We are 100% satisfied with our 5 nights stay with Cheval, the best service apartments hotel in London overlooking tower of bridge and tower of london. WE FEEL LIKE HOME. The best location in London. 2 mins walk to Tower of London 5 mins walk to tower bridge. A pier infornt of the hotel which takes us toany attractions by uber boat. The restaurant downstair is fabulous and we celebrated our son's 17th birthday. They serve best pasta. We booked 2 bedrooms apartments and were assigned 7 G very spacious room with fabulous river view.The rooms are equipped with highest facilities great amenities [ top quality shower gel lotion slipper, bath ropes 3pin plug and super super comfortable bed and pillow. ] Their kitchen is very modern equipped with dish washer, fridge and all utensils. They have very big laundry room. We booked Cheval Grand Edinburgh as well for 2 nights stay. Worth the price.

Our stay at the Conrad London St. James from March 16th to the 20th was truly amazing! This stately looking luxury hotel is physically located in the heart of London within close proximity to all the wonderful ”must see” attractions. The neighborhood appeared very safe, close to public transportation and if desired, very easy to find taxi service. Staying at this fine hotel allowed us to experience a ”royal stay” from the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted at the front door. Customer service is an obvious priority as set forth from the front desk to their cleaning crew. Their attention to detail rates 5 stars in every way imaginable in my opinion. The entire hotel is immaculate, the staff is professionally trained, extremely pleasant and very efficient. The lounge was wonderful,, the breakfast offered was over the top and the Blue Boar Pub was very comfortable and spacious filled with a happy clientele. An excellent value!!!

Be careful of being unknowingly charged with a ‘discussionary charge of tips’ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, don’t be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel. When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasn’t happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied. Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasn’t even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS. In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates. This shouldn’t have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didn’t expect there would be as we were not even informed. It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we weren’t informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isn’t it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.

The hotel lobby smells particularly good, and when we go at Christmas, a huge Christmas tree is projected on the wall, which has a festive atmosphere. There are drinks while waiting. The restaurant on the top floor is also great and worth spending. Hotel location is also very convenient, very good ~

My family booked four rooms here and the trouble started as soon as we arrived. One room was on a different floor. The room got swapped out but the replacement room was of a lower standard, no bidet, no bath, only one sink & the room was much smaller. The room that was swapped wasn’t serviced on two occasions and a request had to be made each time to get it done. The most annoying thing for our family was that we hadn’t been told that there was to be a wedding on the Saturday with a disco in the pool which was directly under our rooms. This meant that the pool was out of use for Saturday for all hotel guests and the noise! I know it’s a wedding but if we’d have known we’d have booked on a different floor. No one slept until midnight!! The food was great, the hotel was fantastic for its funky style and the staff did try their hardest to fix this massive oversight BUT at the end of the day it’s just not good enough to expect paying guests to sit on top of a sound system banging out until midnight. We really liked all the staff we came into contact with as they were very helpful and friendly.

Can't say enough great things about this hotel! I'll try though. The rooms are exquisite. Wonderfully furnished and decorated. Very roomy. All the amenities you need. We had interconnecting rooms, which I highly recommend for families. The staff, especially Julia, were so welcoming and helpful. I received a personalized email with recommendations for the area. Speaking of the neighborhood, the location is perfect. It's walking distance to all the major sights. Plenty of restaurants of all levels nearby. Half a block to an open air flea market, as well as the Covent Garden market. Despite all this activity around the hotel, we did not hear a peep in our room. They must have some serious sound proofing! Breakfast was lovely at Henri. If possible, make this hotel your home base in London!

The newly renovated hotel, the epidemic prevention measures are well done, the transportation is convenient, there are subway stations and bus stops within five minutes' walk, Oxford Street and Regent Street are just outside the door, shopping and gourmet star restaurants have everything, that is, the four-star price is expensive, breakfast There are fewer varieties, and you can see the panoramic view of London on the top floor. It’s a lively gathering of friends at night

Breakfast is good, some rooms can have extra beds, service is very good, very close to Harrods, the overall experience is good. Yes, the bed is very comfortable.

We celebrated my birthday with friends in a beautiful private dining room at Hans Grill (the restaurant that belongs to 11 Cadogan Gardens) and had an absolutely amazing time. The table looked gorgeous, champagne and wines that we had preordered were cooling when we arrived, and Giovanni, our waiter for the evening, made sure everyone got a drink within seconds after they arrived. Our three course meal came with two amuse bouches (a very nice and delicious touch!), and the food from starter to main and pudding was absolutely delicious (and very good portion sizes!). The restaurant's atmosphere was fantastic, and we all agreed that this is a perfect restaurant for a celebration - very chic, but still relaxed; delicious and healthy food choices, and great wines at reasonable prices. Thank you to the whole team at Hans Grill, but especially to Giovanni, and to Tatiana (their Director of Sales & Marketing) who helped us plan the event - we had a fantastic time (and we will definitely be back).
