Wonderful hotel with excellent location. The room was clean, very comfortable and had great view of the London Stadium. The location was amazing, next to a huge Stratford Shopping Centre and to the subway station with many subway lines. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. KUDO to the Concierge Staff, especially NALEEF, DANIEL, AND ONE OTHER GENTLEMAN (sorry! i forgot his name). My wife got pickpocketed in London. The Concierge staff, especially Naleef, went above and beyond their duty to help us to deal with our distress moments. He advised us to report the theft to the London Police, and also the Concierge staff helped us tremendously to deal with our stolen credit cards. We really appreciated what these amazing staff did for us. Thanks so much to Naleef, Daniel and to all the Concierge staff for making us feel so welcome and for all your unforgettable help during our stay. The world needs more of these people like your Concierge staff. Hyatt should be very proud to have these amazing Concierge staff. We certainly will return to this Hyatt hotel in the future and would highly recommend this Hyatt hotel to anyone!

Good location in the city. Easy to arrive from Heathrow as the Elizabeth line stops right at Tottenham Court Road. Also easy to go to Gatwick - you can go to Victoria or Farringdon by tube and switch to the rails. However the building and rooms could be improved in quality. The elevator was very slow, and in the rooms the shower booth was small and the bathroom door did not close well.

it was quite a grand hotel with many rooms on each floor. we were pleasantly surprised by the huge room too, after staying in 3 other hotels that were abt half the size of this room. there was a fridge too, which was a bonus! the coolest was the heating towel rack to keep the towels warm and also to dry them quickly. price was reasonable too at abt 270SGD per night. location was excellent- just 1 min walk from the exit of Gloucester Road Station on the piccadilly line. there is a 24h tesco opposite the stn and a waitrose just beside. there is a stretch of food chains along the road too. you can walk to South Kensington Stn, which will have other food options (like Philippe Conticini that sells the XXL croissant!). overall, it was a very comfortable stay :-)

We had an special stay at the Mayfair London! the room is very clean and comfortable. Particularly everyone so very welcoming - especially Kellen the housekeeping department manager! She checked on us almost everyday to make sure we are satisfied, comfortable and have everything we need! The excellent customer service offered by Kellen went above and beyond, it was way above our expectations! We will definitely return & stay here again!

To start, when booking a hotel I always critically read the reviews and research the area. Additionally, a relative stayed at this hotel about six years ago and liked it. The hotel is in a wonderful area. It is next to a tube station and just a short walk to wonderful museums. The area feels safe and not crowded with tourists. Now for the things that I did not like. Upon arrival at 10 AM, the Front desk told me that my reservtion had been canceled. I showed them my confirmtion, but they said it was canceled. So much for asking for an early check in. I had to call the reservation's number and the woman on the line quickly found my reservation. However, the Front desk now said that I should come back at 1500 to check in. My wife, exhausted from a overnight flight sat down and fell asleep on the lobby couch. Perhaps this was a sore sight, because now they found a room for us by 1100. The room felt smaller than what was stated for a Deluxe Double. The bathroom was small but clean although the toilet seat was loose and we had to continually readjust the postion. The refrigerator was not working. We informed the desk the next day, but it was not repaired or replaced until that evening when we called the front desk again, and the night manager himself came to fix it. I feel that all these forementioned issues are tolerable except for what I felt was the UNCLEANLINESS of the room. The dark carpet has numerous visible stains and it just felt dirty when walked on with bare feet. There were dark smudges and even a spot of dried blood on the bathroom door that were not attended to by the housekeeping staff. I have attaced a photo of this. The room was dusty and I had to wipe surfaces with a damp cloth every day during our five night stay. During our stay, not once did I hear hear or see a vacuum cleaner. In all, except for a great location, I was very happy to leave upon check out.

The guy at the front desk of the hotel is super super nice; the potato cakes at the breakfast buffet are delicious, you can eat 4 for each meal 😅😅😅 The most important thing is that the transportation around the hotel is convenient, Paddington subway station and train station are 5 minutes' walk away; Hyde The park is also very close. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at San Domenico House this summer. We stayed for four nights and loved it start to finish. Our original hotel turned out to be a busy and was terrible so we were in search of a new hotel, and San Domenico House was our savior! From the moment we stepped in the doors the staff was welcoming and helpful and accommodated. Our unique needs. We enjoyed breakfast in the dining room occasionally in our rooms. We had a special cake that needed refrigeration that the staff took care of, and Even cut with T Service and delivered to the rooftop terrace one evening, the small boutique like feel of the hotel was our haven away from the bustling city of London. The surrounding areas of old Chelsea were delightful easy walk to shopping and retail streets the street out front of the hotel is quiet making for easy taxi pick up and drop off. if you get a chance to stay at San Domenico House, you won’t be sorry
