This place was by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Fort Smith. I would recommend it to anybody for a night out or a family stay, they have hot breakfast which was biscuits and gravy sausage patties make your own waffles and eggs as well as a bunch of other things you could get that was complimentary. Also they have an indoor pool and work out area as well. And the service at the front desk was awesome by far the nicest people I've ever met at a hotel for sure.
Next to the son's school, the location is very convenient, walking to the school, the son will stay every time the holiday transition time, the room is large, the breakfast is rich, it is familiar, it will be safer.
Very nice place to stay at for the price. Some of the units could probably use a little TLC maintenance and cleaning depends on the crew assigned to the unit. Overall the units are very nice. Check in is super easy and staff is helpful and professional. Pools and golf course are well maintained.
I stayed three nights. Breakfast is the attached Perkins Pancake House which normally isn’t that bad. The food voucher from the hotel though gives you two eggs, a list of sausages, ham and a potato variety. I eat carefully which is not the Arkansas way, so there was nothing in column two or three of any interest and the over-easy eggs were only a notch thicker than water. I never went back for my remaining breakfasts.
We booked 2 queen beds and were given 2 sets of towels. At 11 after the 1st night, I realized I might not get any housekeeping and asked for towels from a housekeeper I found who said she’d tell the appropriate person. That hadn’t happened by 1pm, so on my way out, I went to the front desk and asked for towels again (and toilet paper). I believe it was Porsha (not Porsche) at the front desk, who appeared to really care less. She offered me a roll of toilet paper on the spot but I wasn’t going back to my room, so again I suggested to have it and towels sent up. No one ever went into my room all day.
As I left the room after the second night there happened to be a housekeeper next to my door and I asked again if I could at least get towels. She said I was supposed to get towels every day and doesn’t know what happened the day before, but unfortunately, she did not have any towels to give me and would have to pass a message along. I walked through the lobby at about 11am and asked again at the front desk. Again, it was Porsha, and again I don’t feel she took me seriously. Another woman overheard this (it appears she was a shift manager) who was very apologetic and swore she would get me towels. Nothing by 4pm. ***. 4th request in 2 days. As I went out for dinner, I asked again, and again told it would be taken care of. I was apprehensive with the sting of previous promises not upheld, and another woman at the desk, rather saltily said she would take of it. Apparently she did! Too bad I never got trash emptied in 3 days, old towels not removed and the last few squares of tp weren’t replenished from the 1/3 rolls provided. Even the Kleenex was empty, using maybe 5.
Same pool towels and trash laying by the pools for 2 full days. There was a towel wadded by the outdoor pool gate, and it also didn’t move for 2 days.
The restaurant/bar was excellent.

We stopped here on our way to visit family in TN. We had so much fun, and the hotel was so nice and clean, we stayed there again on our way home. Trip.com was the lowest fair that we could find and was reasonable for a nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was very nice with overhead rain delivery of water. We also spent time at the casino. No big wins, but we didn't lose every hand or every spin, so it made it fun. I will stay here again next time I am headed to visit family,.

SSelfNot a big fan of the Emergency vehicle sirens all night long, but I wouldn't imagine that they could just pick up and move a 10 story building.................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

JJimenezJosephThe overall design of the hotel was nice including the bar, but the food situation is a waste of time. They should not advertise to include breakfast for a fee. They give you a $10 voucher that you can either use for the gas station stuff or you can order a microwave sandwich / burrito. The room was small but very nice. The method of having the fewest workers possible in the lobby really doesn't work.
GGuest UserA bit out-dated but clean, friendly staff, location was very close to what I needed, but too close to everything else! Breakfast eggs were lacking but the biscuits were good! I liked that you could actually open the windows!
I recommend staying in a room that faces out the front of the bulding, you get waymore traffic and hospital/ambulance noise on the back side.
JJINGBreakfast is not bad, except for vegetables, regular milk, eggs, fruits, etc. Although the location is not on the most prosperous riverside, it will take 10-20 minutes to get to the river and 10 minutes to the Clinton Museum. The facilities are a bit old, but the price is not bad. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport, on call, when the bus goes out to send someone else, the hotel is called Uber, free to the airport, the service is thoughtful!
CCroweSuzanneHands down the best hotel I've stayed at since touching down in the US 3 weeks ago. A lovely girl named Zoee checked us in and was very helpful with a few questions I had. The pool area was nice and they even have a BBQ there if you want to cook something! I would have loved to have stayed for longer but it was just a stop over for one night.
DDlow66My wife and I loved this B&B. The location was great and was near two trolley stops. It was very smooth checking in and out. We had a jetted bathtub and it was wonderful. The gas fireplace was comfy and the deck out back was nice to sit on and enjoy. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Looking forward to return some time soon.
BBlake BerlinThere was a personnel shortage, and the one person working when I checked in didn't understand the computer software. It took almost 30 minutes to check in to a PREPAID room.
