Ricky is the best person I've ever met here, he even helped us to book a restaurant because we couldn't communicate well with waiters. He is sooo nice, and so are other people here. All the facilities are beyond my expectation. It's soo good.

The check-in lobby and the hotel room is separated, the room is small, very limited space to put luggage. But overall I still like it, the view is very nice, the balcony is kinda dusty but understandable bcs it's exposed. The room istelf is beautiful. Would definitely consider myself to comeback. Please choose the river view by the way so you'll get this kind of view.

Excellent location with beautiful view. The apartments are on the 8th floor where you can watch the show and the evening salute. There are many small shops in the district where it is fashionable to buy water, snack and all the necessary things. In 20 minutes walk there is a supermarket and a night market. Before breakfast is delivered to baggage, you can choose different sandwiches, eggs or fo bo for tomorrow. You can go down to the embankment, the rope road can be quietly on the escalators, they are enough. The last floor is a pool, the view is impressive. The room itself includes a large bed, a washing machine, a mini kitchen, a large refrigerator, a fan. We liked everything

The room was nice and the location was great. You could watch the fireworks from the balcony, but the location was a little off. The hotel is located in The Sea, one of the two tallest buildings in town, and the lobby is on the third floor. The beautiful lady who checked me in spoke English. The service was also very good.

We booked a Beachfront bungalow. It's the best choice in this resort. Room amenities are not enough. They do not provide toiletries. They do not provide shampoo, shower gel etc. so you must carry your own toiletries.
The property is old and not maintained well. The owner may be a miser person or he does not have enough money to renovate his property.
The location is 10/10. Just on the beach. Check photos.
They have a nice Beachfront restaurant serving vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food prepared in the Vietnamese style.
Room service standards are below average.
We are 100% vegetarian. So we ordered our food from outside and went to the hotel restaurant to eat our food.
It was highly surprising and sad that hotel management denied us to sit in the restaurant as we ordered food from outside. It was utterly surprising and sad for us.
They asked for an additional VND 100,000 per person to sit in the restaurant. This was ridiculous. We never faced such humiliation at any other hotel in vietnam.

GGuest UserThis is a very good hotel if you are looking for some quiet and peace. It has a big private beach area and if you like walking in the beach, it continues really far. Hotel is a bit far from the main road, and the road from there is a dirt-road with lots of bumps (as every hotel in this area) but you can rent a scooter from the hotel. There are shops right after the dirt-road ends and you can reach many attractions with in 15 minutes by scooter. The staff is very nice, always smiling and they want you to feel good at every time. Rooms are really clean and comfortable and every room has it’s on terrace. When I visited this hotel, there were only few guests and still they put us in different areas, so that everyone can have their own privacy, although it must cost them more money. Only downside is that attleast in my bungalow didn’t have a good water pressure, but it still was manageable to wash my long hair. For me this place is paradise, and I would definitely come again, in fact I wouldn’t even consider any other hotel.

Overall: The room was clean, the pool was enough for the kids to play, and the staff was friendly. Considering the price-to-performance ratio, I will definitely book this place again when I visit Phu Quoc next time.

I stayed for 2 nights at a low price, and this quality is so good for this price.
It was a connecting room, so there were 2 bathrooms, and each room was spacious. The air conditioner was strong, and there was a ceiling fan installed, so it was cool.
The room looked old, but it was clean and well-maintained overall, and the pool was well-maintained.
Since it was a room with a view of the pool, it didn't feel stuffy, and the view was spacious, but some rooms have rooms with walls, so it would be good to keep this in mind.
The minibar was well-organized, and the price was cheap.
The location of the accommodation was a bit of a walk from the main road, but there were restaurants, supermarkets, and massage shops in the surrounding alleys, so I didn't have to go far.
In addition, the hotel offers motorbike rentals for 125,000 dong per day, and the conditions are all good.
There were male staff and an elderly person, and the elderly person kept cleaning the accommodation environment, so I felt that it was managed cleanly.
The young male staff was very kind, needless to say^^
I searched for a room to visit again on the remaining schedule, but all reservations were full, so I stayed for 2 nights and went to another hotel, but I would visit again because of that.
The connecting room is perfect for a family of 4. It will be perfect.
In addition, it is about 300m from the beach, so it is not close, but it is not too bad to walk^^
I would like to express my gratitude to the accommodation for making my trip perfect.

