It has all the basic amenities you’ll need — bath and face towels, a night gown, toothpaste and toothbrush, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. Inside the capsule, you’ll find one pillow and a blanket. It’s actually quite spacious, I would say. Just remember to bring a universal adapter and there’s only one power outlet available.
No food is allowed inside, only water. However, there’s an open space outside where you can pack your meals and eat. If you get the package with breakfast, they’ll give you a Starbucks gift card worth 1,000 yen. Just a heads up — Starbucks only opens at 7am, so if you have an early flight, you might not be able to use it.
I stayed at the end of the festival.
There are convenience stores and bars near the station and between the station and the hotel. It was good that the cleaning was done properly.
The shampoo, conditioner, and body shampoo provided smell for men, so it seems better for women to bring their favorite things in convenience stores. The indoor clothes are a shirt dress, which may happen, but after washing, it smelled a long time. It seems better to bring indoor clothes as well.
The hotel was conveniently located near the station.
The front desk and service were both very friendly
I had a pleasant three night stay.
I recommend this hotel.
However, the amount confirmed when booking through TripAdvisor
and the amount paid directly at the hotel were different,
so I don't think I'll be using TripAdvisor again.
The amount I paid at the hotel was 2,600 yen more than the amount confirmed in advance, but this didn't solve the problem.
If you complete the payment immediately through TripAdvisor, it shouldn't be a problem, but if your payment method is set to pay at the hotel, be careful.
The amount paid may change.
There is a problem with the TripAdvisor system.
The location is good, 10 minutes to Chiba Station, and there are commercial streets along the way. There is a front desk on the first floor of the hotel, providing consultation services, and you can get a bottle of mineral water every day. The female single room is on the 5th floor, which is very clean and safe, suitable for single travel accommodation. There is a lounge, free Wi-Fi, a separate shower room, a dressing room, and Dyson hair dryers and lotions on the floor. There is free coffee and hot water for instant noodles. Bath towels and bathrobes are changed every day, and the service is in place. It is cost-effective and worth recommending.

We knew what we were getting into when we booked this hotel and it was truly an economy hotel to be close to Disney. They had excellent and frequent access with busses to get to the Disneyland and Disneysea area and took between 15-20 minutes each day to get from the hotel front door to the park gates. They have a free shuttle that works on a first come first serve basis but in the morning it left a little late so we used the public busses that stop very close to the hotel. The hotel is about 1 km away from each of the closest metro stations - Shin-Urayasu and Maihama (closest to Disney).
The hotel is very minimal and was truly a place to sleep. We liked that we had a small kitchen with a mini fridge and kettle and stocked up on snacks and drinks each day at the nearby 7-11 to be ready to line up at Disneyland. We had the double bed and it was small but just a place to sleep so we felt rested. The rooms were warm enough in December but got a bit drafty at night. There was a desk, small work station, small TV and surprisingly a DVD/VCR combo in a cabinet. The bathroom was quite compact but we appreciated the heated seat on the Japanese style toilet and the good warm shower. They provide bath products and towels and there is the option to get additional items in the lobby like extra towels, bathing towel, shave cream, combs and toothbrushes. It is important to note that the hotel does not do daily housekeeping.
We felt we had a good stay here because we wanted to be close to Disney without spending a lot of money. The stay was fine but on the last night the fire alarm went off four times around 1:30 am. They handed out a brochure at the front desk to say that if you left your shower door open the steam could set off the fire alarm and that could be what happened. After the second alarm a Japanese man told us we could stay in our room, after the second alarm the front desk made a loud announcement in Japanese over the intercom and after the fourth alarm they made an announcement in English to not worry. A little bit of a disruptive sleep but at least it didn't affect our Disney days.
1) Good place
Cospa.
Bed gs comfortable
Zhang Xianに Near い
2) Not bad
The chair is too low and the back of the thigh hurts against the frame.
I want a USB port for charging.
The faucet handle of the bathroom is edged and it hurts hard when turning.
If you don't tighten the bath shower, the water will leak.
The bottom of the bed frame is stretched out, and the toe and the back are hitting and hurting
There is a gap on the left and right sides of the curtain, and it is difficult to sleep by the light of the street lamp.
I have a shave, but I'm not cut, and I'm tingling after shaving.
The tea placed at the front desk is not delicious.
I was generally satisfied, but if there was one thing that bothered me, it was that the inside of the capsule smelled like cigarettes, which disturbed my sleep. Apparently, all capsules are now non-smoking, but in the past, smoking was allowed inside the capsules, so the smell of cigarettes had permeated the inside. For those who don't mind that, I think this is a place you'll be satisfied with.
Close to Kashiwa Station, there are the minimum necessary facilities, and there is a saizeriya in the basement, and there is an environment without excess and shortage.
The front desk is 24 hours a day and the lobby is wide 々, so you can spend it with peace of mind.
The walls are thin, so it's good to have earplugs.
I've used this hotel many times for work. The staff are friendly and there are several restaurants within walking distance for dinner.

