Great little guest house with all mod cons and a quirky rooftop access within my room with quaint views. Only downside was initial communication. While I was sent an email with instructions as to what to do for remote access it wasn't accessible as the email was blocked out by trip.com and I had to get in touch directly.
The check in would have been good if it was an hour or two earlier.

When the rooms are side by side with different entrances, they keep everything in the refrigerator in the room. Yogurt, milk, juice, and jam are all provided for each person. There was a toaster, pot, and microwave. There is no elevator, so you have to go up and down narrow stairs.

The location was very close (5 minutes) to both train and bus stations. The guest house was clean and the staff was very friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast area overlooks a lovely garden.The continental breakfast was very good. We would certainly come back. Many thanks to Jackie, she was very nice and helpful!

The room is great, the surrounding is quiet and suitable for rest. Especially the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. One room with 3 beds can accommodate 4 people, which is very friendly for family travel. Check-in is convenient and quick, and the hotel also has charging plugs suitable for Chinese tourists🔌. It's also a 5-minute walk from the subway station. Like 👍

I stayed with my 2 teenage kids. For the price, we were very happy with Cherry! We just needed a place to sleep after busy days in London, so comfortable beds was the #1 requirement for us, and it was met! The location was convenient to the underground which was our #2 priority. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which was just an added bonus! The only criticism I could give would be that the baseboards were a bit dusty, but that wasn't a problem for us since my kids are older and weren't crawling around the floor. The price with a comfy bed and friendly staff can't be beat!

GGuest UserIt was lovely to stay at the Primrose Guesthouse, it was in a perfect location for going to a gig in Camden & is situated in a great part of London.
Nothing was too much trouble for our host. We were able to check in early. The room was clean & had everything we needed. The full english for breakfast was delicious & plentiful. We would stay again!

PP1992We had a good stay, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and location was easy and close to the tube. The only thing which I feel should have been shared prior to our booking is the Townhouse is located next to/above a pub, and we happened to be in the room directly above the pub. Music is playing until midnight, the rugby was also on which I appreciate might be why the pub was extremely busy, however if you want to sleep before mid-night you might struggle. Otherwise its a good.

GGuest UserMany stairs , but location is very nice , there also can put down your luggage that very good but only near the reception and the space was super small.
Bathroom was clean but very small , the hot and cold water was hard to control the temperature of water when shower, that was a little bit mistake, but acceptable, cus the room temperature is warm enough.

RRuthThe hotel is an old-fashioned hotel in the UK for eight years. It is very old but very clean. It is very convenient to find a hotel with a microwave oven, and it is very affordable to buy some quick-frozen food in the supermarket and heat it up. The wooden floor will creak, the noise of cars passing by outside the window will be loud, and the voices of neighbors will be audible. But I belong to the one who knows that I don't sleep well, so bring my own earplugs, it's okay. I am thinking that it is not ordinary people who can live in this hotel in the past eight years. It is really high-class from a retro perspective. The location is also very good, I like to walk, so within 30 minutes walk there are Chinatown, Covent Garden Shopping Plaza, British Museum National Gallery, Kings Cross, in short, too much. Very satisfied this time, the price is reasonable.

The staff members were extremely attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist me throughout my stay. But this last in the hotel was very horrible, the room was like a prison room, no heater, bed was very small and the bathroom was on the third floor. it was a bad experience. Overall, my experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations except the last stay in the hotel. The exceptional service, well-maintained facilities, and convenient location made it a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience.
