2-Star Hotels in East Kalimantan, Indonesia

This is my second time staying here. Actually, the service is good, but I feel bad for the staff member who welcomed us at the restaurant for breakfast. She had a triple workload; she welcomed guests and checked their room numbers, cleaned up messes and dirty dishes, checked if food was running low, and even prepared breakfast in bed for other guests. The breakfast was so-so; there wasn't even an egg station. The Wi-Fi was not strong enough, maybe because I had a corner room. But the corner room felt a little bigger. I loved the soap and shampoo; I think they use Lifebuoy. Also, the toothbrushes were much better than in other hotels.

it was nice to be able to stay here.it was my first time acting as booking a hotel and organizing operations etc for vacation with my friends.a hotel that is no longer familiar to hear in Samarinda city. Service was very friendly.

Choose a non-smoking room, but the room is still smelly. I don't know if they change the blanket or not. If you have a morning flight, I don't recommend this hotel because at the bottom of this hotel there is a small bar and live music, the bass of the music echoing into the room.

I opened a room at this hotel for a friend who was stopping in Balikpapan, I ordered via Trip.com with the Boutique Suite type, but when the friend arrived and checked in, the room type below was given, because my friend thought it was indeed the room, yes, I accept it. But when I stopped by at night, I saw that the room was not suitable and when I complained he didn't know if the one was ordered a boutique suite. Finally moved to the suitable room.

However, as a note, on the electronic card of the room should be given a useful guide in addition to the door so that customers know to insert the card to the power slot on the wall of the room or in the message of how to use it when they are given at the reception. It's probably the same if the door lock light can be fixed.

Stayed for a few days temporarily, the price is cheap, the conditions and breakfast are so-so. It is easy to find a place on the side of the road. Mainly the network is still much better than the beauty. There is an open-air cafe opposite, and a group of young people are very enthusiastic.

Not much hotels in this area. The Rich hotel is good enough. Simple breakfast menu, but the taste is great. Be careful on the steps on the way to the lobby. The steps is too high, unless you want to train your legs.
