We loved everything! The room was clean, and we watched the fireworks and other shows from the balcony every day. Towels were changed daily, and the room was cleaned every three days. We stayed in several places on the island, but this one was the best in terms of location and service. We went to the beach by bike—a 10-minute drive with white sand!—but there's also a free shuttle from the cable car ticket office. The room comes with all the necessary utensils for cooking, which is very convenient!

Everything was great. The house is nice, clean. The private pool is really comfortable. The hosts are friendly, they helped us book breakfast and used the tour tram to take us to Sonasea night market for free. The beach is also just 3 minutes walk away.

There is an elevator service, close to important points, but when I went there was the constant sound of construction work and the water pump was very loud. The air conditioner was not very cool and there were no staff at all times as stated. The breakfast provided was delicious, but you have to walk to the restaurant yourself because the staff is not there in the morning. It is recommended to ask for the name of the restaurant when you check in.

A magnificent boutique hotel, brand new, very beautiful, with a lobby, pool, garden, and gazebo—everything is done with love and great taste. We stayed in a family bungalow—a spacious, two-story bungalow with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and very comfortable beds. The bungalow is located in a quiet corner of the garden. Special thanks to the polite and attentive host and staff. They gave our dad a very creative birthday greeting. The hotel is located in a forest between two busy tourist streets. The beach is a 5-minute walk along a path lined with palm trees. There is no private beach area, but you can rent a sun lounger for 100 dong at the hotel, which is located on the beachfront. We were very satisfied and wish the hotel prosperity.

Everything was great. Tony is very friendly and helpful - always trying to help and advise. There is a favorable exchange rate for dollars and very cheap laundry (at the time of writing the review, 75 rubles for two washes per kg: white and colored). The breakfast is hearty: we ate mostly pho bo.
The rooms are small, but cozy. We were there in the low season, so from the street everything was quiet, like in the high season, I don't know.
The level of English in the hotel is higher than the average on the island - complex grammatical constructions will not be understood, but in simple English you can easily communicate 😂

The hotel has no private grounds, housed in colorful, low-rise buildings. Contactless check-in is available. There's no one at reception; a girl works only during the day to clean the rooms. They left our key card on the ground floor at reception, and the doors were open (the entrance).
The room has two large double beds, with a meter of space between them and the wall. Space is limited. The refrigerator is small, but surprisingly, it freezes well.
Water (0.375 ml) was replenished daily for three people.
There's a balcony, but no table or chairs (you can request extra). They brought us one chair upon request. Overall, my suggestion for the hotel would be to add a table and chairs.
The beach is a 7-10 minute walk away. Free sun loungers are available, along with a bar, cafe, and restrooms.
The location is great for relaxation. Close to the Lake of Love and the evening show. Everything is close by. Very convenient. If your goal is to travel and not have to spend time in your room, this is a great choice.

The soundproofing at this guesthouse was absolutely terrible. A group of foreigners upstairs were blasting music, slamming doors, and being loud late into the night. This jolted me wide awake. Being alone and unable to get help was quite frightening, especially since the front desk was completely unstaffed in the middle of the night. Consequently, I decided to leave early and took a taxi. The pillow had an unpleasant odor, and the bedsheets were stained. Overall, the hygiene was substandard.

Wonderful place in the city. Cleanness, white lingerie and towels. Russian hospitality in all beauty: help in all matters: from exchange of currency to the layout of the route to sights. You can order breakfast or lunch, up to 500 meters sea, up to a canal with 500 meters gandolescents. All sights and parking free bus to safari and entertainment park in step-to-step availability. Doors to the hotel are always open to friends!

Отличный мини-отель. Меня смутило, что вход через массажный салон, но сам номер оказался просторный, чистый, с удобными кроватями.
Владелец очень отзывчивый человек, проявлял максимальную заботу о нас. Регулярно менял полотенца и белье.
Расположение отеля тоже прекрасное - на спокойной улочке в минуте от центральной достопримечательности Grand world.

We booked a Beachfront bungalow. It's the best choice in this resort. Room amenities are not enough. They do not provide toiletries. They do not provide shampoo, shower gel etc. so you must carry your own toiletries.
The property is old and not maintained well. The owner may be a miser person or he does not have enough money to renovate his property.
The location is 10/10. Just on the beach. Check photos.
They have a nice Beachfront restaurant serving vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food prepared in the Vietnamese style.
Room service standards are below average.
We are 100% vegetarian. So we ordered our food from outside and went to the hotel restaurant to eat our food.
It was highly surprising and sad that hotel management denied us to sit in the restaurant as we ordered food from outside. It was utterly surprising and sad for us.
They asked for an additional VND 100,000 per person to sit in the restaurant. This was ridiculous. We never faced such humiliation at any other hotel in vietnam.