Positive feeedback:
1. Clean Room
2. All the facilities in the room well maintained
3. Beautiful Bathroom
4. Comfortable bed and pillow.
5. Bottle water provided daily
Negative feedback:
1. Lots of Lizard's (inside and outside the room)
2. Bed comforters are too small for 2 person
3. Television channels are not clear. Bad pictures.
4. Staff at hotel doesn't speak english. Very hard to communicate.
5. Security and CCTV are not well observed. Had difficulty to sleep at night due to a stranger knocked the door 2AM at night two days in the row. Called reception and was told no one outside the door and no action was taken. Checked CCTV the day after and realize there was a drunk guy with bare foot standing outside the room knocking the door.

He was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable—with all the amenities I needed.
The location was perfect—close to the beach and key attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The service throughout my stay was outstanding, and the team always went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home.

IInfinity74Небольшой отличный отель. Чистый и светлый номер, постельные принадлежности белоснежные, вешалок полно, кому это важно. Есть кухня, где можно самим готовить еду. Посуды предостаточно. Замечательный хозяин- Бэн, очень дружелюбный, помогал во всём: с арендой мотоцикла, отправлял на вацап геолокации достопримечательностей, рынки, приобрёл для нас билеты на слипбас до Далата и на паром. И всё время был на связи по вацап. Готовил по утрам вкусный кофе (бесплатно). За отелем проходят шоу и фейерверки. Отель находится в пешей доступности от пляжа, парков, кафе. В этом отеле много русских и в основном остаются на длительное время, на 3-4 месяца. Нам всё понравилось, отель советую на все 100 %. Бэн в последний день выезда довёз нас до остановки 20 автобуса, который идет до паромной переправы. Помог с багажом, Бэн, вы просто золото. Будет возможность, мы еще вернемся. Огромная благодарность за вашу доброту, отзывчивость и за вашу милую улыбку!🙏🙏🙏
Кстати, мы бронировали номер стандарт, Бэн улучшил нам номер с большей площадью, с двумя 2-х спальными кроватями и балконом, откуда был вид на колесо обозрения.

GGuest UserThe bungalow is conveniently located: on the main street with cafes, restaurants, markets and street food vendors - a choice of food for every taste and budget; a narrow alley about 100 meters long, along which the bungalows are located, cuts off all street noise: the territory is not large, well-groomed, all in greenery and flowers, there are comfortable areas for communication, sharing food, smoking; Two free bus routes 17 and 19 run along the main street, to the north and south of the island. The buses are modern with air conditioning. One stop to the north there is a night market, with trade and a crowd like in all of Southeast Asia, there, not far away, is a port where people hang out and from where fishing boats leave, including with tourists for evening fishing: the beach is 300-350 m. The beach is good, but not well-groomed, the workers of the first line hotel Saigon-Phu Quoc do not clean up the garbage. The adjacent, left, section of the beach opposite the Lazur hotel is cleared of garbage by the hotel staff, access to the beaches is free, the sand is yellow, medium fraction, clear (just the way I like it): the sea (bay) is warm and gentle, the surf brings garbage to the shore itself, mainly seaweed, so the coastal strip about 10 meters wide is dirty, and then the water is clean. The owners of the hotel themselves service the bungalow and the territory, daily cleaning, high-quality, bed linen is changed every 3-4 days. The area of the bungalow for two is sufficient, the bed is large, there is a bathroom, shower, kettle, hairdryer, TV, refrigerator. Safe at the reception. The latter and the presence of midges and mosquitoes caused the rating of 4 for convenience, we had to use repellents. There is no cafe in the hotel, but breakfasts are prepared to order the night before with delivery at the specified time. The menu selection is not large, but the breakfasts satisfied us: out of 25 days we had breakfast in the bungalow at least 20 times. The owners and staff are nice, responsive people, they tried to fulfill all our requests immediately, for which we are sincerely grateful to them. By the way, on January 29 we celebrated the Lunar New Year together with the owners of the hotel, at their invitation. It should be noted that the holiday cuisine was the best of everything I had a chance to taste in Vietnam, and we were there for the third time. I would like to say a special thank you to the hotel manager Madame Canh, who was always welcoming and kind to us, organized transfers from and to the airport, and is waiting for us next year. We will try not to deceive her expectations.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel due to its affordable price and went there to stay for 5 days, stay was amazing and clean bed was comfortable and air conditioning was on point on top of that there was an extra ceiling fan above the bed, tv was huge and had smart tv spent amazing nights watching some of my favorite tv shows, the location of the hotel was great but far away from most activities, there was alot of noise from the street in the late night due to people putting music in the street, also due to its location there was alot of noise from wonderlands it self, recommend this place alot
