. A nice hotel is £215. Honestly had I known what a dump this place was I would have gone to the hotel. Water pressure almost non existent and a broken shower, huge crack in the window in the room. The room smelt of something and it wasn't good. No air con so I had to open the windows and was woken up by the early morning flights over London. Corridors were endless and only one lift working which took ages to arrive each time. I walked past one room that was boarded up . The place is tired, out of date and not a nice place to stay.

Very Good
GGuest UserAs others have mentioned, hotel public areas are clean and well presented. Unfortunately, the rooms are in need of TLC. The location is near battersea park and power station with public transport links nearby. On arrival, I was made to use a third-party QR code to register and provide ID, I was told this was so they could find me if the room was damaged!
We stayed in a twin room on the 4th floor, and there was a smell of stale tobacco from the room next door (they appear to be a long-term resident leaving some of their oersonal belongings outside).
The room was a nice size with a large bathroom, kitchenette, and dining table. Unfortunately the spotlights in the bathroom didn't work and the tap leaked. The doors hiding the kitchenette were broken, the hot tap in the kitchen sink didn't work, the crockery was dirty, but washing up liquid and a dish sponge was provided so we were able to wash them in the bathroom sink.
The window had a note advising it was waiting repair and not to open it. It was cold outside and there was a draft coming through it. I could not find the hairdryer. Looking in the wardrobe, i found an ironing board but no iron.Apparently, you have to ask for these, but we were not told this on check-in. There was a very dirty duvet in the wardrobe and the mattress was stained, thry msy want to consider cleaning and using mattress and bedding protectors!
As we were only staying 1 night, we didn't cause a fuss and reported to reception on check out so they could make repairs.
Overall, this could be a great hotel if room maintenance improved, but in its current state, it's an ok stay for the price. I gave a thumbs up because its not a bad hotel, It's similar standard to other budget hotels, but with a kitchenette.
JJames HorthWhere to begin,
Well as a Luddite myself I was a big fan of the fact that the television didn’t work and that it couldn’t connect to any channel so that’s a huge bonus for me.
Secondly, I love the work of Alexander Fleming and was fascinated to find the lovely mould samples left through the bathroom, bare amenities, other than the couple sachets of soap instead of bottles.
Furthermore, I was pleased to find that as a avid enjoyer of the worlds thinnest duvet I was pleased to find that not only do I have shirts thicker than the duvet but that it almost appeared that it was just the duvet cover and no duvet inside at all!
Also, it may be bold of me to assume that when I book a room with a double bed I don’t expect two single beds pushed together and thinly covered by a bedsheet which when laying in the gap the two beds a pushed apart furthering the gap between them aita or what?
Moreover, when attempting to try and sleep I couldn’t, no matter how hard i tried, tune out the droning of what I can only assume to be a small nuclear reactor going into meltdown or a jet fighter taking off (the boiler) from roaring all night long.
Don’t waste your money my advice is if you want to stay near Hyde park save yourself the disappointment and buy a tent and sleep in Hyde park itself.
The only redeeming factor is the location.
I would recommend going elsewhere.
AAnonymous UserThe location is quite convenient. The room for 3 people (2 beds) is okay, not too small, and not too dirty. Shower room is a bit small but clean. There is a kitchen, microwave and sink. Overall I’m good with this stay.