GGuest UserThis is a very good hotel if you are looking for some quiet and peace. It has a big private beach area and if you like walking in the beach, it continues really far. Hotel is a bit far from the main road, and the road from there is a dirt-road with lots of bumps (as every hotel in this area) but you can rent a scooter from the hotel. There are shops right after the dirt-road ends and you can reach many attractions with in 15 minutes by scooter. The staff is very nice, always smiling and they want you to feel good at every time. Rooms are really clean and comfortable and every room has it’s on terrace. When I visited this hotel, there were only few guests and still they put us in different areas, so that everyone can have their own privacy, although it must cost them more money. Only downside is that attleast in my bungalow didn’t have a good water pressure, but it still was manageable to wash my long hair. For me this place is paradise, and I would definitely come again, in fact I wouldn’t even consider any other hotel.

Positive feeedback:
1. Clean Room
2. All the facilities in the room well maintained
3. Beautiful Bathroom
4. Comfortable bed and pillow.
5. Bottle water provided daily
Negative feedback:
1. Lots of Lizard's (inside and outside the room)
2. Bed comforters are too small for 2 person
3. Television channels are not clear. Bad pictures.
4. Staff at hotel doesn't speak english. Very hard to communicate.
5. Security and CCTV are not well observed. Had difficulty to sleep at night due to a stranger knocked the door 2AM at night two days in the row. Called reception and was told no one outside the door and no action was taken. Checked CCTV the day after and realize there was a drunk guy with bare foot standing outside the room knocking the door.

GGuest UserThe bungalow is conveniently located: on the main street with cafes, restaurants, markets and street food vendors - a choice of food for every taste and budget; a narrow alley about 100 meters long, along which the bungalows are located, cuts off all street noise: the territory is not large, well-groomed, all in greenery and flowers, there are comfortable areas for communication, sharing food, smoking; Two free bus routes 17 and 19 run along the main street, to the north and south of the island. The buses are modern with air conditioning. One stop to the north there is a night market, with trade and a crowd like in all of Southeast Asia, there, not far away, is a port where people hang out and from where fishing boats leave, including with tourists for evening fishing: the beach is 300-350 m. The beach is good, but not well-groomed, the workers of the first line hotel Saigon-Phu Quoc do not clean up the garbage. The adjacent, left, section of the beach opposite the Lazur hotel is cleared of garbage by the hotel staff, access to the beaches is free, the sand is yellow, medium fraction, clear (just the way I like it): the sea (bay) is warm and gentle, the surf brings garbage to the shore itself, mainly seaweed, so the coastal strip about 10 meters wide is dirty, and then the water is clean. The owners of the hotel themselves service the bungalow and the territory, daily cleaning, high-quality, bed linen is changed every 3-4 days. The area of the bungalow for two is sufficient, the bed is large, there is a bathroom, shower, kettle, hairdryer, TV, refrigerator. Safe at the reception. The latter and the presence of midges and mosquitoes caused the rating of 4 for convenience, we had to use repellents. There is no cafe in the hotel, but breakfasts are prepared to order the night before with delivery at the specified time. The menu selection is not large, but the breakfasts satisfied us: out of 25 days we had breakfast in the bungalow at least 20 times. The owners and staff are nice, responsive people, they tried to fulfill all our requests immediately, for which we are sincerely grateful to them. By the way, on January 29 we celebrated the Lunar New Year together with the owners of the hotel, at their invitation. It should be noted that the holiday cuisine was the best of everything I had a chance to taste in Vietnam, and we were there for the third time. I would like to say a special thank you to the hotel manager Madame Canh, who was always welcoming and kind to us, organized transfers from and to the airport, and is waiting for us next year. We will try not to deceive her expectations.

AAnnaghI really enjoyed my stay at Phu House in Phu Quoc!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating! The rooms were so lovely, spacious and clean.. Tho whole building has a nice vibe and feeling with nice features.. There is also a really nice upper level bar that looks out over the street.. The location is very good to and not far from the beach , shops and bars! I will definitely return 10/10

There is a shared kitchen, if you need to cook you can rent a bike. The owner is very responsive, helped with everything. Despite the proximity of the food court, the room is very quiet, there is a balcony with a table and a chair.The room has a kettle, fridge, safe, hairdryer, towels changed every day, cleaning too.I liked everything, prolonged for a couple of days.

GGeezusMI definitely recommend if you're on a budget (or not) and want something simple with a good service. The hotel is 10mn walk from the Harbour which is convenient when you have a 7am boat to catch.
The service is great, the room was cosy and clean with a fridge, A/C + vents. They provide towels, slippers, toiletry travel set (shower gel + shampoo, shower cap, toothbrush and toothpaste). You can ask for your luggage to be stored if need be.
