I stay there with my friend for a night after we went to see a concert at London O2 Stadium. It was really close and less than 20 mins we are back to the hotel after the concert finished! There are shops and restaurant around too which is so convenience! đ

My experience at the Britannia Hotel was mostly positive. However, the split bed arrangement was not ideal. I had booked for two people but ended up going alone, and the divided bed was inconvenient. Additionally, I expected a room near the window but was given one on the opposite side, which had a view of the road instead of Canary Wharf. Overall, it was a good stay, especially since I only spent a few hours there.

Amazing bed, comfiest I've ever slept in! Black out curtains too for the most amazing sleep. Reception kindly saw my mobility impairment and changed my room to an accessible one. Room included some water, espresso pods and shortbread, and dressing gowns and slippers. Gorgeous view.

This hotel is almost perfect if not Becos the lift is not in service to accommodate the number of guests. You will need to queue up everyday u go out or
Come back to hotel. U need 10-15 mins extra for
Each lift journey.
The man in glasses at reception is super rude when we arrive to check in. We were a frustrated Becos of the 15 hours long haul flight for us to arrive to London plus 1 hour taxi ride. Poor service when check in.
No one will tell u there is a lift from
Ground floor to reception floor with luggage. U neee to explore yourself.

Really lovely place! Stayed in a similarly priced hotel in London before, but this is a great location and so clean and lovely. Molton Brown products and a nespresso machine are a lovely touch. No breakfast, but thereâs a Frankie & Bennyâs about two minutes down the road that have a decent breakfast (lots more food options around, too). Also, close to Paddington station and a short walk to Hyde Park. Highly recommended âĽď¸

Be careful of being unknowingly charged with a âdiscussionary charge of tipsâ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, donât be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel.
When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasnât happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied.
Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasnât even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS.
In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates.
This shouldnât have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didnât expect there would be as we were not even informed.
It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we werenât informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isnât it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.

NN_ChNice n new building however was very disappointed as the feel is not new. Taps are so bad if u open for hot water than all the water goes over sink n splash on you. On top breakfast is below standard as everything pre made notfresh and we had staff knock at 8am for no reason. Very unpleasant. Must say cosmetics look n feel is nice!
SSiu Wai LindaHotel location is good. A few steps to Westfield shopping centre.
Some amenities are a bit old. Difficult to use hair dryer , as the cover always falls out.
Breakfast is good.

SStephen DavidGreat place to stop just outside of a tube station
Great inside rooms really spacious, if we come to London will look up this hotel to stop again
GGlobe TravelerOur Couple Short Vacation here in UK was perfect-- hotel was the best starting point for first-timers like us!
All walking distance to center of action and tourist sites-- Big Ben, Eye, Abbey, etc. Shops and restaurants are abundant-- all around is commercial high end location-- but so many affordable places to go too and really safe feel everywhere.
The staffs are all helpful and pleasant. Currently under renovation so hopefully the place would even look more upgraded after the constructions.

HHouse of FunThe apartment I stayed in was pristine. The modern take to the style of the apartment is most definitely attractive to those who are looking for a city living experience. The location was just outside central London ( 15 min via tube to the city) with a tube station 10 minutes away from the apartment. The service was great as staff where friendly and helpful.
The surround in area to the location was thriving with restaurants and bars with corner shops; continently placed near by. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a modern apartment at affordable rates. Perfect for couples and solo trips.
GGuest UserWe had a lovely quiet break at the hotel, the service was very laid back, chatty and friendly. We did miss not having a swimming pool, didn't have time to use the gym but it looked good, the food was excellent, scrambled egg was cold, probably better if it had a cover. The bed, room and toilet area was immaculate, all in all it was a great restful stay!
RRichardDThe Ned is an excellent hotel in central London. A big eating area in the same building as the hotel. Very nice spa and gym. Rooms a bit small but nice and quiet.
GGuest UserClean hotel with friendly efficient staff.
Location good for our show at O2 Arena
We stay every year for the show, but we both felt that the quality and standard has dropped on the cooked breakfast. The sausages are now poor quality, mushy texture with unpleasant aftertaste, and the hash browns were so oil soaked, and had the texture of cardboard. Everything was just lukewarm, not hot as it had been in previous years. On the plus side, two pancake machines have now been added, quick and easy to operate. We also ate in the restaurant the previous evening, but although the menu has improved, at 5pm (opening time for anything other than toasties or pizza) several items were 'out of stock ', including from the specials board!
The selected meals I would say were just okay, the standard of an average pub meal. Summing up, I would still stay here again, but would eat out for evening meal and sadly only have continental style breakfast, which is disappointing as the cooked breakfast was previously a highlight of the stay here!
GGuest UserIt was so small that we could barely open two suitcases.
The shower had no steps, so the water flowed all the way into the toilet.
There was no tissue paper, which was inconvenient.
However, the location was good. I felt at ease because there was a Japanese person at the front desk.