MmaccotIt's close to Tateyama Station and there's a convenience store right in front of it, so it's conveniently located.
The bathroom and kitchen are both clean.
Check-in time is 16:00-21:30.
You will be given instructions on how to use the room after asking for the combination lock key number.
Each room is independent, so you won't meet other guests and can stay here without worrying.
There are few restaurants at night, so it's a good idea to check Google Maps in advance.
The hotel is at the east exit.
On the other side (west exit), which is closer to the sea, there were about six restaurants and izakayas.
The beach is about a 10-minute walk from the station, up the stairs. When the weather is good, the sunset is beautiful and you can see Mt. Fuji.
For breakfast, we had bread and coffee at the cafe on the second floor of the nearby Nakamura Bakery.
I recommend this place for those who want to stay casually and cheaply with friends or family.

GGuest UserThe bathroom smells, the quilt is a sheet separated by something that looks like a bedspread (I really don't know how to describe it), there is no quilt cover, people sleep between the sheets and the sheets, and the bedspread is on top of the sheets. The bedspread looked like it hadn't been washed in years. I seldom post comments, and I say this to prevent others from making mistakes.
CCERENOvery nice service, japanese hos pitality ”omotenashii”
we arrived 2pm,one hr.earlier before check-in but they allowed us to check- earlier, the food & service of room dinner is superb, especialy the superior lady staff, they approach us like we visit our relatives in province,so relaxing place,i can smoke in the terrace with a natural sounds of sea waves.thanks trip.com always, more power & god bless
GGuest UserThe check-in is done online (you will recieve am email) so you need to keep that in mind.
The JR station is close enough (only a few minutes, less than 5') and you have some kind of bar right next to the guesthouse.
Clean and cozy place, beds are closed with a curtain and the male/female spaces are clearly indicated
You shall take your shoes off and wear the provided flipflops to walk around.
GgoodyocoSetting aside the Pearl hate this place in Japan, the environment is very good in general, this hotel is a little remote, close to the sea, fortunately it is more convenient, downstairs is a restaurant, there is a convenience store next to it, basically you need things to buy, However, the hotel's own breakfast is very good, almost no heavy every day, the egg is particularly delicious. The room is too small to open the 24-inch suitcase at all. The hotel's hygiene is very good, very clean, and there is no smell. Every day, the waiter cleans the room very clean, the toilet is very clean, the bathtub is small, but it can fully accommodate one person. Wet and dry separation, The hotel is equipped with a kettle to drink hot water and there is no problem at all. The attitude of the front desk staff is also very kind. Check-in is also a highlight. You can handle it yourself on the self-service machine. This seems to be a domestic one temporarily not available !
GGuest UserFor a budget style Japanese inn this place was wonderful.
The location is hard to find but makes up for it with the almost total quietness.
Owner is very welcoming and happy to please.
The communal bath though old is just what is needed.
The large rooms though starting to fray are okay.
Breakfast was wonderful with a daily changing menu.
Recommend.
GGuest UserIn order to come to Chiba Peach to play, I chose this convenient hotel, the overall feeling is still good. The size of the room is enough for one person, and the price is not expensive. High cost performance, will recommend to family and friends.
